We needed a minor repair after being rear ended and the estimator stated this would be a 3 day job. Look at the picture below. I actually thought 3 days was a long time for such minor repairs. Well 3 days turned into 3 weeks. What was most disappointing was the attitude of our representative and his supervisor. Neither would even discuss how they could have provided such an inaccurate time estimate, nor did it even seem to cross their minds to apologize (even halfheartedly). If we ever need an auto body repair in the future I know exactly where we WON’T be going.

The car looked good as new, and they were the best part of handling the collision process. Geico did nothing except lose my car for 2 weeks and not Call me back. Carlsbad collision center handled the rest.

The receptionist was very welcoming and professional. She even talked with me about other subjects too. The staff was amazing and polite. They took really good care of me. Couldnt ask formal better service.

My experience with Carlsbad Collision Center was nothing less than 5 Stars! Right when I walked in I was greeted with nothing but smiles and pure professionalism from the ladies at the front desk. It’s nice to walk into this kind of vibe. Especially, when visiting a Collision Center.Except, Jose one of the assessors made it all that much better! He came down the hall with out any waiting at the front desk and assessed my issue and let me know exactly what my next steps would be. Everything he said was clear and made sense as opposed to some auto repair places that can quote a lot higher.After I was finished with Jose the Center offered a generous shuttled ride back home of which the driver was very respectful.My car only took one entire work day which i thought was more than fair. The people at Carlsbad Collision Center were nice, efficient, and with fair prices.If you want a good experience I RECOMMEND this place of business to anyone that has to go to an auto repair or collision center!

I had a super great experience at Carlsbad collision The work they did was top notch on the front end damage to my car. My car looks brand new and was clean and ready to go when promised all the agents were very helpful and friendly. They offer shuttle rides, coffee, And a comfortable lobby. I would recommend Carlsbad Collision to all my friends and neighbors.

Highly recommend, and will definitely go back, should I need to!I had a bad experience with a woman named Day, at Big O Tire, in Carlsbad, earlier that morning. Day quoted me $40-$100 max for the service I needed, then told me it was $180 once my car was apart. She never forewarned me there would be a $30 charge regardless. When I argued the $30 charge, she threatened to report me for non-payment. When I asked to whom, she said, “You’ll have to find out.” This is after I had just spent roughly $500 on parts and labor with them just the week before. Day was rude and miserable. Luckily the owner was cool and told me I could just go. So glad I went to Carlsbad Collision Center. Turned my day around.

My daughters black Honda Civic 4/5 years old had developed paint oxidization on the hood, roof and trunk. Carlsbad Collision spoke with Honda regarding a Honda recall for defective paint on this model year. As a result the entire automobile was repainted – at no cost - and restored to showroom level. During the entire paint restoration my interactions with Carlsbad Collision were very professional, punctual and courteous. The finished result was amazing; I cannot recommend this company more highly.

I took my car last year to get fixed from a car accident and when they returned my car there was some paint chipped that it wasnt there so before I drove off I called the manager to come see the problem. I showed them the before pictures where it showed there was no chipped paint and the after pictures and he checked the bumper and said there was some other chipped paint. I told him I was not complaining about my bumper but the part where the paint was chipped that it was not there when I turned in my vehicle that i should get my vehicle the way i left it besides the part where i got hit. He didnt want to solved my problem and tried to blame it to the Toyota dealer where i bought my car which was not their problem because it happened at their shopped. Wasnt satisfied the way they handle the problem. They never fixed it.

Ive been here twice to fix damage to the same car which got rear-ended on two separate occasions. Carlsbad Collision Center did a good job repairing the damage and communicating with the insurance companies and giving me updates. They also coordinated with Enterprise Rent-a-Car next door to have me shuttled over to the rental lot, and when it came time to return the rental cars I only had to leave the keys with the Carlsbad Collision Center front desk and leave the rental car in front, a major convenience for me. Overall simple and straightforward interactions with zero billing surprises.

Wow they just wasted 3 weeks of my time because they never mentioned that they wont repair another shops work. I had all the information in the initial email and I verbally described the damage before bringing the car for estimate and no one said anything until after I got approval from my insurance. I made an appointment for the repair yesterday and today I got a message from my insurance (not Carlsbad Collision) that they would not do the repairs.I had to call to find out why.All they had to to was tell me but they did not feel it was necessary which is baffling.

Great service. I had two minor incidents with my vehicle within a month of each other with people backing into or side swiping my vehicle. CCC fixed it up nicely each time. They were helpful having my rental car pick me up at the location with the car I would be renting (I have two small kids I had to bring to pick up and drop off my vehicle).

I was told the repair would take 3 days. It took 10 days. I was told it would be ready for pick up at 4pm. I got there and had to wait 2 hours before it was actually ready. Not everything was repaired because the guy who did one of the jobs was out while my car was in the shop. I was told I would receive a refund for that part of the work. I have received no refund. They do good work when it finally gets done, but dont trust anything they tell you.

They took very good care of us when we have our SUV fixed because someone backed into us.Amazing service, finished before the time they quoted, great workmanship, worked seamlessly with our insurance, and arranged a rental car for our use that we picked up when dropping off our vehicle.If you want the least amount of impact to your daily life because you are busy, use these people.I will use them in the future if needed.

They fixed the dents . But created a new problem doors unlock when I stop at a stop light .

Amazing service! They did an excellent job fixing my new 2016 Honda Civic! David was very loyal into making sure my rear ended car received all the proper care it deserved! They were also very fast considering it was a 2016 model. I wouldnt want to go anywhere else.

It all started when another car did not see my parked car and bumped into it. I took my car for repair to Carlsbad Collision Center. Jose was the gentleman who assisted from the estimate to the end of the process. He let me know in detail what needed to be fixed, and kept me updated with with phone calls and VM. Once I picked up my car I was able to drop off my Enterprise rental there! So easy and such service 10 of 10!!

Came to Carlsbad Collision based on the good reviews, but should have read further into them, because every one star review they have proven to be true over and over again.Needed a repair after a small collision in a parking lot. Damage to the two passenger doors. They estimated the job to be completed in 7-8 business days. Fine. Got a rental car and went on my way. Called at the end of the 8th business day for a status update, was informed that they need an additional three days. Frustrating but fine. Called on the 4th day, told the the car would be ready at the end of the following business day. Great. I’m getting my car back, returned the rental car and went to pick up my car, they proceeded to say they need another two days as they are missing a part. Extremely frustrating. I can go into further datail but will save everyone an essay. This dance continued on for another 2.5 weeks.They had my car for a total of 5 weeks for a 7-8 day estimate. No communication, no follow-up, no one knows what’s going on. The people who do are always out to lunch or left early for the day. This has been a very frustrating experience and do not recommend anyone do business with this shop.

Got call to pick up car after 5:10 pm when they close at 6pm. Picked up car at 2pm next day. It was parked under a sappy tree and so dirty and parked in front of landscape sprinklers that got water spots all over front of car. So disappointed they cared so little about the appearance and condition at time of pickup. Would not use them again. Hoping this was not a strategy to his poor workmanship. We will see after I go get it detailed.

My Estimator Flo kept me updated during the whole process. Also it was done in a timely manner. I highly recommend this place to get your car repaired. I am a GEICO customer and the geico representative was a pleasure to work with. Rosie and Robin at the front desk was very nice and professional.

This is an honest review.My car was rear-ended and the driver who hit me had Geico insurance. They recommended Carlsbad Collision Center for the repairs, so I just went with them hoping there would be no fuss. Geico were actually really good about getting my car in within 5 days of the accident.Things started to go awry after I had checked my car in. A few days later I called to see what the status was. It took 3 calls over the course of 2 days for someone to call me back, which caused frustration on my part. It was explained to me that the part needed was on back order and would take 10 days or so to get in, which was fine with me as I had a paid rental car.After 11 or 12 days they called me to say my car was ready, so I went to pick it up. Signed the documents to release my car and was given the keys, but on inspection I realized the work done was not up to par. Firstly the color of the replaced bumper didnt match. Also the masking job they did on the paint was very 2nd rate. Wavy lines and over-spray. There were also green pen marks on the replaced bumper. To top it off they had parked my car under a sappy tree and it was totally filthy.The adjuster recognized that the job done was not up to standard and promised Id have my car fixed (again) back to OEM in a day or so.I called 2 days later and was told my car was ready for pickup. I asked for it to be washed, and for the work to be double checked.This 2nd time my car was perfect and clean, inside and out.Im glad to get my car back but the work carried out here (just a rear bumper and related attachments) should have been perfect first time.They were apologetic, but thats not the point.Please watch the quality control if u must have work done here.For sure I will never return.

My first update was after a week and I initiated the conversation. Never got an update for 3 tries. When I asked a manger to call back, they did not. Had to send my car back the first time since my window was not repaired. Final repair was not to my standard. Poor communicators, poor customer service with rental cars as well.

They did a wonderful job repairing my 98 toyota celica after it was hit in a parking lot. They helped resolve an issue with the rental car agency, and also returned my car to me in better condition than it arrived in. Im very happy with the results and their level of customer service.

Good work but a tiny $5 thing was stolen from my car here. So I wont do business with people that take things from your car no matter how trivial it is. Thats just bad business after a car accident, you need to be able to trust the people whos hands you left your car to, to do the right things all the way around. Especially after an accident. Also they didnt finish with my protective coating while it was in their care. I was told I would need to bring it back in 30 days for that repair. After them taking something from my car I have not wanted to return to their shop.

Just average. Took my car in on a Friday they said it would be ready next Frisay and they would give me a call. No call so I called them they told it was in line to be wash and waxed and wouldnt be done till Monday. Xalked Monday and they said it wouldnt be ready till 2Very tedious and I think unprofessional.

Geico sent me here as their approved facility. Adjuster was very rude and I decided to find my own shop. This place is approved by geico because they cut corners and do hack job repairs. I reviewed their estimate with another local shop that I am very happy with and he showed me where they cut corners on the estimate. They wanted to repair my door vs. getting a new skin (which my shop did). Glad I left. Find your own shop based on your own research and visits.

The worst service ever. (Look at Yelp). Flo the Geico manager Florence is rude, arrogant and most of all incompetent. I am now taking my car to Hoen Porsche as Carlsbad Collision used cheap off the wall parts and tried to glue the stripping together ( which fell off on the road 2 hours later ), not Porsche parts at all.
