We had two bikes for a tune and service was great. Also we went back and had them put trigger shifter for my wifes bike and she is ecstatic how easy it is to shift. Now she can keep up with me!

Dan and Mike are the bees knees! Recently picked up a vintage 71’ Schwinn, and it had been a learning experience to work on compared to my 2019 Trek. They have be so gracious with their time and sharing their wisdom. Mike was able to order a part for me that I was having trouble finding, and when I picked up the part, Dan helped me take off the old part, and explained how to install the new one. This place has my business!Not one to shame, but Ernies just isn’t the same- all the workers are so pushy to sell, and so short with their time.

No reflection on Gemini, but the current shortage of bicycles makes it difficult to give any cycling establishment high marks.

Great people with lots of experience in the business. Made the trip from NY to work getting the bike I needed from a shop I can trust. Mike helped everything go smooth from start to finish from hundreds a of miles away.

Compared to Ernies Bicycle Shop, I only go here. Repair turn around is much faster. Mike the owner is the best and I always know what it is going to cost and what the issues are. I have purchased 4 bicycles from them and never have had issues. Great job Mike and staff.

Ive been visiting Gemini for close to 10 years now and never have a bad experience. Ive bought my last few bikes from them and recently bought my sons and girlfriend new bikes. The staff at Gemini take the time to answer questions, make suggestions based on what Ive told them and fitted them properly to make sure they ride just right right. I always take my bikes to them for service and their techs are spot on when it comes to the mechanics of bikes and how to keep them running in top shape. The staff at Gemini is very knowledgable and have always answered the questions Ive brought them and have given a straight answer whether I spent money that day or not.

Mike is great. Recently replaced my tires had one go bad on me. Returned to the shop they tested everthing. Found out it was a bad tire. Mike spent 30 minutes explaining what he was doing very helpful and straight forward. I left happier than when I came in.

My wife stopped in to ask if they carried bmx decals for our sons bike he is redoing. The sale rep working Thursday may 12th at about 7pm laughed at her and then lied to her saying they are not available anywhere. Jokes on him eBay and Amazon disagrees!!!
