The staff was awesome, considerate, understanding and professional. I mostly dealt with Diane she is an excellent source of information. John the new Manager was soooo nice. I lost my key and he took off a significant amount of money from my deductible. That was a Godsend because its the holidays and every little bit counts. I really appreciated that kind gesture. They did a wonderful job on my car and I am glad that I took my car to them and I will certainly take it back if I ever need any body work done to my car. Thank you John and Diane!!!

They tried hard. They have good policies to send texts regarding status progress and delays. They let me know they were under staffed which explains allot. Some of these messages were delayed by quite a bit.. They also delayed in the start and inspection also explained by being understaffed. I can tell that normally this would be an exceptional business. So i gave it a 5 star. Diane and rosie i think her name is? Sorry im wrong are super nice. The work was perfect. I did tell the tow truck driver to give them a mesaage to be careful with led lights i had installed, which were knocked down and just stuck in a cup holder. Would have been nice for them to be reattached after completion of service.

Very friendly staff! Hi did an excellent job on helping my daughter and I out with our quotes.Price wise though I was able to find a local body shop that quoted me literally less than half of what service king quoted. Thats very telling for me.Still gave them work for the small amount I had to have done for a bumper but if I had them do all of it the car would have been flagged as a total loss for no valid reason.Cmon service king. You can do better. Dont tax us poor peasants to death.

I was out woking even though the temperature was not the best that we know here in Texas, when one One of my car tire blew out. I quickly looked up the nearest tire shop to my location which was three minutes away. When I got there they told me they couldnt get me in until around 7 oclock but it was only 3:30 P.M. at the time of my visit. I asked around about the closet tire shop and was on my way to another one that I was reffered to when I stumbled on Service King @2309 Midway Rd. Their service was the absolute king to me the General Manager along with his staff personally took care of the situation for me. When I talk about first class service I certainly got that at Service king. Service King 👑 you are definitely the king thanks a billion for providing exceptional King Service to Deuniverse Connects. They did a good job on my vehicle but they also return the Enterprise rental car and I left my grandkids to birthday presents in the back nobody called and said a word they kept the gifts so between service King and Enterprise somebody that work for them took it and didnt give me a call back gift for a 6 year old and a seven year old pogo sticks

I had work done at another Service King in Memphis TN. The work was horrible. I took the car here where I was greeted by Catrina. She was very understanding and did her best to assure me the job would be taken care of. She called with updates and really knows her profession. Catrina and the reception Diana are amazing!!

Everyone at the shop was friendly and helpful. They even give your car back detailed and washed. I will always choose service king in the future, and I will definitely be referring friends/family. This location had repaired two of my vehicles and in 4 years they still had the great customer service I experienced when my last repair in 2014. They also called after to make sure my car was running properly and their went any issues. Also this location has an enterprise attached their service was equally as excellent and its extremely convenient to pick up a rental when your car is dropped off. Thank you all for a job well done!

This has been (and still is) THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE THAT I HAVE EVER HAD AT A REPAIR SHOP IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!! From the time that we took my sons vehicle there to be repaired from an auto accident, to 5 minutes ago, NOT ONE PERSON HAS DONE WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO! I have been lied to, my calls ignored and nobody call me back after multiple messages, told that I would be communicated with, told me that the they had everything that they needed and would get right on it, etc.! I have made EVERY SINGLE CALL to them, the insurance company of the insured who was at fault, got the claim number for them, got it assigned for them, and finally last Monday got it approved for them. Never did they reach out to try and get it done!! Every time I would call for an update, I would get someone else saying that someone else is handling it now or that person quit on Monday and nothing had been done. This has taken a month and the conversation that I had with them last Friday was that it was FINALLY going to paint after they FINALLY ordered the parts 3 weeks into the whole experience. I was told Friday that I would have it by Tuesday but I just got off of the phone with them and they just now started to paint. When I asked why, I was told I have no idea why they are just now doing it....the car has been back there. So they dont even have an answer or an idea on HOW OR WHY things are being done! Ridiculous!! I wish that there was something good that I could say but there is NOT! This is actually the first Google review that I have ever done and I really thought long and hard about sending one, but after todays excuses and having NO IDEA WHY, I really thought that someone needed to know. I WILL NEVER USE SERVICE KING AGAIN and WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE ELSE EVER USE THEM after the absolute horrendous service that we have received during this time.PS. And to make things even better, about 3 weeks into the ordeal, I was told by the person handling the vehicle that it all depends on if the parts we get in are damaged or not...Liberty Mutual makes us use second hand parts and sometimes it takes two or three times to order them to get parts in that arent damaged. That will make you feel better about things, huh?!?!?

I was very disappointed with the customer service as well as the professionalism. I went there to get my car appraised and is was a complete joke. The lady I had the appointment with was clues on how to do her job. She missed so much of the damages appraised the car wrong and sent over the wrong type of appraisal. Needless to day I wont be back and Service King will not be doing the body work on my car.

I took my car here to get some paint work corrected from another Service King. They honored the lifetime warranty with no questions asked. They did promise and deliver it before they completed the work but after a walk around they agreed that it wasnt completed and corrected any other issues I found. They will work until you are a satisfied customer but it may take some time and a trip or two to get it all corrected.

Jeremy was awesome and the facilities were clean and well maintained. Because they work by appointments you receive 100% of their attention when you are there. There is no rushing you in and out because they have 10 people waiting. The receptionist was super welcoming and very customer friendly. She ran a tight ship in the front but made sure she did it with utmost kindness. I cant speak to the repairs because my vehicle was totalled But they were even kind when they said for my safety they couldnt repair it. Other places I believe would have put back together just for the money. A repair shop with integrity.

If you want your car to look good as new, then look elsewhere. They have repainted my car 4 times now because they just can’t seem to get it right. I made a big mistake coming here. If you do decide to go here check their work thoroughly! Terrible workmanship and customer service.

Absolutely the worst service I have received at an auto mechanic/body repair shop. My service representative, Trevor Hill, was both unresponsive and inattentive with my case. The customer service was appalling to say the least.I brought my truck in for repairs after an accident during the first week of December 2017, within the first 3 weeks of getting my truck I was back for them to touch up paint and tightening of the running boards that they installed. Since the initial repairs being done I have had to bring my vehicle in four times for the exact same reason (running boards are either loose or have been ripped off completely). Now after the fifth time of visiting the shop they have claimed that the damage to the running board will have to go through insurance even though the claim was settled almost five months ago. I have never been so dissatisfied with workmanship and customer service; I will most certainly never be returning to this shop let alone another Service King again

Worse Service King I’ve ever been to.The advisors are rude & I sat for an hour past my scheduled time just to get to get a simple estimate & still didn’t get one because they want to try to FORCE you to use their shop.Don’t fall for it. I’d recommend going to a different one just like I am going to do. The person helping was outside messing with his car instead of helping them walks in & asks what I need done. Yeah no thanks. I will take my business elsewhere & I hope those reading this does too.

I was in a nasty car accident on Dec 18 2018 and the front left side of my car got pretty messed up! I was without my Jeep for about 3 weeks. My service advisor was Becca and she was exrtemely sweet and very informative. She kept me updated the entire time through phone, email and text. I never worried once about how my car was being cared for. She let me know when it was ready to be picked up and I was able to go after work. I was greeted with a smile and was handed my paperwork rather quickly and then directed over the enterprise section to turn in the keys of the rental vehicle. They got me closed out with them very fast. I was probably in and out of there within 15-20 minutes. Jessica then came out and went over all the work that was done and special instructions on not washing my car right away as it had fresh paint. She as well was very informative and kind and answered all of my questions. They did an excellent job on my Jeep, too! You cant even tell that car was ever in a wreck! I am overall very satisfied with my experience here. The customer service, knowledge, work, the people and atmosphere in general was refreshing. I would most definitely recommend my friends and family to this spot. Thanks yall for everything and making a stressful situation, pleasant! :)

I had damage to my Dodge truck and insurance had to paint the whole truck. Within one year the clear coat started peeling off. They would no fix their own lifetime warranty. I could of done the same quality paint job with a can of krylon can.

After getting hit and having to have my car repaired I wasnt sure how the process was going to be or how long it would take. This was my first wreck and the whole process was nerve wrecking! I just picked up my baby and it looks 100% better than how I left it at the shop. My advisor was GAVIN and I thank him for taking the time to make sure that everything that needed to be fixed on my Honda was fixed. He spoke to my insurance and kept me updated almost every day/every other day for the past 30 days. My car is running better than it was and I have no check engine/ service lights. Im so happy and grateful for the service I received. I will recommend this shop to everyone.

Would NOT recommend. Got my car back with 3 error lights on, which was totally unrelated to the scratch I took it in for repairs. Also got it back with fumes left in my tank. It arrived with half a tank of gas. Staff never called to say it was ready and they were rude when I pointed out there was primer paint all over the undamaged side of my car. Will never use service king again.

Worst repair service. Worst customer care. Worst experience to date.They lie. They send fake text messages. They don’t call you back or keep you updated. When you call you get the run around. Everyone is always busy. No peace of mind when you drop your car off. BBB has to step in.June 27th drop car. ( I was rear ended at red light)SK says ETR July 26th.July 1st, nothing will be done until after 4th July and that weekend, okay. Understood.July 8th, 9th Make calls, send texts. No call back.July 9 the evening call back, and told nothing is done now, will status tomorrow.July 10th talk to Gary, my rep. Fed a bunch of lies.July 11th, talk to a stand in manager, who assures me all is going to plan, and updates will be sent.July 12th text from SK ‘car is 50% done.’July 15th, text from SK ‘on target for 26th’July 17th, text from SK very detailed about all the work dome and completed and still set for ETR of 26th.July 24th. I call SK. Gary doesn’t work there anymore. Matt, too over my file. Matt says, car is not even close to being done. Car will not be done for a week or more. I tell him my rental expires, his attitude was IDGAF! I tell him my insurance has nothing to do with this, I was rear ended and the other persons insurance is covering all repairs and rental. Matt again, clueless and helpless. Still has the IDGAF tone and attitude on the call.He then tells me that I need to contact the other persons insurance (one who hit me) and get them to pay for the repairs and anything else. Gary, who worked there assured me that SK would handle everything and I would not have to worry about anything. So, someone is lying to me, feeding me BS, not being honest, not doing their job, no customer empathy at all, and service is at a negative 10.Please do not use this or any SK. I will be posting this update to inform all my friends, family and anyone who wants to know. The BBB will also receive a copy of this message.

Every single time I take my car there they always do a bad job!! Everytime I take my vehicles there when I get home there is ALWAYS something wrong it they didnt do or it looks bad. They didnt even clean my car when they gave it back after get body work it had dust absolutely everywhere!!!! If I had a choice that day I would have taken it somewhere else. Originally was told to bring my car here after a wreck from my insurance. The first time I brought it in wasnt too bad of an experience. I had to bring it back due to the after market headlight assembly failing on me. And over spray in several places. Now I got called to come back here after work, 30 min out of my way, because my car was fixed. When I get here I asked if the light was repaired and the girl got got a look on her face like she forgot. Tried to cover up her mistake by saying it was just a light bulb. Lol. Like I hadnt tried replacing the bulb. She said Ill be back in one minute. ...... 30 minutes later Im still waiting for a one minute repair. Now late to pick up my son and still without a properly working car they come to tell me that the after market headlamp assembly is bad because it popped a fuse somewhere. The guy was trying to brag to me that they had 5 techs checking it out, actually not impressive. If you need 5 techs to check out a blown fuse and replace a headlamp assembly thats kind of sad. The repair was simple, but now its turned into a crap show. I know what the problem is I was trying to simply have them pay for the parts and do the work. Guess I need to take it somewhere else next time

Very poor follow through. I was told I would be emailed a copy of the estimate for repairs the day I dropped my car off. Five days later I still had not received it. Called and spoke with a service advisor. He said he was sending it as we spoke. An hour later - no email. Called back and was told he got busy, I could expect it in 40 minutes. Not impressed with their customer service.

Never complete to your vehicle on time. Also, the paint never match your original color. My car is White Pearl and now the part they paint is more white than the original color, that means they dont use enough pearl. Communication are very bad, to know the status of my vehicle I called all times, they never call me.

Called to ask if they could send me the specialist for estimate the damage on my car in my location she said she cant send anyone to the location but she scheduled an appointment for another location and told me that they will call me few minutes before they reach u and ask for your address so I waited till the appointment and saw the text that says reminder of appointment on Plano location for this morning please call if u want to cancel I called and they told me there is not an option to send out an specialist now the question is what was the receptionist was on when I called and asked for that service when she scheduled an appointment for me to bring the car in to another location and telling me that they call me few minutes before they get to my address

Had little miscommunication issue in the beginning. At the estimate time I was told it would take 4 days. When I dropped my truck off I was told it would be 6 days. That didnt go over well with me, however Rebecca and David stepped up and made it happen. Thank you guys for going above and beyond to get me back in my vehicle.

I have been taking my vehicles to Service King since 2001, so it was a no brainer to bring my Honda Ridgeline in fto the Carrollton location for hail damage this last spring. Well times sure have changed. The service was so bad that I will never do business with Service King again. I realize it was a busy time, but they delayed calling my insurance company by at least 10 days, and then when I finally did get the truck back the job was incomplete - missing parts, scratches on the paint, etc. It took me threatening to withhold payment for them to finally get around to finishing the windshield, which was installed incorrectly. I will make sure my insurance company, AllState, and all of my friends hear about the lousy quality and service I received.The General Manager promised to get back to me and never did. They are very busy now and dont think they need to listen to the customer, but there will come a day when their poor service will catch up with them. The name of this company is an oxymoron.

Replaced one head light and it does not match the other one. They disconnected my entire speaker system to replace my front bumper? Did not complete the job and when I returned to have the parts they did not put back on. They installed them but they were falling into my tire not 30 miles down the road. I wouldnt use them again.
