It was excellent, I was stuck on the side on highway 55 headed to Memphis Tennessee when my tire went flat. Wes from Seyers Garage at 2334 Rusmar Street in Cape Girardeau, MO came to my rescue. He kept me informed of his progress in getting to my location. I travel this route often to visit family and I drive alone. He made me feel safe and he was very professional. I asked him for a card to keep for future use, he gave me a purple pen with all his information on it. I will keep it in my vehicle at all times. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. They have a genuine working knowledge of everything automotive and provide all the answers you need when traveling at home or abroad. I went in for an International Driving Permit and the whole process was completed in about 5 minutes. Much appreciated!

I been with this company for 6 years no tickets or accidents. My rates continues to rise every 6 months. Just for driving my car. Never heard of a company that penalize you for driving. I guess they figured if you don’t drive your car we will leave your rates the same. If you do drive just maybe you will have an accident and cause us money so In turn let’s raise your rates just in case. Terrible way of doing business. No rewards for being a safe driver!

Do not waste your money at AAA... I registered a claim for my roof after a storm last DECEMBER (2017) no response till I went in in person in MAY 2017 to find out why and was told that they would only cover the damage from the storm... I countered stating that IF THEY HAD CONTACTED MY ABOUT MY CLAIM IN DECEMBER I WOULD ACCEPT THAT BUT SINCE THEY ELECTED TO IGNORE MY CLAIM TILL I INQUIRED AGAIN IN MAY THEIR ON THE HOOK FOR THE ENTIRE REPAIR! DAMAGE ASSESSMENT STATED $3,030.00 CHECK FOR $30.00 RECIEVED FROM AAA AND A STATEMENT THAT MY DEDUCTIBLE IS $3,000.00 HAVE A NICE DAY

I bought three half year car insurance here.and never use their any other sevice. the first two were all 369/half year,but the third one increase 412/half year. I asked them why it went up but they said they did not know why and asked me to call the sevice phone to check but the phone is hard to get through. Then I didnt pay the third one and planing to change compary. then they sent me a bill which remain the same charge as the prious twince. so I paid the third half year but then two weeks later, a new bill came again to ask me to pay full for 412. I do not know why they do like this so frequently and went there again to ask why, but still, I do not know why it going up. also they told me the membership chare is tired with insurance, that means, I cant buy insurance without membership fee.I hate this tie and the increasing chare made me confused . I planing to quitAAA and go another next time
