I received a beautiful ring from my daughter and son in law. No occasion, just because - what a blessed mother I am. The staff at Zales remembered my daughter purchasing the ring. They quickly sized it for me without trying to sell me anything else but at the same time, were more than willing to show me other beautiful pieces that caught my eye even though I told them I was only admiring the piece.

I bought my engagement and wedding rings here 15 years ago and an anniversary ring years later. I highly recommend Zales for the quality, and service.

I went in to clean my ring and the store manager, Cindy, was the one helping me. She asked for paper work and I told her I didn’t have it because I didn’t realize I needed it. She was immediately rude to me. I apologized and asked if she could look it up, she reluctantly took my husbands number and she said she couldn’t find it. Then I told her where I’ve gotten it cleaned and worked on before. She said she had no history of it. Then she stepped back to her computer and whispered something to the other employee. Then she said she found it under the original purchase and that if I would have had my paperwork I would have been out of there quicker. However, why didn’t she just look it up under my husbands name to begin with? She had an attitude the whole time for no reason. I wasn’t rude and apologized for not knowing I needed the paperwork.

I have had such a great experience here. I have been looking for weeks for the perfect piece to get and the employee there, Shoko made all that happen. I had a very comfortable and pleasant shopping experience that all the other stores wasnt offering as they were trying to make a quick buck, which ended up with having nothing. I am glad I came to this place.

Absolutely the worst jewelry purchase experience ever! From beginning to the end! Wrong information was given to me about the stone on my ring. I had to look online to find out what it was. I know my purchase was not ten thousand dollars but I was treated like I was in Walmart! I had to keep calling on the status of the order and they were rude every time.. No one called to say it was in..I had to call. When I got it...stone fell out in FOUR days! No apologies! Returned it and never going back!

Was awesome watching my wife open her diamond earrings for Christmas! Until she says their two different earrings! Huh??? I call they told me theyll order some and would be a week. Then call me right back saying we have 1 more pair come exchange them. My daughter loved hers but were a lil heavy being shes 5. So Xmas eve morning had to go back to exchange both pairs. My daughter comes with me. We walk in and right away couldnt get a word in with the lady. All I wanted to ask her is how do those two diamonds match then you go to box them up and I end up coming home with a Christmas present that they arent the same. She wouldnt let me talk and then got irritated when I said I wanted to exchange my daughters earrings because they were heavy for her. So she said yeah yeah well exchange them okay and when it was all said and done I had to right diamond earrings finally and she told me I owed her $109 for the exchanging earrings for my daughter. Just kind of confused and how they cant get it right I come back and they try to upsell me on other earrings that were not even half the size of the first ones I got my daughter. at least we found out before the actual Christmas morning and I didnt have to watch my wife opened up the wrong diamond earrings

My ring resizing experience has been a nightmare. Their jeweler thinned out my band to 0.5 mm and they will NOT take responsibility for their mistake. Every person at Zales has been unreliable. Its been 2 weeks and Ive yet to heard from their personnel. Will not be shopping with them again.
