I am very pleased with my experience at Parks Automotive. The same day repair on my vehicle was excellent. Bryant communicated with me throughout the day on their findings and the steps of the repair. Even got a text the next business day checking with me to be sure everything was still good. I would recommend this shop to anybody.

Amazing service. He was very upfront and thorough with all repairs needed. The diagnostic he ran - with pictures - was wonderful. I felt like my vehicle had been given the best of check-ups! Then I received a call explaining everything in the diagnostic. All of the estimates were then emailed to me to look at at decide. Amazing service. I can’t imagine ever going anywhere else!

I have trusted Bryant with our family vehicles for several years. He tracks everything about each car. If he thinks something is needed, he will let us know, but if he thinks we can get by for a few more miles before a service or repair is needed, he will also let us know. I feel like he is not only taking care of our cars, but he is taking care of our family. He has helped keep safe, well-maintained vehicles on the road and that is a lot of peace of mind with 3 teenage drivers who went on to college around the state. We have put hundreds of thousands of miles on vehicles Bryant has maintained for us.

I called Bryant about a rack-and-pinion problem, and his shop inspected my car the same day and gave me a price. He was able to schedule me on the first day I had available to do the work. I was surprised how quickly his shop had the car finished. Mine is an old car, but it drives like new. An. All-around job well done, which is all Bryant has ever done for me.

I would highly recommend Parks. Another repair shop referred us to Parks because they thought our car problem was something they didnt work on. As it turned out, it wasnt the expensive repairs we were expecting and Parks made the necessary repairs for much less than we had anticipated. They just gained new customers!

This is by far one of the best automotive shops in town. Parks is honest, reliable, and reasonably priced. I have been a patron for years and would highly recommend them.

Called and took my car in because I was having problems with the wiring in regard to the tail lights, head lights and break lights. The guy sounded nice and approachable when I got there and I dropped my keys off and went about studying for my finals. Get a call 2 hours later telling me for the diagnostic, parts, and labor, it would be $400+ and would take another hour and a half to be finished. I am a college student so I just dont have that money lying around. Decided to take my car back and try my uncles dealership and see if the mechanic can fix it there. Parks Automotive charged me $200 for the diagnostic...no parts, no benefit to my car, just the diagnostic. I wasnt informed when I dropped the keys off how much this would cost in the first place so I had to pay it to get my car back and I took it to my uncles dealership and within 10 minutes he had the the headlight and one side of the brake and tail lights fixed and didnt spend a dime. Waiting for the other bulb for the other side to be fixed right now. Labor is overpriced for flashing some lights on some wires and assuming what needs to be fixed here. Wont be taking my car there ever again.

Ive had my BMW worked on here a few times. He always does a good job and the price is reasonable. I would definitely recommend Parks Automotive to anyone needing work done.
