I love all of the Santa Cruz apparel stores. The store has quite a variety of clothing both Santa Cruz brand as well as others. Again nice to see another store still open in the Capitola Mall. Their selection changes frequently so check them out now and then to see if they have anything you like. Definitely recommend

I can’t wait for this (and every!) store to reopen completely. It is always so neat, well stocked, and well organized! The help is consistently courteous. Products are top drawer, so I get a lot of clothing there to give as gifts because the recipients always love the cool brands they carry. The buyer(s) know what their clientele wants!

Really wanted the Japanese logo hoodie but they dont carry it anymore.But found some nice socks that have the regular english santa Cruz logo all over.

Look, it is what it is -- a simple Santa Cruz Apparel shop located inside of a slowly dying mall. I needed to replace a hat that Id lost. The store was clean and seemed organized. It wasnt overly busy and the staff were attentive. The prices were mall retail prices, but the exchange was friendly. The only negative thing about the whole experience was the visible retail vacancy and a numbing reminder of what was likely a vibrant destination in the 1980s and/or 1990s.

Santa Cruz gear like all the other hundred Santa Cruz shops in town.

The girls working here are fun and very helpful. We were there a few weeks ago and bought some shirts and decals. After we left we noticed the decals we bought were not with the shirts. As we walked back to the store one of the girls was already out looking for us. Very cool!!!

Went in bought a shirt. But the shirt was too small for the person. I went to return it and was told they dont do returns. That might be something that is told at check out. If I was informed of this I wouldnt have gotten the item and guessed the size as I bought the largest size they had in store as is.

Great service. Exceptionally well-organized store, with cool gear, including a mix of locals-only products (e.g. SliderTown The Point and The Lane surf break clothing).

Tried to return a sweater that ripped at the seam the first day I got it and th manager Myra refused to come out and take care of it. She ended up telling the cashier to take my name and number down. Poor customer service Ill never return

Good stuff, they have NHS and Slidertown shirts, sweatshirts, etc.

Lets see theres about 4 young girls working here, but all of them are behind the counter chatting and laughing. I was the only one in the store. No one greeted me,asked me if I needed any assistance, nothing! You should get employees who actually care about working and not just gossiping and being totally lazy.
