The guys, Bell and Chris, were exceptional in handling all of our requests, concerns and upgrades. They were very kind to my dog and while wearing their masks, provided service with a smile. This was the most painless experience Ive ever had in an AT&T store!!

I came to this location during the pandemic to replace an iPhone that was too expensive to repair. The team allowed 2-4 guests at a time, depending on available staff. We were kept 6 ft apart and conducted business between plexiglass. The sales rep that I met with helped me way all my options to best fit my needs. This translated to me leaving the store with a new phone, keeping my number, at a lower monthly rate, and also being able to keep my old phone for another month so I could transfer all the contacts I hadn’t backed up. There was a wait to get in, but they are worth it! Thank you so much for helping make at least part of my life easy. :)

Wow! Not in a good way, they put my senior parents together on a phone and phone plan they can not afford due to being elderly.Is this how AT&T treat the elderly.
I went to the store for an upgrade; Chris looked over my plan and got me a better deal.
Service was great, but its really annoying that they are only allowing 1 person per account in the store, even when they arent at capacity and there is no line of people waiting, its ridiculous when multiple people on the same account are buying things and they have to take turns in the store round-robin style. Meanwhile they have employees sitting around doing nothing because there are no other customers, but more than one person per account cant come in at a time.
I had a great experience here yesterday when I came in to ask a few questions and also get a new phone!Dustin helped me immediately upon walking in and answered my 100 questions I had / supported any concerns I had. Great customer service and walked out happy. Thank you Dustin!
Not only I had to wait an hour to pay a bill that I ended paying at another store, the only 2 people working didnt even care on acknowledging me.I dont think a customer should be treated that way.
AT&T, has been my service provider for 23 years, since 1997. During this current tragic period in America history. Dustin, has been my AT&T, personal representative for 10 years. Dustin has always provided exceptional customer service. Its nice to know that a conglomerate corporation, is willing to be accountable to its customer base which produces, customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Dustin has been THE BEST ATT service person we have ever encountered. He has assisted us multiple times, and each time, he goes above and beyond to get the job done. I had a really bad experience with the installers. They sent me a ton of texts and up to the minute updates but an hour after they were supposed to arrive to instal my dsl they said the appointment was cancelled. Apparently my gate was locked (a lock on my gate does not exist) and they can’t reschedule my appointment for over a week. For a person who works from home this is huge and I’m having to relocate homes for this week! I wish the installer took a minute to see that my gate was in fact unlocked rather than just driving by.
I had an amazing experience at this location today. Theo handled my questions like a pro, gave me advice about my plan, and even patiently helped me do a last minute exchange when I randomly decided to switch phones. The store is clean and I was seen very quickly. Thank you for the help!
I was dreading going into the ATT store at all, let alone during COVID. But, I am so happy that I did. They were so nice, the store is not crowded and very clean. I had a complicated 2 phone numbers on same phone issue, they helped me so patiently and professionally. I specifically worked with Stacy, YAY she is great! I did have an appointment, I just called the store, they answered and I got an appt the next day.Thank youJulie

We made an appointment to change our plans for the various different ones that we had. We were completely disorganized and confused, and Dustin helped us and was awesome! He spent two hours reducing our costs by so much. I had a great customer service experience. In my opinion he would make a good manager!

Went to Capitola mall and went in here and shopped. Staff were friendly and I almost bought a $200 item. Nice store but the mall was dead. Sad.
People sitting all around. Not sure who was working and who were customers. A person took my name as soon as I got there. Thats good. After not being acknowledged for 20 + minutes, not even an apology as to the long wait, I got up and left. No one said anything to me as I left. Thats not good.
Yelp AT&TThe sales assistants at AT&T Capitola wasted my time and money.I am visiting Santa Cruz from overseas and 2 days ago went to get a local SIM card. My original SIM card was not returned to me afterwards. I realized this later in the day and drove all the way back to Capitola to get it. The sales assistants could not find it and told me that they would call me if they did.This morning I received a message from David, who assisted me on Wednesday, telling me that he had it, and sent me a photo of it. I drove all the way to Capitola to collect my SIM card and when I got there David wasnt in and the store assistants couldnt find it.They kept me waiting in the store for half an hour while they claimed to be looking for it in the back room.When I return home to South Africa I will not be able to connect to the local network. Will have to undergo cost of getting a new card and spend unnecessary time at the local cell phone store, as a result of the poor communication and training of the AT&T sales assistants.
Said it was open and not open at 11 am. Saturday hours said open at 10.
Helpful staff, but getting a Simcard with a halfway decent plan should not take 2 hours.

Terrible Guest Service, they wouldn’t help me out with a certain problem I had with a phone I recently got and all they could tell me was to go to the apple store . They even told me I had no common sense.
