My apologies to Waggoner Carpets because this review is long overdue. Waggoner Carpets installed carpet in our new home back in August, 2018. Like other reviewers have stated it was a pleasure to work with Don and his company. The price was fair, the installation process went smoothly (install crew were friendly, clean and tidy, and did excellent work), and we are very happy with the product.We strongly recommend Don and Waggoner Carpets to friends and family and look forward to doing business with them again in the future.

They are excellent! We had a flood the first day we moved into our new house. We had to get the carpet re-installed in a bedroom after the moisture was removed. Every interaction I had with Waggoner Carpets was a good one. They were professional and friendly every step of the way. They were able to schedule the work the same week and actually called the next day to say they could get in earlier than expected. The installation went great and took under an hour to replace the pad and the carpet. The prices are also very reasonable. I will have no hesitations using them the next time we need flooring work!

Update May 2019-Still a big fan! They moved their showroom a few blocks away and it’s a nicer place.Ive been a long-time customer of Waggoner Carpets. Ive used them at two different homes on a number of different projects. Theyve always been great to work with! The flooring looks great. They always have finished the job in a timely fashion. Their prices are competitive. Plus, theyre good people, too. Ray and his crew and the best around. Ive referred friends and family to them and theyve always spoken very highly of their experiences.

Excellent workmanship and attention to detail by Jose, Juan, and Danny! Removed and replaced hardwood flooring damaged by plumbing leak in our living, dining, and kitchen. Their work on the trim and thresholds ended up better than the floor that was replaced. I was able to deal directly with the owners, Don and Ray and they advised using a moisture proof adhesive that the original flooring people (just 3 yrs. ago) never even mentioned. Overall, they made a tough job go very smooth. I would use them again without hesitation.

These guys are awesome! We have used them for laminate flooring, carpet, tile flooring, and other tile work as well and we will always go back to them first. The salesmen always go above and beyond to help get us flooring in a timely fashion especially as some of our jobs have been unplanned emergencies. Also, their crews are very respectful and do a great job which I greatly appreciate.

Looked all over for carpet, but once I went to Waggoner I was sold. They were so pleasant to deal with and the pricing was great. I would highly recommend visiting their place before you buy any flooring. The installers were great, worked fast and were very professional. Great overall experience!

I highly recommend Waggoners. They were easy to work with and very professional. And the work is excellent. To top it off, the price was very reasonable. Ive worked with several tile companies and these guys are by far the best Ive worked with.
