This body shop failed to communicate with me the process of my vehicle repairs and I had to make several calls regarding my vehicle issues that was a claim from my insurance. Only phone call I ever received was when my vehicle was ready and how much I had to pay. All other phone calls were initialed by me. Even my adjuster was given wrong information from owner stating he spoke with my husband about my vehicle when I’m not married. My vehicle is running fine, I just didn’t like the lack of communication.

I’ve had my car worked on by Body Masters twice already and both times the job was absolutely outstanding. Great customer service, kept me updated during the process, my car was returned sparkling clean and the actual repair was perfect. Very happy with them.
