Our experience was a good one. The guy who sold us our mattress explained the difference mattresses to us. He was also very patient with our 2 kids who were jumping from one mattress to another.

I went into the Mattress Firm at Canton Marketplace and I was immediately impressed. Brian meet me as I walked int the door even though he was finishing up with another customer! He was friendly and courteous asking me all kinds of questions about how I sleep. At first I was like whatever, but the more I listened to him the more I could tell he knew what he was talking about! Brian educated about the beds and the best one for me! I ended up buying a new bed and it sleeps better than any bed I have ever purchased! Its all thanks to Brian! I will certainly be back to purchase more and I will tell my family members about how knowledgeable and friendly Brian was to me.

Adrienne was the greatest sales person Ive ever had the pleasure of meeting. My wife and I have been in the same mattress for almost 20 years. Shes at the Holly Springs store. We had recently visited the Canton Mattress Firm store on a recommendation from my son to see Chris. Unfortunately for us, Chris was out of town, and we got stuck with Brian. Brian was a complete tool. Very rude and arrogant. So we left and reluctantly went into Holy Springs and met Adrienne. We spent ALOT of money with her. She was absolutely fantastic!! Ill never go anywhere else. And Brian, the next time you tell somebody that you are ex military and thats why youre a fool, use caution because many of us are vets and take that very seriously.

I only needed a low profile box spring and was coming to get the split queen. I couldnt get the full size in my vehicle. When I asked how it would work on a regular bed frame, the gentleman didnt know and called 3 other stores to try to get information. No one knew so he offered me the one piece box spring, at the same price as I the one I came to buy, and to deliver it in 2 days at a much reduced rate. He went out of his way and that was all I was buying, no $4000 mattress. You cant beat that for customer service.

Unfortunately I was never given the opportunity to become a customer. After having lunch with my girlfriend at Chipotle down the strip, I decided I would go in and check out mattresses. The windows proclaimed great sales, no credit needed... all the things that would attract a potential customer.The store was clean and well organized. However in the middle of the day on a Tuesday, I expected someone to offer to sell me a mattress. I was in the store for over 15 minutes. Even though I called out several times no one ever answered. It sounded like someone was in the back moving boxes around but they never acknowledged my presence in the store. I guess I will have to find another store that would be interested in taking my money.

My mattresses were supposed to be delivered Sunday between 2:45 and 4:45 pm. Received a message that they were running late. It is now 9:30 and I still have no mattress. No one is answering the number that contacted me about delivery. I went to their website and used the chat feature. The lady said they were at stop number 5 and that I was stop 6. They would call me when they were on the way..... OK. We took down our old bed so now I get to sleep on the floor. Still have no idea when I will get my bed.

I felt no pressure while I made my decisions on what I wanted.I would highly recommend you go in and talk to them about the great specials they have. We came to this store after experiencing some difficulties at the store nearby and we wish we came here first. Shelby was super sweet and listened to us vent after she asked about our experience next door since we had originally checked to make sure we could continue our transaction at another location. She was very informal in a professional way and listened to our concerns, rather than just focusing on getting the most money out of us. She definitely stood by the mattress firm guarantee and I know next time I need a mattress and I will go directly to her and her location. First of all I would like to say that I was rather impressed with how knowledgeable Shelby was with all of the products at this location.My fiance and I walked in just trying to find information on the different brands of mattresses and thats when Shelby informed us of the presidents day sale. We were in the process of trying to rent a place and didnt know exactly when we would be moving. Thats when Shelby told us that we could put a deposit down and still take advantage of the presidents day sale along with 0% interest financing and that they can hold it until we were ready to move in. She was very attentive and understanding, she also took the time to make sure we were getting what we needed and wanted.
