Someone hit my car/Tesla while driving on the highway. Geico covered majority of it. (The assailant clipped right side of my car, thinking he was free to enter left lane, ie I was his blind spot.I chose Fixx auto body In Carlsbad. They were excellent from start to finish. Kevin kept me informed at all times (service manager). He gave me a blueprint of what needed to be done. Constantly communicated through text (per my request of updates, including unforeseen obstacles including Tesla taking 4ever to send parts otherwise work would have been completed in about 8-10days as opposed to almost 3 weeks. They repaired a huge dent in parent right rear door and repaired my steel tire hubs that had been deeply scratched and many other things. Geico would only pay limited portion for damaged tires in affected side. Kevin went out of his way to find the right tires,with balance and rotation at wholesale price (he doesn’t even have ability at his job) and he advocated in my behalf. When it was time to pick up my car, my car was shiny new! There were 1-2 tiny scuff marks that I asked them to remove that you could barely see, and they good natured-ly got out their sandpaper disc,thinner and buffer and for 15minutes as I was paying made it BEAUTIFUL. They weren’t irritated, or treating me like I was high maintenance (even though I was) and insisted I call if there are any problems going forward or if I notice anything else…..WHI DOES THAT?? This place is a hidden gem that deserves recognition and kudos and I would not hesitate to use again..EVER!Shout out also to Kyle also and the technicians who worked on my car doing an excellent job.Kevin thank you for being the conductor of this amazing band of talented crew you run!From Sonia A

Great people, ready to help in a moments notice. They made my accident seamlessly disappear in just a week, 2 days before the initial deadline. Sharron and Kevin were very attentive and made life so much easier! They also have a feature that texts you daily updates on your car so you dont have to disrupt your day calling or asking them your status, giving them more time with your vehicle! They even called enterprise rental to pick me up from their office, so I didnt have to hassle making extra phone calls or worry about getting a ride. This place was based on recommendation from a friend of mine. I worked with Johnny on repairs to my car. The process was easy. I dropped off my car, they had my info and the at faults persons insurance on file. They called Enterprise for me and worked directly with Farmers. The estimate said my car would be finished the 27th. On Friday, the 22nd, they called and it was complete. The quality and customer service was great. I’m in the insurance business and can say these guys are top notch. I’ll definitely use again.

I scheduled an appointment online after hours (weekend) and received a follow up call on Monday morning. I was able to drive through without leaving my car as Joey checked out my damage and gave me an estimate. The cost was reasonable (they use an outside ding/dent repair guru). I was in and out within an hour or so and my car looks like new. Sharon at the front desk was quick to respond during scheduling and the whole process was painless.

I was rear ended and decided to use Fix Auto. The process was easy and smooth. The customer service was excellent. On top of repairing my car, they took the time to clean it so when I picked it up it looked great! They also touched up minor scratches around the vehicle. All in all a great experience considering the inconvenience of being rear ended and the resulting whiplash.

We have had numerous cars repaired here. They are courteous, honest and very dependable. They have always finished our jobs before the due date which is nice. In addition the communicate very well about the status of your job. Will continue to use them as long as we live in town.

Getting into a car accident is something that you hope never happens, but when it does youre already stressed out and worried about insurance, and potentially injury and what not. But one thing you dont have to worry about is getting you car fixed by professionals for a reasonable cost.
