I arrived at this location after looking it up and mapping it out. The location is capable of being seen from the street with a noticeable sign. There wasnt any up front handicap parking spots, but there were other available spots. The lot was large and spacious to maneuver a full size vehicle in the area lot without concern for getting stuck. I bought a few items online from this store and had to go pick up at the store. I noticed that the store was fairly clean upon arrival. There were a few items through out the store that was not orderly. I showed him my scan tag which he scanned and retrieved the order for me. I checked the items and was ready to leave. I informed one of our friends about the store, she immediately came over to make several purchases of needed items as well. I would return here again to shop. I did call prior to heading over to confirm the hours of operation. The email address doesnt seem to be either as email was returned to me after I sent it.

This store was one of the BEST experiences I had in scrub shopping!! I highly recommend this store due to the great variety of scrubs and other materials. The workers were able to help me right away in what I needed and it had great customer service. Definitely going there again.

I do not recommend this location, all Ive read is how nice the service is I had the opposite experience. They will demean you in another language I know this because they didnt realize I spoke the same language. They were rude and were unprovoked tells you hows they really feel.

I recently purchased some scrubs from this store and I wanted to get on here immediately talk about the exceptional customer service. While the store has a great selection of scrub styles and brands, they dont carry the particular ones I was looking for. Cameron (spelling may be incorrect, Im sorry!) wasted no time in ordering them for me with expedited shipping, since I was on a time crunch, so that I would have them in time. He was very friendly, receptive and helpful in working with me to get the correct items I needed over the phone as I couldnt make it into the store. The owners couldnt be nicer, or more helpful. Every brand you can think of, they have. They even carry scrub hats! Family owned and operated business. The only thing you will have to deal with is how warm it is inside ☀️. They are all windows that face south and west. They could use some window tint for sure! Wear your 🕶 when you go!

I came in this evening with my 11 year old son who was looking for a lab coat for a dress as your “dream job” at school. This was a frivolous visit but the two employees working treated my son as if he was a real surgeon and an important customer. They treated us with such genuine kindness. Oh my goodness if I could give them 10 star I would Jayzee went above and beyond to help me find the right scrubs that fit me and were comfortable. It was my first time in after my coworker at the hospital I worked with referred me to scrubs Uniforms. I was greeted right away by Jayzee who help me pick scrubs to try on I found a couple of things I liked, some things I didn’t and was going to settle to order with them from online Jay Z introduce me to different brands and wouldn’t let me leave the store without being completely satisfied. I came in and out a lot of dressing room several times, almost unwillingly, but I was so glad I did I was going to settle several times but I ended up finding the right brand and the style that I liked and ended up buying four different colors in full sets, I ordered one top and bottom through them as well I can’t say enough about their amazing customer service she help me find just the right size fit and Brand, I was comfortable with thank you Jay Z I will definitely be back.

Dropped in today and got several scrubs at fair prices. Im a big guy and was concerned they didnt have what I would need. They did. Big and tall options were available. The staff were friendly and they had several options for me that I really liked. Definitely worth a stop in.

The morning girl didn’t seem like she cared about her job at all. Shop didn’t open in time, had to stand outside for no reason. Once I got in, the girl went back behind the store and didn’t acknowledge me till I was already at the back of the store not even knowing what I’m looking for. I bought my scrubs from Planet Scrubs which is about 12 minutes away from this dump, never coming back, do not recommend at all!

I have come to this place to purchase product, when I receive the product I literally couldn’t even wear my chef coat because buttons started to fall off. I immediately contacted owner and came in the next business day. After speaking with the owners wife she told me two new jackets were being placed with completely new buttons on them. One week goes by and I’m thinking maybe they are backed up on orders but after 2 1/2 weeks and no one at least gave a curtesy call I then started to get impatient. I contacted the owner on a Friday evening and he reassured me that my coats will be in on Monday. Here we are another 2 weeks out and still no chef coats, then he had the audacity to tell me its my fault and my problem. I do not recommend this piece of trash establishment to ANYONE!!!

Love this place. Every time Ive been here Im greeted at the door and helped to find everything I need from start to finish. Im a difficult size but the staff has always been very knowledgeable about their products and doesnt try to sell you the more expensive items just because! I work in the veterinary field so our scrubs get messed up really easy. I havent needed to replace anything I have bought from this store. Good quality products with comparable pricing.

There’s so many selections. I got 2 black tops and they fit nicely. I got 30% off since it’s Grand Opening. The owner is very nice and helpful.4-2-19 Came back after a year of opening and got few pants. Cameron is so courteous and helpful. The pants fit beautifully and affordable. He can do embroidery for school or work uniforms as well.

Very friendly and helped to locate my favorite brands and make suggestions for anything else I might like. Checkout was a little slow because they price match everything for Amazons prices, which means she had to look up each item. This is an updated review from my previous review. When I first approached this place the owner was VERY friendly and immediately approached me to find me what I needed. Upon only finding one item I needed he graciously price matched, discounted, gave me a free item, and ordered two scrub top that were promised to be there by either Friday (the next day) and the following Monday (4 days later). I was impressed with such a quick shipping for the price I paid for the scrubs. They also promised a text when my items got there. I was in a rush to get my scrubs but was tired of shopping around. A week later is when I called them because I still had not received the promised text. An employee said he would have to check and call me back. He never did. I called again and he said that he the scrubs would be there the following Monday so a week after my promised date. I called back wanting a refund. He said hed have to call me back. Again, never did. Here we are on Monday I never receive a call about my scrubs. So I called them and they have promised me that they would be here on Wednesday. So here we are 13 days from my purchased date and 9 days from my promised date.... still no scrubs. I wont come back unless its to get my scrubs or a refund. Not happy.

Went today. Store is so unorganized. Asked about a scrub price- husband said 50% then later changed words to 30%. ( misplaced in a wrong section) will not give my business to an organization who lies. Very unfortunate. Wanted to give my dental companies a good place to purchase scrubs, this won’t be our place. I have shopped here twice already and will never go anywhere else! I have always found shopping for scrubs frustrating, until I found this place.GREAT selection of flattering scrubs and in many sizes (I usually have to get XS or XXS scrubs and there were plenty to choose from). The store is really well organized which makes finding what you need easy. In addition, the guy who works there is SUPER kind, helpful, and will spend the time making sure you find what you need. The prices are also very reasonable.It makes shopping for scrubs feel like you are in a fashion boutique - its great. :)

Went to this store for the first time a couple of months ago looking for dickie brand scrubs, which is what I’m used to. I was sad to find out they didn’t have too many options for dickies. Needless to say, the gentleman there asked if he could help me and offered to find a similar brand. The option he gave me fit perfectly. I went back tonight to buy more of the same brand and didn’t see the size I needed. Again, the gentleman was so nice and asked if he could help. Once I told him what I was looking for, he went in the back and had all the pieces I needed. I will also add that at most places you can not find the same color in both top and pant and in all the same brand. This store has it all and if they don’t, they will order it and have it for you the next day. The people at this store are very kind and are very helpful. As long as I live in the Addison area, I will continue to go to this scrub store. Thank you to the staff for being so kind and helpful!

I havent bought scrubs that werent from Walmart or from online in YEARS! Decided to splurge a little to buy some higher quality scrubs... despite there only being one person running the store and her having her children present, I felt very welcomed and customized in what I was looking for. Her children were well behaved and adorable, and the attention to what I was looking for was very well intune (even as she mentioned, I feel like Im speaking with myself!). Ive always been the person who avoids sales personnel bc I dont like being pressured to buy what I dont need, but I was pleasantly surprised that I was only offered suggestions on what I was actually looking for. There was never any pressure in up-sales, and just like the other reviews, there is branding price match as well as $10 per $100 spent in store credit. Despite where I wind up, I feel its worth the trip to return for my next medical apparel need! Thanks so much!

One of the best customer service experiences Ive had in any store. It was approaching closing time when I walked in, but Kamron took the time to ensure that the size & fit of my scrub pants were perfect for my build. He even offered to alter the scrubs for me right then and there. The store offers price-matching, a generous but rather unnecessary bonus since their regular prices beat most online competitors. They have a large variety of different brands, and if they dont have the style or size that youre looking for, they can order it for you and have it at the store in a few days. I walked in there yesterday just to browse because I was not too happy with the scrubs I had purchased online for school. To my surprise, for being a new shop, they have a wide selection of scrubs from brands, materials and fit! When I walked in I was warmly greeted by Kamran. He gave me my space and let me browse without being pushy which I absolutely loved. When I was ready, I was able to try everything on. Even though I wasnt planning on buying anything I ended up finding a set of scrubs that not only felt wonderful but looked great on! When I was checking out, I mentioned to Kamran how I love the material and fit of the pants but wasnt too excited about the pockets. He walked over and showed me the same brand with the pockets I preferred! He offered to order them in the size/color I needed at no extra charge. I even got a discount for being a student. Worst customer service ever of Scrubs Uniforms. The owner himself was there as he told me his name was Kamran at first he was nice but after I paid and placed the order my order was to come in the next day till three weeks I was calling him he doesnt pick up the phone after the first call he never picked up my call again and didnt even bothered to call back which was very rude of him. I came and as I thought he didnt had my order with him so I got the refund after all the hastle. For all people looking for scrubs dont go to this store they will place orders but the order will never come in. And after four weeks you will be getting your refund back.
