I recently had a car crash with some damage at the front of the car and had the bag deployed. Originally, my car is scheduled to be finished in 3 weeks, but the lead mechanic, Mr. Little has worked hard to complete it in 2 weeks, accommodating for my need to use the car for abusiness trip out of town. He went above and beyond to make sure that my car is ready before I go out of town. I cannot express enough how thankful I am for Mr. Little. He stayed hours until the shop hours to make sure I can pick up my car that day eventhough he is not on hourly pay. I recommend to use this CC service, and I will come back to use its service when I need anything for my car. Kudos to Mr. Little for his hard work and customer service.

I have been a customer at Caliber Collision several times over the years. They have worked on all types of vehicles for me (BMWs, Dodge 1-ton dually, Volvo SUV to list a few). Recently had to take my truck in for body repair from a car wash and Daniel Corey was my estimator. From start to finish he was on top of things and kept me updated along the entire process. The work did take longer than anticipated due to materials not being available due to shortages, however it was at no fault of Daniel or Caliber Collision. If you ever need bodywork repair I highly recommend giving them a call.

Caliber Collision is the place to go for excellent work and SERVICE. Ive had three of my vehicles repaired at Caliber with no complaints. I had a recent issue with loose skid plate on my Honda. Bill at the Carrollton location checked it out and determined that there was no real damage and refastened the plate with no fee. I was in and out in minutes. I would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable work.

They were great! We were supposed to get picked up by budget rental for a vehicle to rent. No one showed it called us. They were very helpful and calling around for available rentals. It was spring break so not what we needed was available at Enterprise or Budget. We were able to get what we needed at Enterprise. They have never failed us. Never will use Budget! Caliber Collision did an excellent job with the body work and replacement parts we needed. Paint job was perfect matching. Friendly staff and was very helpful! Great work guys!

I went to Caliber to get an estimate for repairing a scratch down the side of my car. The technician used a paint thinner product and removed the scratch! It wasnt a scratch at all! There was one spot left and we agreed that I could just use my touch up kit from Jeep to repair it. All in all, cost me $0. I will go back to Caliber if I ever need any body work on my car! Just be aware that since they are so good, they are very busy so call ahead for an appointment!

I brought in my Kia for a repair, and the service I received was absolutely amazing. They kept me updated, they arranged for me to get a ride to pick up my rental car, and when I totally forgot that the car was ready to pick up they stayed open later so I could still get my car. I have worked with Caliber Collision before but this one is by far the best. Daniel was super professional and helpful!

Getting in a fender bender sucked. Working with the awesome people at Caliber was great. Daniel was the all-star. He was courteous, quick, and responsive. Honestly, he communicated better with us than our own insurance. Im hoping I dont need Caliber in the future, but Ill be back if I do.

They took over 40 days to get my car back! It was drivable when I took it in, mostly needed a new headlight. They kept pushing the date back so many times that I wondered if I would ever get my car back. They originally told me 5-10 days. My car came back with an alignment problem that I will be taking elsewhere since I do not have another 40 days to give them. Also, they stole my sunshade!

The dealership felt that I needed new shocks, however, I wanted someone to take a second look because the mileage didnt seem to match up with the diagnosis. Caliber exceeded my expectations,! Not only did they save me over 2K in repair costs, they were prompt, helped me with pick up and delivery of my car, communicated throughout the process and the repair was complete in one day. I was unexpectedly rear ended at a stop light. We all know how hectic and unpleasant it can be dealing with insurance companies when it’s time for them to pay for damages that their insureds caused. Dee worked Very hard, side by side with geico, getting them to replace & repair all of my damages. Leaving me stress free. I recommend working with Dee, she will keep you updated and knowledgeable about everything going on with your baby (vehicle). Great atmosphere. Great staff.
