Our hardwood floors had water damage and we needed to get them replaced (I used bamboo hardwood). We had our floors redone throughout our entire home in early April 2021. We wanted to hire someone to put the rest in our living room and nursery and had hideous damaged linoleum in the kitchen and wanted it fresh and new flooring. They were out within the next week and the guys they sent out were amazing! From day the work began through completion Marin was great in communicating the process and the next steps in the timeline. Our floors were SO creaky before and would wake our baby but now I cant find one creak.

We found this business by a happy accident while looking for a new flooring. Factory Flooring Liquidators took excellent care of me. The installers arrived the first day they got right to work removing the original flooring and got half of the work done on the first day. The second day of installation was much the same and they were done before I knew it. Beside that the crew were efficient, clean and finished the entire house - 950 sq ft in 2 days.

I was really optimistic about using this company because of their great reviews! Im not quite sure what happened in our case, because our customer service experience was pretty poor and overall I wouldnt recommend working with this company. We had quite a few mishaps throughout the process - overall the crew that came in to do the floors was really nice and polite and did a really good job. The issues we had seemed to stem from communication with the main office. A few include:- The crew showing up on a day we werent expecting them because we never got a confirmation call for the day they were going to install- They for some reason didnt measure the kitchen when they came (despite us asking them to) but started demolishing the tile in there right away. Then we had to pay the extra $800 to do the kitchen with the laminate (not that we really had a choice, the tile was in pieces by that point anyway)- The toilet and dishwasher were inoperable after the crew left. When my husband called to ask about how they could fix that, he got yelled at and they accused him of lying (this is the reason they are getting google review from me - really unacceptable customer service here)- They did come and fix the toilet and dishwasher the next day (so somehow they agreed we werent lying anymore?) and it turned out fine.Overall happy with the finished product, but the way there was a wild ride. I would recommend better communication from the main office would greatly improve our experience.

Factory Flooring Liquidators did a great job installing the floor (we installed 4 wide engineered hardwood planks and 5 baseboards throughout the entrance, family and dining rooms, open loft, stairs and the hallway). Factory Flooring Liquidators was recommended by one of our neighbors who had used them for a part of their major remodel. It took us about 3 weeks to finalize which planks to use (the first selection was discontinued and we had to find an alternative). The installers did a great job. They made sure that all the finishing touches were done right. The whole thing took about 6 days from demo to completion.

I am beyond happy with the floor that was installed. We were told our 1500 square foot flooring install would take about 2 days. Demo of old carpet, old laminate flooring, they prepped our home with covering everything, moved my furniture and went room to room demo and installing with even cleaning. Factory Flooring Liquidators are spectacular. We wanted to tear out the carpets in our office and master bedroom and replace with hardwood flooring that closely resembles the hardwood in the rest of our condo. That being said, the hardwood has been in place since in 1991, making matching difficult. Mike came out to give a quote, he brought some samples that he thought would be a good match, and he provided great insight as to which finish and size to go with, what angle to lay them at, the works. He told us it would take about 1.5 days per room, and his crew was done in 1.5 days total (for both)! Mike’s crew was meticulous about keeping everything in perfect condition. Lastly, they cleaned up beautifully when the job was complete, All in, Factory Flooring Liquidators are knowledgeable, punctual, honest, and incredibly friendly guys. 11/10 would work with them again.

Phenomenal service, high quality work. The owner and team were a delight to work with, and they are people who have the highest integrity. Marin came out immediately to assess the repair and personally spoke to my insurance company, which initially questioned the recommended scope of work. Within a couple of days their team came out to do the work. There was a large area to patch on an old oak floor that needed refinishing, and now I cant tell where the missing patch was. Needed my living room floors refinished and the marble floors removed from my kitchen and den. I called Factory Flooring Liquidators because of all the positive reviews. Im sooooo glad I did! I could not be happier with the work they did. They also added unfinished hardwood flooring to kitchen and den and matched my living room perfectly! You cannot even tell that one part of the house has 50 year old floors and the other is new. Its seamless! His quote was reasonable considering all that needed to be done, including evening out our den floor (which tilted a bit) and putting in all new baseboards. Marins customer service and follow through were fantastic! When they were done, the whole place was cleaned up and gorgeous. Thank you for making this a stress free process.

The room was a difficult one and Marin was extremely helpful in his recommendations before we began the project. It was the small things like his recommendation to cut down t-molds to use in front of our sliding glass doors and the entry to the garage that made the biggest difference (instead of big bulky transitions recommend by the hardwood retailer). The attention to detail and the work done by these guys was spot on. As other reviewers mention, hes a little hard to get a hold of but dont let it deter you if you are looking for the best - the best are usually the busiest as it is here with Marin and his team.

Mahan and his team did a great job replacing the flooring on the second story of our house with solid hardwood. They replaced about 1500 sq feet of carpeting with natural solid hickory (5 inch wide, 3/4 inch thick planks). We got estimates from a number of companies and contractors, and are so happy we went with Factory Flooring. The material, installation, and base board/molding was all included. The only additional item we purchased independently was the underlayment. they finished 3 days ahead of schedule! Which was amazing because we had a deadline to meet. The result-- the floors look amazing. We highly recommend them to anyone considering flooring renovations!

My husband and I bought our first home with the understanding that once we closed escrow we were going to refinish the beautiful red oak underneath the ugly/cheap carpet and pergo that the seller installed. To say that Mike, owner of Factory Flooring Liquidators is a master craftsman would be an understatement. We wanted to keep with the integrity of our house by installing new authentic hardwood floors we did not want to cheap out by replacing them with engineered flooring, pre-stained wood, or pergo. Not only did Mike lay out each piece, matching individual segments and fitting them tightly together like a jig-saw puzzle, but he took care to patch up a large air vent that lead directly to the open ground, create a trestle for our front door, another trestle to perfectly mesh with the brick of our leaning fireplace, a third custom wooden trestle to match the bathroom entrance, a door frame around the hallway entrance (it was missing from previous ownership), and he replaced all the molding and base shoe to seal in the connection from the wooden floor to the walls, creating a completely intact and cohesive installment that is both beautiful and functional, not to mention, energy-saving. Cant recommend Factory Flooring Liquidators highly enough!

I will start by saying that the experience from doing business with this floor supplier was one of the best, Marin was an excellent sales agent. The price was fair and accessible, and the installation team was fast, clean and professional. We shopped all over town for the best price even lumber liquidators thats around this shop, and Marin provided the best price for the flooring material we needed and wanted. The installation was done exactly as we had discussed with Marin, also we had them install other items such as base floor molding and still the price was amazing. I give this floor supplier a 10 out of 10 for price, material quality, workmanship and professionalism.

I used FFL to install more than 2,000 sq ft of glue down walnut floors. Jeff and his staff did a tremendous job and were incredibly professional. The floors are gorgeous and after getting quotes from about 5 different installers, Im more than confident that I made the right choice. They know everything there is to know about the process and materials. Jeff was always very responsive via email, text and phone, however, its important to keep in mind this guy is A. busy as heck on the job and not sitting behind a desk, and B. he fields a ton of project requests because his work is in very high demand.  Theres a reason for that - they are the best. So it may mean a bit of a wait to get on his calendar but its worth it. FFL are pros!

I saw this shop on the way going to lumber liquidator and decided to take a look. I am so glad I did. I immediately fall in love with the selections of what they have. And the price are so good too. Now the only problem is which one I should choose from for my house, that could be difficult since they all look very nice. The owner Marin came over and gave us a few suggestions. That certainly helped a lot. We finally made our choice of the engineer wood of what we like and they even offer me the sample that I can bring it to my house to see how it look like in my house. Once we ordered it, everything went smoothly. They delivered the wood a few days earlier than the installation to let the wood acclimated to our house. How thoughtful! The installation guy was also superb. He did it so fast and the end result came out perfect. I really love my house now. Thank you FFL. This will be my go to place for flooring in the future. I have also remmended this place to a few friends, they all liked it too!

I never wouldve imagined writing a novella of a review about flooring, but its incredibly well-deserved. Despite his busy schedule, Mahan met with us several times to discuss the best options; he has a huge selection in his showroom, and we took his recommendation to go with engineered wood. Decorative concrete is a relatively new and labor-intensive process, and ours was the very first decorative concrete floor that Mahan and his team installed. This probably shouldve made me nervous, but Id witnessed Mahans integrity and commitment to doing quality work and had zero concerns that the end product would be flawless. We even had several tricky vertical rises that his team handled beautifully. The finished product is immaculate, but what I valued the most was FFL’s customer service. When the team noticed that unrelated repair work needed to be done (ie, regrouting our kitchen sink and repairing some mold-damaged drywall near the fridge), they fixed it!

I received 3 different prices per square foot for installation labor of the same tile. The first price was in the store. The 2nd price was after an employee who admitted to knowing very little about tile measured our floor and we received the 1st estimate. That estimate was for about 2/3 of the square feet of our job. When I called and to explain the # of square feet was substantially off news about their mistake was not received well. They sent the 2nd estimate with the correct square feet and the 3rd and highest price per square foot for installation. At that point I chose a different flooring company.

We have nice property rental in Richardson Tx, last tenant left the floor shambles. Marin from Factory Flooring Liquidators installed WPC vinyl planks 100% waterproof. When we first saw the house we decided to sale to not have headache any longer. Factory Flooring Liquidators with direct from factory price waved their magic hand, we are back in business. I spent the summer getting quotes from a few of the big box stores and Factory Flooring Liquidators, and ended up going with FFL because the price was comparable, I can talk directly to the owner (Marin), and they employ their own work crews. The contractors Ive had in from other stores were fly by night subs who all did a poor job and had to come out multiple times for repairs.First off- they did a fantastic job, first time. I have a 1450 sqft house and they did the whole thing except for bathrooms in 3.5 days. They delivered the materials to me a week ahead of time so I could paint the baseboards before the install and they didnt run into any problems with the leveling and install. I have low power outlets in 2 rooms that required custom cuts in the baseboard and they handled it no problem. I just touched up the baseboard paint over nail holes when they left.We had one issue where there were fewer materials per box than anticipated so the materials ran out on the third day. I was worried about delays but sure enough they had enough in the warehouse to come back and finish it the next day. I would recommend them to friends and family in a heartbeat.

My husband and I recently had to make an emergency trip from Charlotte, NC to Fate, TX to assess the floor damage of my elderly mothers house because of a faulty hot water heater that had burst while she was away. Since the hot water heater was centrally located in the house, the water damage was quite extensive. Being so far away, we were at the mercy of last minute online reviews. We contacted Factory Flooring Liquidators in Carrollton, TX and, before our plane even landed at DFW, Marin and his folks were already at my mothers house and working with Moms insurance company. Because of my moms advanced age, and the fact that the situation couldnt have come at a worse time for us schedule wise, we were expecting a most unpleasant ordeal. Once we met Marin, however, and saw his high level of compassion and integrity, we knew that we were in good hands. The professionalism of Factory Flooring Liquidators was above reproach as they effected a seamless transition from the old and damaged to the beautifully new. I was looking to remodel my home and I was looking for a nice hardwood floor and tyles for my small bathroom so I diced to shop around this store, I was passing by everyday because was close to my house . I was very please and surprise about this place they have so many variety of selection for a great price . I purces from here all my hardwood and my tiles and the people how installed did an amazing job very happy over all . I highly recommend Factory Flooring Liquidator to everyone .
