I went to this store to get a liquid glass screen protector. The managers name was Michael. He was very polite, friendly, professional, and went out of his way to help me with what I needed. He is a great asset to the Verizon Company. He said his store was in Merritta but was there filling in. A very nice guy. I will do business with him and that store again.

I have really been struggling with the regular Verizon stores. My grandparents bought new phones from Verizon and we’re not given any help to update them. I actually had to do them for them. Including switching out the Sim cards.I had much better service with the Verizon/Russell branch. The employees were extremely helpful, and answered all of my questions. I would advise going to the hybrid store instead of the corporate Verizon store due to the Covid restrictions.

We have two Verizon stores in our town, i had broken my phone and the main store we usually visit was closed indefinitely. I was like what, who does that these days as many cell phones as there are now. The Verizon store on Bankhead Ave was open until 8 so I go there in hopes I can get help. I had heard at one time they didnt have phones just handled some service stuff. WRONG...Angela that works in there was so sweet and attentive and helpful. I adore her. My lesson learned is not to listen to public rumors! Thank you for helping me get a new phone so seamlessly!!

Went by Verizon today to get my dad a new flip phone. I give the 5 stars to Angela Silas. She had like 5 customers in the store, very patient and kind. No one but her there working the desk and she was a rock star. The only suggestion I would have is maybe there should be two employees working.

After being told by Verizon customer service twice we could exchange the cell phone Because we were still within the return policy days, when we get to Russell Cellular we were told we were not. Even the sales lady told us “my manager should be able to push this through”. Wrong AGAIN. This place lacks tact and professionalism within its staff and management. I would NOT recommend Russell Cellular to anyone.

Johnny Lowery at Verizon, Russell Cellular, has so much knowledge of iPhone and Samsung, it is beyond anyone I have ever known. He spent time to walk me through every step of setting up my Galaxy S7 to the point of being able to walk out with everything the way I wanted!!
