They were great. We drove 5 hours to ride Blankets creek only to find out it was closed due to weather. We decided to stop by the bike shop to ask if they had any ideas for us to ride somewhere. They were very helpful in directing us to some other trails that were open and fun. We also ended up having to get new tires on one of the bikes and they worked us in right away so we could get back out and ride. A+ for sure! Well be back next time!

Sixes Pit takes excellent care of my and my sons mountain bikes. Theyre very thorough and reasonably priced. I like the fact that they sell me what I want, or make suggestions, but dont try to hard sell me when I come in.

I stopped in to make an appt to get my suspension dialed in. Dave took the time to set it up(no Charge) and fill me in on how to fine tune it myself. This was some service especially since I did not even buy the bike there. These guys have a real sense of community. Highly recommended

Sixes Pit is the best place to go in the area and in the surrounding counties. I purchased a new 2018 Kona Honzo back in November of 2018, and it was an excellent customer experience from start to finish.Angel, Ethan and Buli are very professional and treat you like apart of their family. I have since purchased various accessories, tires, etc. from Sixes Pit. Do yourself a favor, and if you are in the area or ride Blankets Creek, stop by and checkout their shop! I hear people rave about this place. I was in a pinch and needed some pads for my bike. Associate Bobby, answered the phone. Mind you, I live 35 minutes away one way... He said I was welcome to bring the pad in that they had a wide selection in stock. I asked if there was a way to look in a computer to see if they had what I needed before driving 35 minutes and his response verbatim No, we are all pretty deep in repairs right now to be looking around, but you are welcome to come by or we will be back in tomorrow or on Friday... It is 3:00pm on a Tuesday.I dont take time to leave reviews often, but I would never do business with this establishment. Treat your $20 customers like your $5,000 customers and youll be successful. It was clear they couldnt be bothered with my little ticket.

Went in on a Sunday afternoon and Bully greeted me as I walked in. The shop feels like a clubhouse, and also has a friendly dog. I asked a ton of questions and Bully answered all of my questions with a ton of knowledge. They have a lot of information on the parks with the best trails. They also offer group rides and they promise not to leave anyone behind. I think I found my neighborhood bike shop!

I had a last minute need to have a crown race installed on a fork because another shop removed it for some reason. Ethan fit me in and took care of it, mounted the fork, reinstalled the cockpit, installed a Ground Keeper fender and aired up the tyres. I was out the door in less than hour and doing a test ride on Blankets. Prices are excellent and they are just good people. Its a small shop and Id like to see them move out to the intersection of Sixes and 575. A spot next to the Race Trac gas station would be money for them!

Wow! I just took my sons bike in to be repaired. They looked at it on the spot, tightened 2 screws and it is good as new! Would not charge me for it. Super nice! Other bike shops are running 1 month repair times - this was much appreciated!!! Thank you!

I found this shop after leaving a competitor a few minutes from Sixes Pit after not being treated very well. These guys had awesome service. Met me at the curb and since my repay was a small one the fixed my issue immediately and I was on my way in 10 minutes! I appreciated their friendly, fast service.

My bike’s disc break was rubbing. I didn’t want to mess with it so I took the bike to Sixes Pit. They kept the bike for more than a week and when I picked up the bike, the rubbing was still there. Because of the noises surrounding the area, I didnt notice the rubbing sound until I got home to test ride. At this point, Instead or taking the bike back to the shop, I watched a YouTube video and found a way to adjust the caliper. It was a simple adjust and took me 5 minutes. Hope Ill have a better experience in the future since I just bought a brand new Orbea from them.

Brought my bike in for service was thinking it would be expensive, but it was a easy fix for the mechanic. And was not charged for the fix. They easily could have taken advantage of my lack of knowledge about bikes. But didnt I would highly recommend this shop to any needing bikes or repair.

Great Friendly service and a pleasant atmosphere. The guys answered all my questions with a professional attitude and got me back up and Running. Prices were fair and work was completed before expected. Overall a great consumer experience and I will never go anywhere else. I had tires and tubes changed on 3 Different bikes for myself my wife and child. No issues at all with any of them. Great job all around and they even helped me load up afterwards. Even hooked me up with a few spare parts for my road trip.

My derailer bolt fell off on a nearby trail and they were happy to help fix it even though they were very busy. Great customer service and nice people!

AWESOME experience. Angel, who was recommended to me by one of my coworkers, listened to my needs and made several recommendations. From there I test rode a few models. He took great care of me on the purchase of my new Kona Cinder Cone. When you purchase a bike from them you get TWO free annual tuneups which is really cool. SUPER FRIENDLY service! I came in to check on their selection on gloves and I they greeted me right away and proceed to show me where the gloves section was located. I felt treated the same way like if I was in the shop to buy a $5K bike.

Great Customer Service. Had 2 older mountain bikes that needed some new tubes and a little tune-up, the guys assessed the bikes and determined they could service them on the spot. I went down the sidewalk and enjoyed a smoothie.. when I returned, bikes were ready to go. Service pricing is very fair. There are closer bike shops to my home, but it was worth the drive across the county to receive quality service.

This is one of those places that’s just pure quality. If you want a mountain bike or need anything related to mountain biking this is the place to go! I don’t understand why people would go else where!

Great Experience. The guys put me on a bike that was within my budget and took the time to teach me. I recommend scheduling some coaching with Ross as well. These bikes are a marvel of engineering and to capitalize on the experience, go ahead and have Ross shadow you on the trail for a few lessons. It has elevated my skill and technique.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I have only been to this shop a few times as I am new to the mountain biking world, but these few visits have been exceptional! I purchased a few small items here before having them check out my wheels. Sixes Pit went above and beyond to communicate with me regarding the state of my wheels and provided multiple different options for moving forward. My money will be going here when it comes to my new hobby.

I just moved to the area and my bike was still in its moving box. Brought it into this shop and asked if they would assembly the bike, tune it up, clean it up and check the grease in the hubs and lube the chain. I was told this would not be a problem and I could pick it up in a few days. Went back to pick it up and took it for granted that they had done all that I had asked for. That was my second mistake. My first was taking to this shop to begin with. They did assembly the bike, but that was all they did. Would never go to this business again and would not recommend this business to anyone.

They were so nice and helpful! We actually stopped in to see if they could fix the tires on my jogging stroller! They fixed it right then and there in about 5 minutes. Great service and great products! I would definitely recommend going there and I will definitely be back myself!

Were from Tampa and came through the area to hike, climb and bike. We hit Blankets and found Sixes shop on google. This is the definition of a local shop which is exactly what we wanted. The guys at Sixes Pit are great! I had a brand new frame and brand new Chris King headset that needed to be installed for a trip I was taking that weekend. Other shops told me no and the bike needed to be left at the shop for at least a day to get it done due to the complexity of the part. Come on! Anyway a quick call to Sixes Pit and these guys stayed after hours to knock out this install and help with a few other aspects on the new frame I was building up. Their willingness to help is why I was able to bring my new bike on last weekends trip! I cannot recommended and thank these guys enough! Dont waste your time with the other guys. Just come here and save yourself some frustration. Thanks again!

Even though I didnt buy my MTB from Sixes Pit (they dont carry Whyte Bikes) they treated me as if I had. They did an expert job assembling my bike and answered all my questions. I will be using Sixes Pit for my maintanance and accessory needs.

I had my derailleur adjusted by Buli at Six Pit. He nailed the adjustment and put the bike under load to ensure it would perform on the trail. The derailleur adjustment worked flawlessly. Great job and great customer service...

What a great, friendly experience in moment of crisis right before the Tour of the Southern Highlands. Emmett quickly and kindly got my shifting straightened in a real pinch. I wish Id had room in my bags to buy stuff to take home as a thank you!

Great service. Needed the tire on my wifes bike repaired. I dropped it off, got donuts next door and it was ready by the time we came back after donuts. Friendly staff. Serious bike shop with guys who know what they are doing.

Ive taken my road and mountain bike to Sixes Pit for minor tweaks and a rear shock rebuild. They are always friendly knowledgable and fast. Most importantly, they provide quality service for a reasonable price.

5-stars? Its tough. I only complain that the bike options are of the best breeds, and the servicing/build means that I dont have to buy a new bike every year or 2. Id like to. But these guys keep my bike freaky fresh. And I like to think that I torture my Kona to its design limits (+10%). Never a small failure, only massive Im surprised more of ME didnt break, but dang the bike is still mint failures. I wont be buying another bike here any time soon, because I havent needed to. Maybe thats the secret of other shops, give 95% quality so the customer has to keep coming back but they think theyre getting top quality. This place is easily the best in show.

Well, what can i say about these guys. Angel, Emmett & Buli are some great guys with some great vibes! Over the past year of me getting back into Mountain Biking full-time they have been nothing but amazing to me and my roommate.I didnt get my bike from them(Pinkbike) but they still taken EVERY step to make my experience with them 110% perfect like i had got a new bike from them. Buli and Emmett took there time and getting my bike riding like a champ. Even with my not so big budget they always have pointed me in the right direction. My wheel was like a Snake and they got me a Raceface ARC 30 at a great price fully done. But they didnt push me on getting the front off the bat, I didnt need it of the just yet my front was still ok. Honesty is the best policy with the guys.So if you new to the area or out from town and need a quick service or repair, stop on by and see the guys @ The Pit. You wont be disappointed!

Bought an Orbea MTB here while I was vacationing in GA. They have a great selection of MTBs! Overall, very impressed with the direct feedback and professionalism. Ive never had a bike serviced here, but they appeared to be well staffed and bowed up - thats always a good sign. Also, thanks for the hat!

Hands down best bike shop in the area. We have shopped most from Outspokin, Free-Flyte, Roswell Bike, etc. Angel and crew offer the most welcoming environment with the best service we have seen. We even bought out recent FS mountain bikes from them. No doubt the Orbeas we got are great bikes but the tipping point for us was the customer service and willingness to listen to what the customer wants - rather than what the bike shop wants to dictate in that regard. Highly recommend them and will continue to patronize for our cycling needs.

Not only becuase they have nice brands like Orbea, Kona and Turner, etc..., not only becuase they have customs wheels and hot brands, not only becuase the best mechanics work in there.
