First experience with Original Mattress Factory. Salesman John not only displayed a vast knowledge of the products but also the company. My wife and I liked his no pressure approach. Picked out the mattress that met our needs for a fair price. Delivered as scheduled by 2 polite gentleman. Its only a week later so too early to give a fair review of the mattress but so far so good.

Weve been an Original Mattress Factory family for at least sixteen years, and we shall remain so! Ever since I heard their commercials on the radio years ago, I determined that our next mattress would be from OMF. We purchased a queen-size, top-of-the-line pillow top and fell in love! Amazing quality, great in-store service from friendly, knowledgable staff who never pressure us, and unbeatable prices is why we speak highly of OMF and have converted several family members to their mattresses.

Hands down the best prices for mattresses and one of the only stores in the area (if not THE only store) that still sells double-sided mattresses. They also sell reasonably priced headboards. We have had the mattress we purchased for ourselves for 7 years and it is still in good shape. We were recently in the store helping a relative shop and found that the prices are still great and the customer service is excellent.I recommend this place to everyone I know.

Great customer service and great matteesses. I waited until they opened after the COVID-19break just so I could get a great mattress. I wont buy a mattress anywhere but here. Love this place.

I dont get it! Why only 3 stars? I recommend Original Mattress Factory to everyone. These are wonderful beds. Ive had mine for years. The springs hold up fantastically. Our whole family has a mattress & box spring from here.

I originally purchased an orthopedic set, after a month of worsening back pain, I stopped into the store. Kristina was attentive and was incredibly knowledgeable . She knew right away what I needed and why I was having such awful pain . She explained to me in full detail everything I needed to know . They allowed me to exchange the mattress, and are donating the used one to habitat for humanity! What an amazing company ! Will never shop anywhere else !

I did not purchase a mattress, but the salesman was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and NOT pushy. I was up front with him, letting him know I was researching, and he gave me all the info I needed and let me test the beds I was asking about. They are a bit pricier than other places, but most of their beds are two sided, which is a rarity anymore. I only gave a 4 star since I cant say how the buying process would have went.

This is the worst customer service I have encountered while mattress shopping. However I really liked the products at the store.

I would rate 0 Stars if I could worst service I ever experienced especially with the delivery when I went in to order my bed they knew I was in a wheelchair and I could get hurt easy but they give me a bed frame thats very unsafe for a disabled person thats paying them $1,200 its on wheels that do not lock the mattress is so oddly shaped sheets dont fit properly this bed is so unsafe its pathetic plus the mattress is going bad and Ive only had the bed less than a month and with what other people say about having to pay extra to have them fixed everything Im just going to take my money and go elsewhere I wished I would have in the first place plus the delivery people lied to me stating my service dog bit him when I had my maintenance man as a witness my service dog did not bite the man my service dog didnt even interact with the man worst place you can shop at and give your money to and actually its a $2,000 fine to interfere with a service dog team especially lying about the service dog Ill see you in court for my $2,000 for interference of service dog

I get charged a $200 fee to get a new bed PLUS the difference of a new one because the first bed has springs stabbing me while I sleep. Dont have a choice this time, but will NOT be a return customer.
