DO NOT USE!! Took my car in for hail damage and completely messed up my car. Paint was peeling off, hood not on correctly. Took car back in they had my car for over a month and still did not fix it. Paint does not match and hood and fenders not on correctly. While at shop i got several notifications from Onstar that my tire was low come to find out there was 2 bolts in my tire. Also got a notification about my battery being completely dead so now i have to replace battery in car.

I had a good size door dint. Bobcat had it perfectly done in 4 days! They even worked with me on a Sunday to turn the car in cause I couldnt make theyre regular business hours. I give an extra ⭐ for the electronic communication via email and text!! Highly recommended!

Awesome job on my hood. Cant color matched perfectly. Bobcat is a one stop shop. They do detailing, paint & body, tires, oil changes, mechanical, accessories, etc. They do Great work and are friendly and are Highly reputable in my opinion. Hear me out. They damaged my hood while doing a detail. The manager called the collision shop supervisor and had him come look at it. He immediately said he cant fix it without wrinkles in it. It was damaged on one of the creases. The manager, owner, collision shop supervisor, the guy that check my truck in all when to the owners office where they apologized repeatedly and promised to make it right. They did just that. They bought me a new hood, color matched it perfectly, detailed the heck out of my truck! Great place. Good quality reputable people. Thanks to all at Bobcat. Owned and operated by just plain good people.

Raul worked so hard to make sure my door was replaced before I left for college. They made sure my car was a priority repair and got it fixed in a timely manner. I’m so appreciative that I got my car back before I moved. Thank you so much guys!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Guillermo and Amador are very professional and very helpful. They came and picked up my vehicle immediately after I called them and brought it back to me fixed brand new within just a couple of hours. My car looks perfect, and on top of it all they filled my tires for no extra charge. Bobcat will be the only mechanic I use from here on out. Thank you so much!

Great work fixing the scratch on my door. But my door handle hasnt been the same. I would have taken my vehicle back to have that taken care of, but I left the area. Otherwise I would have rated them 5 stars.

Its a had 0 stores I would write them a 0 0! Bobcat his head Robbie equal for nearly 2 months in doesnt even have all the parts to even start working on it they cant even give me an estimated date as to when my truck will be ready my insurance company is no longer gonna pay for my rental which means I have no means of transportation in this small town that has 0 public transportation Bobcat is refusing to pay for the rental wh until they get finished working on of the truck which is I believe the only fair thing to do considering they never even ordered my parts or even began to order my parts into a last week

When they called me to come get my truck because it was ready, I got there to find it with the door handles still out, a window out, and paper still taped to the door from when they did body work and repainted.The next day, they called again. Everything was fixed only now the back door wouldnt unlock and the window would not go all the way up. They fixed that in front of me when I complained about it.I will not be going back

I highly recommend them, not only because they helped us in a time of need and were willing to stay a few extra hours to help us out but also because the prices couldnt be beat by anyone around town.

Great work quality, prices are a bit high but they go above and beyond to make sure the job is done right.
