I received excellent customer service. I was greeted and offered help as soon as I walked in. Great sale prices too.

Nice shoes, just not a big selection

They had no sizes for me so selection is terrible. Staff too busy talking to each other and doing thier thing ...bordering on rude.

Great store, one particular enployee could use a little lesson in treating customers as if they actually wanted to help them with their shopping needs instead of making them leave when they got inside store before they locked the doirs to close.

This is sopposed to be a sports store. I couldnt find tennis balls. They had a lot of Nike shoes. Im not a Nike fan.

No Military discounts so I dont shop there

Nothing like goin to a sneaker spot and they dont have 5 different sneakers in ur size.

Had no problem with exchange for bigger size and with my points and rewards I got a 22 dollar toboggan for $3.35.

They didnt have vans in my size, but had very nice shoes.

Wish they had more shoe selection

Apathetic service. Will not purchase from this retailer again.
