Not a lot to say…I went to buy a black diamond ring and a matching band. There was a more expensive ugly as hell ring, and a nicer yet cheaper ring. The seller said, I must say though this ring is more expensive, its not as cute as the other. Since that moment…I’ve been sold. Good hard working peeps there. No complaints!

My husband bought me a ring at Kay Jewlers online store for a Christmas present. Soon after the holidays we went to Carlsbad outlet to return the ring because it looked really cheap and felt and sounded like tin and wrong size.The salesperson told us we cant return it since we purchased it online but could exchange for another size.. Ring also turned my finger green.. Soon after we got sick with Covid and couldnt send back since we were so sick.. Bottom line we are out the money and a ring that sits in a box... I will NEVER buy from Kays again.. change

I was lucky enough to work with Shannon and Marie. I came and having some questions about a custom ring that I wanted to make, Shannon worked with me quickly and answered all my questions she took some photographs of what I wanted answered every single question I had even if I ask the same question in a different way i’m waiting on some digital sketching all working with Shane was 10 out of 10 would highly recommend any day. I was also in there looking for a bracelet for my girlfriend Marie took her time she showed me everything I wanted to look at. once I picked out the gift I wanted she even went through all of her promotions and found me an amazing deal with a promotion we didn’t even know was going on. 10/10 these two lovely ladies will take their time to make sure you have exactly what you want. I never felt rushed I never felt like I had to pick something because I was there too long I was probably in the store for over an hour, never once was there any impatience only great customer service.

I was so pleased with Kay Jewelers when I took my engagement ring to get fixed. They did an assessment and decided to send it away to have the prongs repaired. They gave me a great discount because the ring had been purchased there too.

I opened a credit card here and purchased a necklace and pendant. I found the perfect items, was approved for 12 months interest-free financing, and cashed out. The saleswoman placed my receipt in the bag and I didnt think anything of it.Yesterday, I received my card in the mail with instructions to activate it and access my account online. At that point, I went online and opened up my statement. I saw that I was charged for two things called Danny. Each was $13.99 and I am pretty positive they were for the little stuffed animals they sell to raise money for charity. I did not purchase any of those, and I didnt take any home with me. Not that $13.99 is a ton of money, but I shouldnt be charged for items I didnt want or receive.To top it off, I saw in the document where it tells you to look for how much time you have to pay off the purchase for deferred interest. Mine had nothing there. So, I called the credit card phone number and asked them about it. They confirmed I did not receive 12 months interest-free financing like I was told. Now, I have to go back and see if they will do a return and repurchase with the 12 months deferred interest (which I was already supposed to get), and to see if I can get a refund for the two stuffed animals I never bought. If they arent willing to do that, I have to file a dispute.Such a simple purchase has really turned into a hassle. If this wasnt a gift for somebody, I would have already returned it and stopped all business with this place.

Google says its open 12pm on Sunday. Its now 12:14pm . Not open. Manager and employee should be here 1 hour before opening time. To set up. They showed up late and took time to open doors. Due to setting up. Its now 12:44pm.Still not open.

Went to a few different places. Some had higher priced items, some lower. The very nice and professional lady there did a great job of trying to understand what I was after. It was Valentines day and I was a little unsure of what I was doing. I really liked her suggestions and found the perfect gift. It was a bit like a pre engagement ring, which sounds a little silly when you say but it was perfect and the ring is rather non flashy but when you look at it more closely, it has a real Wow factor. Stopped into this shop to glance over the various designs and options for engagement rings and wedding bands.My fiancée and I were greeted by Barbara. Barbara was not only polite, friendly and genuine, but she was also not pushy about sales. She came from a space that honestly wanted to assist us in getting an idea in what we wanted to suite our needs. She offered some of the best customer service Ive ever encountered while jewelry shopping.As many may know, there is A LOT that goes behind the designs and crafting of jewelry and Barbara was more than happy to give us all the information we required.This was definitely one of my better experiences shopping and I highly recommend here to anyone.

The worst customer service! Ive notice that they only treat new customers very nice and returning customers very bad. I went in tonight to pay off my credit card and Vanessa refused to help me. She claimed that they were too busy and that I had to wait 10-20mins. That seems crazy since making a payment takes no longer than 2mins. Once my husband and I are done paying our credit card we will no longer be buying from Kay Jewelers!

Absolutely worst place to go, they will lie and cheat you out of more and more money. Theres also a lot of cases against them. It will take them four times to get the simplest things done. And then tell you youre paying for something and then charge you later for it. Do not go to any Kay jewelers.

By far the worst experience i have ever had with a jeweler company. i dont know if its just because of their location that they think all theyll deal with is boot Marines, but i doubt they get customers who know how to crunch number and pay attention to customer service.most noteworthy dissatisfaction was on the event that i had gone in FOUR times just to have the corrections on my wifes wedding band corrected...how complicated can you make it to add two new stones to each side??? and upon questioning of the mistakes, they had the worst attitudes and pushed the blame elsewhere. to top things off, we had a second bill sent to our house stating we needed to make more payments because they FORGOT THAT WE PAID.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP. and BEWARE to our newer service members.

The reason why im giving a 2 star instead of a 1 star is because Ive been to Kays a couple of times to buy and the experience was ok, but this last experience yesterday was a bad one. I came in with my husband intending to buy a wedding band because I had lost mine. It seemed as if the employee did not want to attend me. She did greet us and asked what I was looking for. I told her I was looking for a wedding band. She then asked if I had my ring. At first I didnt understand her and so I repeated a ring? What do you mean? And she looked at me as if I was stupid and said yes a ring. Then I understood she meant an engagement ring. I told her no Im just looking for a band and she said ok well this is what we have and then left it as that. Asked no more questions like whats your budget what kind of style do you want. She did not seem interested in trying to help me find a band. She just ignored me, and my husband and I were just standing there. We ended up leaving and buying a wedding band at Zales. The employee over there helped us pick out the perfect ring. Kays not only lost a sale but they also lost a customer. I dont think I will return any buy anymore from them.

In my opinion this is the closest Kay Jewelers to Camp Pendleton with the best selection of rings and the best staff, my fiancée and I really enjoy it every time we’ve gone, whether it be together or alone for any services or purchases, I like how with my purchases lately I’ve been getting free gifts for my fiancée ♥️

Worst experience Ive ever had at a jewelry store. I put a down payment on a bracelet and was told I could finance the rest of it over the span of 12 months interest free. I go into the store to make my first payment and they say I owe the entire amount and they said an employee would have never told me I can finance it. I pointed out the employee that told me I could finance it and she said she would have never told me that. Awful store, I recommend going anywhere else.

I brought my ring in to be resized and it was part of a UPS shipment that was stolen. I had to go into the store to show them pictures of my ring even though every time something goes through a Kay service shop, they take a picture of it (it was on its way back to the store after being resized when it was stolen). The entire management was completely incompetent and rude. I was told after bringing in pictures to wait a day or two and Id get a call. Four days later and still no call so I called them and received a really dumpy attitude from the manager, Omar (he was the one who told me originally hed call me in a day or two). SO I was patient and waited almost three weeks before calling again. When I did call again, now nearly a month after my ring was stolen and still havent heard anything from them, it turns out that they had had a replacement ring for me in their store for 2 WEEKS and they forgot to call me. If I ever need anything else done to my ring, I will drive the extra 15 miles to the Kay at the Westfield mall because this place is complete garbage. NEVER dealing with them again.

Worst experience Ive ever had with any jewelry store! Cynthia who no longer works for the company gave me the run around when I decided I wanted a refund. She tried to convince me into keeping something I told her I didnt want and then left the company without handling my refund. She also didnt tell anyone. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
