I was curious about the ad for sleep number mattress for $899 plus 0% interest for 12 months. The store was clean and adequate lighting. The range of types of mattress are on display. The gentleman encouraged ask to try every kind of bed on display. he did try to adjust the most comfortable position. No pressure sales talk. Me and my wife decided to get one queen mattress. I was convinced that it feels different from my old spring type and boxed spring mattress. No need to buy the remote, just upload the aps on your phone and it works just like a remote. I will keep you updated once I have tried it for 30 days.

Mark was the best! No pressure and really knew his stuff! My Mom will be ordering her new bed from him, hopefully this week!

We have ordered our sleep number bed with expected delivery in Jan 2021. We had a wonderful experience with Marty at the Canton Mi store. He was very knowledgeable about the products and was very patient while we tried to find the best system to meet our needs. Looking forward to receiving our bed. Just wish we could get it sooner!

Great experience. We ordered 2 beds. The i10 and the i8. Store was clean and the salespeople took great care in disinfecting. Delivery was on time and the delivery men were professional and made sure we were knowledgeable on how to operate it.

Mark the store manager was absolutely amazing! My wife and I came in with several questions and on the fence about this purchase. He greeted us and was very welcoming the store was clean he showed us the models I had interest in and made sure we experienced each model with our correct setting. Every question was answered and the demonstration for the pressure relief was definitely a eye opener and basically sold us! I was impressed as well as my wife we both have some health conditions and injuries that have caused us major discomfort when it comes to beds his knowledge and compassion was great! When I went to the sleep number store located in Canton, MI, I already knew exactly what size and model bed I was going to buy.. I was also adding a couple pillows to my purchase. I was nicely greeted by Marty who promptly took me to where the P6 360 Smart Bed was. He had me test the bed in various positions, along with the 2 pillows I was interested in. Marty was knowledgable and helpful in answering my questions. He showed me the benefits of the adjustable base and when I told him no thank you I was only interested in the integrated base/frame, he didnt try to push it or try to up up sell me. (Nice!) Marty was very helpful in trying to get the issuing bank to increase my credit limit so I didnt have to split the purchase between 2 credit cards.Thank you Marty for all your help, being a great salesperson, and for the bottle of water! ;-)

My husband and I visited the Canton, MI store for an upgrade of our sleep number bed. Not because our current bed needs replacing but because our bodies are not as young anymore. Were needing a more age appropriate (flex fit or adjustable ) bed. We were greeted by David B. and he was very knowledgeable and informative. Long story short, our new bed arrives on the 10th of November and we cannot wait! Also, our current bed is going to be packed up by delivery personnel in boxes for easy transport to my mothers home for our comfort when we visit. Overall, a great experience!

I enjoyed my experience at the Canton, MI Sleep Number store. My sales person could answer all of my questions. I did not feel pressured (which I hate) at any time. I would recommend this store to anyone and have recommended Sleep Number for years to all my friends and family. Personally I cannot understand why everyone does not purchase a sleep number mattress when they are in need of a new mattress.

Staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, but it was explicitly stated that a line of credit would not be opened as we preferred the terms through our bank - three days later I received an alert that a new account had been opened. Will be filing a complaint against the lender and have already filed a dispute with credit bureaus.

Beds are overpriced for what you get. My wife did not like be better at all. I did not think the quality was high enough for what I was paying for. Be aware that if you return a bed you will be charged a return fee.
