Have been in a couple of times to look at bike accessories. Each time the employees were welcoming and helpful. They also have a great selection on their website and it was easy to place an order and pick it up in a timely manner.

Great customer service and selection. Very quick communication on Facebook on Christmas Eve and was able to reserve a bike trainer before opening hours!

I went in looking for a gravel bike. They had a preassembled one which kinda fits me. But the guys who were there said they had a smaller size which might fit me better but will need to be assembled. They made an extra effort to make sure I get the correct size. Happy with my purchase.

The guys there were really nice and non-judgmental as I am a complete beginner with little-to-no knowledge. They quickly helped me pick out a tire specific for my needs and I went about my day in less than a minute. Workers wear masks and the store is really well-kempt. Will be back for a tune-up here, which I am told has a normal turnaround of about a week.

Purchased a Kick Stand from this Store for my new Specialized bike. There was a issue with threading and it was not going all the way. Went back to store to replace with other or take a paid installation service. Repair person showed so much attitude ( did not treat me like a customer). I would not recommend services from this store.

Wish I didnt have to give them one star. Ordered a 26in wheel from them last sat and was told would be in Wednesday. I call on Wednesday and was told one came in but wasnt for me, nothing else. Ryan tells me will have Fri. Guess what no wheel. I was then told they some quick release in Ann arbor and I could have today. I call today and talk to Brad who tells me I dont who is going to make the trip or when he is going to do it. Absolutely did not care if I got the wheel or not. I do not recommend. Went to trading post and they had in stock plus $12 cheaper. Will not go back

Nice guys. Clean shop. Needed some chainring bolts for a project bike. They didnt have anything new because inventory at every bike shop is lacking right now (covid). So they spent 20 minutes digging through parts bins just to find me some bolts! Excellent customer service!

Me and my dad went to the store about a week ago to get a specialized epic hard-tail, and while we were there we were treated very well and they made it seem that they were thrilled with helping us. I do recommend this location/shop!

Brought my bike for service recently - well not just service - there was a suspicious noise in the front crank / pedals. All done and repaired I took my bike for my daily commute today and the ride was fantastic, bike is again like new, pedals much more easily. Just stopped in for parts to upgrade my bike which they understandably didn’t have due to the current situation but got laughed at when I told them what I rode (a 2020 Giant) and then was told it’s hard to get the parts because it’s outdated and I’d be better off buying a new bike. Went to another bike shop and was able to get everything I needed for a complete upgrade.

Went in today searching for a bike, very helpful staff and great energy and positive people. You dont find that much anymore! 5 star service and will comeback for a bike.

Simply a great staff from sales, to fitting, to service. Always super friendly and approachable, never tried to sell me something I didnt need - just bikes I end up loving! The service staff always help me out in a pinch, and return my bike functioning like new.

Literally worst experience! I am still sitting in the parking lot writing this review. I walked in with my 2 children (2 and 5) to an empty store and 2 younger employees behind the counter. Yes they answered questions but had no intentions of helping me or wanting me to spend my money there. I am very in experienced and had no clue with what I was doing and these 2 had no desire to help. They made me feel dumb and just wander around looking for information on my phone. On top of that the bikes I asked about that I saw online they basically said they no longer had in store and left it at that. Just horrible customer experience. Stay away and now I know why the parking lot was empty.

Terrible customer service. My husband and one other customer were in the store. There were two employees. As he was browsing, he could hear the employees debating about who would get stuck helping him. Just by looking at the two men, what would make an employee think that one customer would be better to service than the other? The person reluctantly helped him. He wrote down all the information and I will be picking up his brand new bike from another store later this week. This was his Father’s Day gift, so we were ready to purchase. Don’t judge, it’s not good for business.

Took my bike in for derailleur and brake adjustments. They did a fantastic job as the bike shifts and brakes smoothly. Also finished the job earlier than expected. Staff are polite and prompt.

Im pretty sure I like the product, but I wouldnt know for certain. I came here from the Ann Arbor store today because apparently they had two bikes in stock I was looking for. I walked in and browsed a little, and no one approached me. Its mid afternoon and there was one other customer. A few more people came in and were helped. This is probably a one-off, but a simple hello- even if youre busy - can go a long way. Disappointing.

I purchased a Specialized Crosstrail Disc at the end of June, and as of this writing, have put over 650 miles on the bike. The bike has lived up to expectations, and I am still adding accessories and making adjustments to get it to fit my needs perfectly. Last week, my suspicions about the crank being loose were confirmed, and Ron (visiting the Canton store, normally from Fraser) found the issue, ran through the adjustments, and got me back on the road. The problem began to resurface again, and this time being nearer to Fraser, the staff there also checked the crank (tightening it up slightly), and also noticed one of the pedals was slightly bent. I left the store with a pedal upgrade, gratis. Both stores have gone out of their way to bend over backward to make certain Im happy with the purchase. It is rare to find businesses these days willing to take the time to provide support after the sale. Fraser Bicycle is one of the good guys out there in the cycling world.
