Their tires were cheaper than some of the places that youd think would beat everyones prices. So, come in today and find the right tires for the best price for your vehicle. I dont even work here but I think youll be happy with their prices and services.

Kyle was very helpful in the process of choosing my tires. He was training a new employee and it never slowed him down. Checked everything that I asked while the tires were being mounted and was very helpful in explaining the diagnosis of my problem. I will definitely be returning to the next repair I need done pertaining to suspension and brakes. It was an excellent experience in dealing with maintenance issues of an older vehicle with alot of miles. Thanks again Dobbs for making my tire buying experience a good one!

Originally went to Dobbs for an oil problem. They were great and helpful. I am a travel nurse so I am not familiar with the area. Since they were amazing the first time I decided to continue to give them my business. Both rear doors would not open from the outside so I requested that the doors be fixed. Parts had to be ordered from the dealership therefore it was required that they were prepaid. 1100 is what the cost was. I dropped the car off and I received a call later in the day saying the handles were installed however they were not functional. There was a piece in the door that had to be ordered. No pre payment was needed, no pricing discussed, therefore I assumed the piece would be put in and we would finished. When I picked up my white car the handles were black. I was not notified of this before arrival. I did not bring it up at this time because I didnt want to be a Karen. I just picked up my car and was charged an additional $550.00 for one door. When I asked Ben about this he stated that he told me he had to order the part. When I asked why wasnt the price brought up? He told me he did tell me I would be charged however it was different from the pre payment needed on the other parts (1 week before pre payment was needed). I then asked about the black handles on my white car and he stated thats how they come. I also requested that the $500 dollar piece that will not work without the other $500 piece be removed and a refund issued due to the lack of communication and was told no. I asked why I was quoted $1100 to fix the doors and he replied with, You only said you wanted the handles specifically fixed. When I asked him why they didnt assess the inside of the door to ensure the handle was all that was needed before quoting he said they did not look inside the door panel because I told them I wanted the handles fixed not the doors working.So now Im down $1600 on 2 door handles that arent the same color as my car, and only 1 of them work.Will not be back. Regret giving my business here. Make sure you are very specific about you need done and how much it will cost before they do it and stick you with costs that were not discussed!Brought my husbands truck as well to them for a tune up. I explained to them how it was acting and when they called they stated it was a coil pack and the spark plugs. $750. However the problem I asked them to diagnose and assess was still happening as well. I called back and informed them and they stated just bring it by and they will take another look.So beyond frustrated.

Have always gone to Dobbs for the last several years, but in different cities. Thankfully Cape has one and its no different! Theres no other place I trust more with my vehicles in terms of reliability, customer service, and automotive service!

I work for a telecommunication company and our trailer got two flat tires on the same side. We were in a major pinch stuck on the side of the road. I called Dobbs right at closing time and asked if we brought up the two flat tires if they would help us out and putt on the new tires for us. The price was very reasonable for the two new tires and they stayed after closing time to help us out and get us off the side of the road. They will definitely get our business in the future. Needed brakes couldnt get in anywhere except here Quoted me $300.00 for brakes and rotors ended up costing me $425.72 for 2 rear rotars and rear disc breaks for a 2008 ford Taurus X thats pricey

Had them check an engine/ transmission light on an older vehicle. Dobbs told me the transmission needed replaced/rebuilt for thousands of $$$. Wasnt going to spend that much in an old vehicle, but all the info didnt add up. I paid them for diagnosis, but then paid for a second opinion at another shop. Turned out to just need a new radiator (leaking into trans fluid) for a few hundred bucks. Car is back on the road and doing great, no thanks to Dobbs and the money I paid them.Also, had them put tires on a vehicle, assuming this is what their specialty is. Got the vehicle back with all four tire pressures different, ranging from 20 - 40 psi. Thats just sad.

Everything was done to my satisfaction and on time. I was pleased

It was a super busy day. We were in and out quickly. Everyone was super friendly. Suggestions were made of things that needed to be done but no pressure selling. It was a super comfortable experience!

Had a appointment for a later time, showed up early. They were fast and easy to get along with.

Very pleased today. Dropped off my car at 515pm on a Friday for a tire rotation expecting to pick it up Saturday. They called me 45 minutes later that the job was complete! Success! Did not have to make an extra trip back for pickup.

Waited for over 5 hours for tires and an alignment. The staff seemed slow an uninterested in getting the job done in a timely manner. Several people came and went while we were there. Choose them for the fact that their tire prices were 300 cheaper than the competitors. Will gladly pay the extra money to not have to set for hours. Basically spent my entire day off in their waiting area. In my business time is money and you perfect your skill so that you can preform it in a timely manner but still do quality work. Wont make this mistake again. If could give less than one star rating I certainly would.

Dobbs of Cape Girardeau is amazing!! They are helpful, kind, and care about you! They are not out to take your money and sell you on things you don’t need, which as someone who does not know much about cars, I definitely appreciated. They replaced my tires last summer and were so kind and helpful I went back again this week for other problems I was having. They explained things several times for me and understood that I needed time to come to a decision without pressuring me. The “fixed for life” on parts and labor is also very enticing! If you are needing anything done to your vehicle, I 100% recommend Dobbs. From the front desk worker to the manager, they were outstanding to work with.

We have used Dobbs in Cape on multiple occasions. A couple of those times have been shortly before closing time of the store. This was the worst experience ever with any mechanic I have ever experience and with a manager that is supposed to be running the store i went in for an oil change and when they got done with the oil change my car end up smoking that day I told the manager what was going on they were the only people I let work on my car for oil change and transmission cuz I have a seal engine on my car when I took my car back to them they told me that I had leaks all around my engine and that it had to been going on for a while I told them when I had brought my car to you it was not smoking and that you people were the only ones who did work on my carp when I complain about it to the manager he was not helpful he was very rude and he ended up hanging the phone up on me I had called the manager back and spoke to him and told him I was not happy about having the phone hung up on me and I was not happy about giving the runaround with my car and went to and come and pick it up I would not refer a dog to these people and will not be taking my car back to them ever

Took car to Dobbs because it reluctantly starts, thought I needed new battery. Reception person said theyd check battery and starter just to be sure, outlined battery size and costs. In and out in 45 minutes with a new battery. Quick, friendly service.

First time taking my car to Dobbs, I was impressed. As busy as they were, they took the time to explain everything that was going on, what my options were and which things needed done now as opposed to later. The bill was reasonable, I dont have any complaints. Ill definitely be back.

Had a spare tire replaced and the whole process was quick and easy. Just dropped the tire off and they gave me a call when it was done, couldn’t ask for much more than that.

We have been here for 3 hours already to get the tires changed on my boyfriends car. They are not busy at all and they have had it in the back with the tires off this whole time. They are just yelling and joking around and aren’t even working on the car. We definitely won’t be coming back here

Full disclosure; I did not make a purchase on this visit.I while traveling to Cape Girardeau to makw some purchases for home remodel materials, while crossing the bridge from Illinois, i heard a loud noise and a hissing sound. I had no idea what to do and made a turn and there i saw the Dobbs so i pulled in hoping i could get my tire off and place the spare on it.Im able to change tires, however i have had a serious spinal injury causing paralasys in my left leg and im not able to bend or lift anything heavy.I went on the store to see if they would be able to repair the tire or help me change to the spare.The gentleman who I gathered was the mgr.He was nice very understanding and he gathered my info amd asked me to.pull to the 1st bay door.A younger guy came out and asked if I could allow him to pull the spare out. He chamged my tire for me, qnd when i went in tonsettlw up, i was told there was no charge.In the end, these 2 guys were amazingly helpful and rescued the remains of my day.I would and will purchase tires there before anywhere else ever.

Do NOT go to Dobbs. They are the most dishonest mechanics I have ever dealt with! They try to take advantage of college students. I took my car into them with the complaint of a roaring noise from the right front tire. Upon inspection they said the rotor was rusted and warped which has completely worn down the break pads. They were going to charge me $250 to replace it all. I decided to not pay and took the car home. Later I took the tire off to look at the rotor and break pad. All in perfect condition!!! The brake pad was brand new by the way. No rust on the rotor what so ever. The only issue was that there was a metal plate that was making contact with the rotor and needed to bent back and the tire was on way to loose. After I did that the car was perfectly fine. Just because I am a college student doesnt mean I am stupid. They were trying to take advantage of a situation...never go there. Disgrace to the business.

This is my second time coming here. Went in today to get my alignment checked out since they have the 6 month warranty. Turned out the alignment was fine but the balance was off. With out any question they went ahead and fixed it for free. Ben at the front desk was very nice and polite. Plus since we were on a schedule he made sure to get us in and out fast!! I definitely would come here again.

I came here a couple of years ago to get my brakes fixed. After getting them fixed (and probably paying way too much) they continued to squeak and give out at the slightest bit of rain.I came again a couple of weeks ago to get my car door fixed since it stopped wanting to close. After paying way too much again, my door is fixed but now my inside car light wont turn on. Now I have to go back to a mechanic to get it fixed and pay more money. It seems like every time I go there they give me another reason to have to go back and spend more money.

Worst tire place I’ve been to. Called ahead of time to have eve thing ready to still get told it will be a 3 hour wait and this place is supposed to be FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. We were the first time last to leave after our 5 hour wait watching people walk in and out all day. I will never buy from here again.

Being an older single woman I still know enough about cars to hold my own. I got the basic oil change, so I got the basic service. Not sure if basic oil dent Include checking fluid levels, so Im not complaining but My coolant wasnt checked because 2 days after we got some weather issues so that I had to add coolant to my car its okay but nothing to rave about

Since my husbands Ill health no longer allows him to change air filters,etc. I rely on Dobbs to do these things. They have always been agreeable in price and the employees are OUTSTANDING!!

We came in at 5:30, tire losing air. We stopped at Plaza Tire at 5:10. We were desperate as we were leaving at 4 AM next morning to catch a flight. Plaza Tire refused to look at it. We went to Dobbs. Even though they were busy, they said they would look at it. Luckily it was only a loose valve. He was supper nice. Did not charge us for anything!! Very impressed with Dobbs service. Had an 1130 appt for R&B on tires. Went back at 1, 3, & finally at 5 it was done. The only reason we gave 2 stars is they honored a free oil change after we requested. This is the third time we’ve had to wait hours for service after having an appt in the Cape store. We go back because it came with our tire purchase at the time.

Dobbs tire has always been a nice place to get regular maintenance, however, the last time I was there I scheduled an oil change for 3:30. By the time I was done it was 5:45. When I originally scheduled I was told it would take between 30 and 40 minutes.

I always trust the outstanding crew at Dobbs Tire in Cape. Ben always treats his customers with great respect. I know I can trust my vehicles maintenance with these guys. Thank you, Ben and Dobbs Tire.
