I went to several stores shopping and comparing prices. When I walked into Mattress Firm I was created by friendly salesman. The other stores I went to were grouchy and very pushy. At Mattress Firm they were the complete opposite of that. They were understanding and took their time and showed me exactly what was in my budget and also a comfy product. My husband and I stopped in ‘just to look’ as we were thinking about getting a new bed soon. Philip greeted us and answered all of our questions without skipping a beat. He was upfront about everything from pricing, to delivery, to return policy and warranty. So looking became buying. The 5-stars are for Phillips care and concern when we had an issue with our mattress after 5 weeks. He took care of us and was quick to return our phone call and we left the store happy once again. Mattress shopping is a pretty daunting task but this experience made it tolerable. I hope to not need a new bed within the next 10 years but I’ll recommend this location, and Phillip to anyone in the market for a new mattress.

My daughter and I went mattress shopping over the weekend. This is the first store we stopped at. The salesman Jamie Davis waited on us. He was one of the nicest people that we dealt with, very knowledgeable and kind and very tentative. Checked out a couple of other places and went back to deal with Jamie and bought a new beauty rest beyond. They delivered it by 9 AM today, as my daughter had to go back to South Carolina the guys that delivered was also very fine and got every thing set up perfect. I couldn’t be happier with the service that we received. I recommend the store in Belden Village the nicest. Nicest sales clerks I hope they do well.

Absolutely amazing experience! Our sales rep was Jamie Davis, he went above and beyond for us in every way. My S/O and I just spent over 2 hours in the store picking out a mattress and an adjustable base. An hour and a half in when we went to purchase everything, the mattress in question had just sold somewhere else. Jamie did everything he could to get us a better mattress at the same low price of the other. If I could give a 10 star review I would!

Ordered our bed frame from mattress firm delivery people from Pittsburgh delivered it took it up stairs as they pulled out of the driveway they pulled off the electric lines from the house my son and husband had to put them back up temporarily called customer service and no one has ever called back . Then we received our split king mattress did not like the split so we reordered a king so two very nice young men delivered it and Tanya what’s been trying to help us in any way she can when they brought our bed there should have been a cord that went with it since our frame is for a split we need a cord so it will sink together I have called Tanya and she has trued to get customers service just to send me on the men that was here the last time showed me how to do it I just need the cord someone anyone could please call me I would really appreciate it

Customer service is horrible. Our new mattress was damaged by the delivery worker and Mattress Firm told us to contact the manufacture of the mattress (Purple) to replace the torn mattress cover. After contacting Purple, who could not help us because it wasnt an error on their part, we again called Mattress Firm. Their solution this time was to discount us the amount financed for the cost of a new cover and leave us to go buy it out of pocket. So we are left with a torn mattress caused by their delivery service and told to go buy a new cover ourselves. This does not seem like a fair resolution to a problem caused by their employees.

Finally bought my very first “adult” bed ! I am so in love with my adjustable frame and bed ! I worked with Philip, and he made my experience very easy . Gave me great advice, never tried to push something on me that I didn’t want . He was great ! Mattress delivered by two nice strong guys and removed the old king mattress/box spring today. Installation and setup was quick for a Tempur-Ergo base and King Sealy Mattress. They did a great job of getting it upstairs and into the master bedroom. Professional job and well worth the $99.99 delivery price.

I had no clue what I was doing buying a mattress, but the employees there were great at guiding me through the process and patient when my bank was annoyed with a big transaction. Super helpful, good place to buy a mattress.

We were greeted by Phillip and he proceeded to ask us what our preferences were and then showed us mattresses that would be suitable. We purchased 2 queen size, 1 with adjustable frame and 1 with box spring and frame. They were delivered as promised and set up. We had shopped around a lot and found that their prices were competitive.

He was answering phones, helping multiple people, and we never felt like we were abandoned. We never felt pressured into buying a mattress, but we do feel like he guided us to our best options. If I could give less stars I would. I purchased a bed that I returned. It has been over 10 days and I still do not have my refund. I keep calling and hearing how it was processed but I do not see it in my account so it was never processed. I will never shop with Mattress Firm again. You can find the same or something better by going somewhere else and saving yourself the headache.

Great website, very informative. Mattresses have changed a lot in the last 24 yrs. Philip Marshall took care of us and sold us a mattress, 2 softcell pillows, mattress pad and the Tempur-Ergo adjustable bed frame. Philip have us an amazing deal. He was very welcoming & knowledgeable. Philip knew what mattresses to show us with a few simple questions. We were even offered a mattress shield if we were worried about the coronavirus. Philip didn’t hover while we tried out the mattresses, I appreciated this. When my husband asked about the softcell pillows, Philip explained how the pillow is constructed. He even unzipped the pillow to show us what to do if the pillow is too fluffy in the beginning. We loved that! My husband and we’re impressed with Philip Marshall. Philip went the extra mile by explaining the product without having to be asked, he knew what we would want to know before buying and using the merchandise. Im planning on moving soon and wanted a new mattress but I cant actually store or use a new one right now so I was just going to test out some mattresses. The staff there (Cory and Phil) were great and I felt zero pressure to buy one. That being said, I did end up buying a new mattress and base and the whole shebang that day because of the Presidents Day sale and them informing me I can delay delivery until Im ready to move.Everyone there was friendly and answered all of my many questions and when I came back the next day to purchase the mattress they did everything they could to get me the best deals and I ended up saving almost a thousand dollars that day.All in all, I had a great experience. No pressure and Cory led me through all the steps in finding the type of mattress that was right for me while also putting up with all the questions I threw at him. Thank you for all the help and while I dont plan on getting another mattress for a long time, Ill gladly recommend coming here to anyone I know.

Very helpful would recommend visiting if youre in need of a mattress

The salesperson was awesome but delivery was a pain.You have to wait two weeks to get it in the first place and the window is 7:15 am to 6:15 pm. They then call you the night before with a two hour window. The thing is they dont come in the two hour window and they dont even stop. They just drive by and call you, if you dont answer they assume your not home for the thing you waited two weeks to get. Then you would think since you missed their call by a minute they could just drive back and drop it off. No, if you dont answer that one phone call they just keep on going and you have to go through the whole process again. Save your money and buy online. Then you know delivery will happen and it is much cheaper. Just go to the show room try out the bed you want then look online. They change the names of the model to discourage this but just do a bit of research and youll find the right one. They simply dont care once youve paid them.
