Very nice people. They unloaded fast. Less 1hr.

Our builder bought carpet from these guys and after water damage, we found them and tried to inquire if they still carried the same carpet. We first called Rick on Saturday and he sounded like we woke him, so we said wed send him the original invoice so he could check. He agreed.We sent the invoice on Saturday. Monday passed so we reached out on Tuesday to see if he had a chance to check...since he hadnt replied to our original email. Wednesday, still no reply so another message was sent trying to check one more time, as we need carpet. Then today, Thursday, Rick replies with a capital NO. See screenshot of entire conversation.I understand theres always 2 sides to a story, but that kind of reply to a previous customer and potentially returning customer is just piss poor. Hopefully we just caught Rick on a bad day, but Ill never use them again.
