Great selection, good quality, amazing prices and unbeatable staff! (Susan was amazing)

Ive been struggling to exchange my sodastream canisters at Walmart. They are rude, untrained and totally confused. I went to Target for the exchange and it was fast, seamless and the girl was so polite and pleasant. I will be taking my business to Target in the future. Thank you for making this easy.

Friendly employees, clean store, always has what Im looking for. Whitney in electronics was a tremendous help, taught me some things and never made me feel like a dumb old lady. Best customer service by her than Ive had since I can remember.

The guy that helped me was very welcoming and sweet making me love my time up there and making me also want to come back again. The only thing that I wish they would change is allowing some people to bring their pets into the store. I understand if they are certified to have around but bringing a house pet into the store it should never be allowed.

I was super impressed with high customer service from Ms. Anna Grace ( I believe that is how you spell her name and I apologize if I misspelled). I know that good customer service is what we should expect but it is not very common, unfortunately. Ms. Anna Grace though went beyond our expectations. My daughter who is 11 really wanted this fidget, that all kids like to play nowadays and we could not find anywhere. I told her to go to toy section while I was in the womens section she came back frustrated bc she could not find it. She went to find someone to help her and Ms. Anna Grace was the one that looked every where until she found the last one they had in the store. She did not give up and she came all the way back to where we were in the womens section when Sophia and I had already given up on the toy. She is the example of how a customer should be treated. I have learned after almost 30 years working with customer service that the best customer is the one that comes to your store to spend their money and I was treated as the best customer. We love our Carrollton Target. We usually do pickup and it is always so fast and everyone is friendly. One time it took longer than usual and they compensated me with a $5 gift card. I have always had positive experiences here.

I love Target. They have great selection, quality products and a clean store. And as trivial as it may be, the buggies roll smoothly 😂 I also love the app, its easy to navigate and shop. The store with the blue logo could take a lesson or two from Target 🎯

This Target has everything. Some targets are smaller, but this one I can get home supplies, groceries, and good clothing options. I also always use the pickup option and its so fast and easy at this location.

The store was very busy, but every employee was hard at work and incredibly friendly. They paid close attention to the growing checkout lines and were quick to shift resources to accommodate in order to get customers through.

It was picked immediately so I didnt have to wait until the following day only to find out. My items were not available.

Extremely rude lady at customer service. Instead of explaining something to me she snapped off at me as if I was supposed to know Where to stand. This lady tried to have me walking all over and I’m disabled.Plus she didn’t even know where the candles were does she even really work there? LOL

We were in this store on Sunday afternoon to find TVs for gifts. Josie, who doesn’t work in electronics was happy to help with our questions. Matt and Josie went way beyond our expectations to get both TVs into our vehicle which was a logistical challenge. Target is fortunate to have these two on the staff.We saved $358 over shopping at Walmart or Best Buy. The customer experience at this target was superior to any we’ve had. You guys are the “Chick-fil-A” of retailers for us!

I love order pickup because my order is ready quickly each time and I dont have to get my large family out of the car. Also, I enjoy that there are no fees.

I have never seen this many rude individuals in one store at one time. I believe that it would be wise if some of the cashiers / workers would take a sensitivity training course on how to be respectful of their elders. But other than that it was a pleasant atmosphere and we were welcome when we came into the store.

It is great to go to your website, choose an item and click pick up today and when I put it in the cart it is still pick up today. It only took less than an hour to tell me it was ready for pick up.

Tay from the Target in Carrollton was super helpful. He didn’t hesitate to stop what he was doing to help my friend and me.

Very clean, nice store, however I disagree with the stores transgender bathroom policy. If some man with mutilated genitals wants to try to mess with my daughter in this stores bathrooms, hell leave in a casket. However,the store does have a really good food court.

My fiancé and I went to pick up a gift card. We were behind a couple that was pitching a fit about an item that they thought were 10 dollars but were actually 30. For the next 20 minutes a co-worker went back and forth to check in different spots. We notice that other lanes opened yet they would not call us over even though we were next in line. Once they found out the price of the item, the customer would not take no for an answer and started complaining wanting management. Her husband and daughter were there and laughing with the cashier while we had to wait. The manager finally budged and just gave them the 10 dollar price. The girl then smirked it off and apologize to the cashier and said nothing to us, but rude customers are normal at this time. My issue comes from the cashier not apologizing or saying anything at all about the hold up. She even made the comment have a merry Christmas afterwards in a way like I shouldnt be in a bad attitude. Seriously? Why should I get attitude due to another customer that cant take no for an answer? This service sucked, the attitude sucked, and the situation sucked. We cant stop stupid customers, but we should have better protocol when we have situations like that.

Went into the store searching for wide shoes for my daughter. While looking a worker named luke approached us. Luke was the nicest employee Ive EVER run across while shopping in target. Not only did he find my daughter a wide shoes actually a couple of pairs. He informed us about the Target cartwheel app so we could save 20%. He stood there and helped my daughter download the app and he also scanned all our merchandise so when we got to the register it was super easy. He told us about the Target red card to save an additional 5% off as well. Talk about Great customer service. Luke was fantastic he made us want to vist the store more often. Now if the others take notes target will rank superior. Thanks again luke for all your help.( he talks just like Chase Chrisley) !!!😊 lol
