This location has been closed the last two times Ive gone on the internet says theyre open but absolutely nobody in there looks like the whole entire Mall shut down it would be nice if they could post what was going on very inconvenient only other store is in midtown Santa Cruz douchebag

The customer service was awesome. Reyesgally was great. She helped me as soon as I entered the store, was very friendly and knew what to do for me immediately after I told her the reason for my visit. I left the store satisfied, happy and in a good mood!

Went in a bit before closing time and the staff was very excited to help me out. Nancy the manager was very friendly and stayed a bit longer than closing to help me transfer my data from my old phone to the new one. Definitely recommend this place 😊

Genesis at the mall is really a life saver. The owner is a smart,savvy man and knows how to hire for the most part. My last experience was less than kind,again,inwheelchair,people dont take time to care. For the most part theyre why I use Metro

I got a new phone through the smart pay system and have not been able to get ahold of the smart pay company. When I called the store they told me the same number I have called multiple times. They said they would call and place me on hold. When what they really did was just hang up on me and not be helpful with the issue in any fashion. The lady who was working got my name and email wrong and did not fix it and I can not access my account anymore. Thanks for nothing.

Had to come back 3 times,spending at least an hour each time. Sold me defective phone,then THEIR son card didnt wprk,charged ME another $30? Just tipped the last girl $25,now theyre just extortionate.

Genesis is the go to girl. Owner is friendly,think mgmt has a lot of bad days,isnt so friendly...but well run,except for scowl and less than friendly staff,really best Metro Ive been in.

They helped me patiently and continue to help, except for new employees arent as friendly or helpful Genesis is huge help and always with a smile, too that girl,somgle mom deserves it!
