Technician hit the building with my car. My car was taken to the body shop by Mr. Tire. I was told I could get a rental car however according to Frank, I think hes the GM, i was told i had to pay out of pocket for a rental car and would be reimbursed. He later hung up on me. Excellent qualities for upper management. That may work if you trust the company (which i dont). Needless to say i was told to go to Enterprise where all should have been set up. Of course it wasn’t and they wanted me to pay full price. No claim had been processed with the insurance. Now i am unable to get to work in Cleveland as my wife and kids require a an automobile. This is far from over and I will not rest until things are made right. Frank... lets step it up, you can do better.

I dont know if your service advisors are overworked and underpaid or if the dude I had was just having a bad day today, but this was the first and last time Ill be coming here. I wanted a simple oil change and was quoted $112 (for an OIL CHANGE?!) and got attitude the entire time I was at the counter.FYI - GM *recommends* synthetic oil; doesnt mean they require it and as a third party shop, you arent beholden to the requirements of GM. If someone declines the expensive upcharged oil change and asks for a standard oil change, give it to them. Dont try to up-charge me with false information and refuse to give me the service I asked for.Shame, because had things not gone sour, I was going to quote a set of tires for my truck and a set for my wifes car. Instead, Ill be going to a shop that doesnt just shove work orders in my face for an oil change I didnt ask for.Ill keep looking for a good shop, but I cant recommend Mr. Tire to anyone in good faith.

I stopped in as my 78 year old fathers car had a flat and when I arrived I was greeted by Brian and he immediately took the car in and had it checked out. About 10 minutes later he told me that it was repairable and they would fix it in the spot.I also had a conversation with Tommy while the repair was being done.I wish all businesses were like this location as the ease of customer service was absolutely excellent.I highly recommend!!Tim

I called to schedule an oil change. I told the guy on the phone I had a coupon for a conventional oil change with tire rotation for 24.99 that expires 3/31. The guy I spoke with said Im sorry Ive been told the new price is 39.99 so Im going to have to go with that. I said nevermind and hung up. Dont send me coupons in the mail you wont honor. Youve lost my business. Plenty of other options in town.

I found one of my tires was cracking, BAD, and called these guys to see about a new set.I didnt have too much time before would be a problem and these guys squeezed me in.I dropped off my jeep and they were busy!! I got a call that it would be after 5 before would be done, but Tyler was going to stay to get it done. I told them tomorrow between 10 and 11 would be fine, dont stay over. It was ready when I got there at 11.Thanks Tyler!!Only suggestion, get the showroom floors cleaned. Would make a better impression.

This place really needs to be more organized2 times, I have picked up vehicles for my boss and the cars that were said to be finished, were not finished.That took away from my pay and the cars I was working on due to me having to wait and have vehicles on standby that need fixedDont visit.

Initially I spoke with Keaton on the phone to set up my appointment and was very happy to be listened to and treated as any other customer (as a woman it is very refreshing to call into a mechanic and not be talked down to or treated differently than male customers). I spent close to $500 on four new tires, and you guys couldnt throw in a few 5-cent valve caps for them? It was terrible from start to finish!!!!! I made an appt the day before and when I walked in I was informed they sold my tire and that I could purchase the more expensive tire!!! They did give a 20$ discount but THEN I didnt leave until 4pm!!!! I will NEVERRRRRRR go back and I would NEVERRRRRRR recommend this place to ANYONE else I was very disappointed

Although the services were a bit to much outta my price limit the customer service was phenomenal. The minute I walked in I was treated as if I was their only customer, to the minute I walked out the door. Even though my final desicion wasnt in their favor I was never given a cold shoulder or an ignored feeling. I left with a much better understanding of what exactly my vehicle had in store for me. I am happy to say I can now walk into to another shop with more confidence and knowledge of kind of services I need. I greatly appreciate all of the help, and would definitely recommend Mr.Tire Auto Service Centers to all though ISO some repairs.

Right my car in for an alignment as routine maintenance. The gentleman that I dealt with could have easily done my alignment, taken my $100 and sent me on my way. But instead they chose to be honest and tell me my car was perfectly aligned and the service was not needed. Thank you for your honesty. Will definitely be a customer in the future.

The guy at the counter doesnt understand how a mask works and either kept pulling it down all the way or didnt cover his nose. Wild, because were in a global pandemic.Then, he also made a joke about my last name, wow never heard that one before guy, real funny.Also they couldnt get me in at my appointment time, told me to come back tomorrow or leave the car. Probably wont go back to this location again.Huge fan of the Mr. Tire on Portage ST though.

I used to love to go here to get my oil changes. It was inexpensive and quick but it is not worth it anymore. Pay the extra money and go to Valvoline. They check all the fluids in your car and will top them off for you if needed. When I went here I needed windshield wiper fluid and I knew it but figured they would take care of it. Good thing I had a bottle of it at home. I mean really guys? I have been coming there for quite a long time now and I expect better service from you. Shame on me I guess.

Had some serious issues with my cart and they had it done in less than a day, and took the time to explain what I needed and what had happened. I had my car aligned and bought two new front tires. I had to buy extra parts which brought the cost up significantly (not entirely unexpected). I bought the parts, got the alignment. That said, the car still pulls to the left. I brought it back in. They switched the front tires and told me its in spec, and the mechanic test drove it and they said its fine. I drove it and it was not fine. Granted, the pull is not as noticeable at lower speeds, but when going 60 mph or above its very obvious. The mechanic tested it going probably 35 - 40 mph. They have nice customer service but Im very unsatisfied by this. I spent a lot of money so my car wouldnt have pull in any direction when I drive it.

I went for an oil change a week ago. Two days later, Im at work when a physician I work with said there is a car part hanging under your vehicle. I leave for lunch, it is dragging with slight vibration underneath, a part ending up breaking off. I use my lunch to have them look at. A part was not tightened down properly after the oil change. I was frustrated and upset, I asked for it to be replaced, which the assistant manager understood, and ordered the part from the dealership. I returned for a third time this Saturday, it was replaced, I requested a refund, which Im waiting on. Now, while it was frustrating and time consuming, I understand it was an error but it shouldnt have happened. That I would give a 1 star. On the other hand, the assistant manager saved everything! He was so nice, and understanding. Any employer should be proud for him to be on their team! For him is a 5 star all the way! Amazing what a great employee can do to make it better. I went from completely upset, never wanting to step foot back in there, to if he is still there I would consider giving another shot. Ill leave a neutral rating, since I had great customer service with assistant manager.**edit to take away 1 starIt is now 17 days since they put in for a credit request. Sounds like bs to me. Im looking for other places like Yelp, etc to leave my situation for others. Its sad that an employee can ruin your vehicle, the manager do everything to make right just to leave it to the company to drop the ball. 17 days to process a credit is ridiculous! I will not be back. I just want my refund.

Good prices. Always professional and go above and beyond for their customers. I once had to wait for them to receive a part in order to fix my vehicle. They apologized profusely, and even welded my exhaust back on for free (the guy had noticed it was falling off) because they felt bad about my wait. I would highly recommend.

I had my brake pads and rotors replaced in October. I came in today with issues with my rotors and I was completely out of my warranty but the replaced them for me!! These gentlemen are amazing! They go above and beyond any time I bring my car here! Highly recommend

I never leave reviews, but this place is great. Manager and workers were very polite, helpful, and friendly. Even calling the place initially to schedule an oil change they said they could take a look at a simple issue where my bumper had come unclipped after getting hit in a parking lot - even though they dont do body work. They were super helpful with the oil change, took my super cheap coupon with no questions, checked out my car thoroughly (since its old and rusted), and even did a tire rotation for me! Very nice to not be talked down to as a female without a lot of car knowledge, and they were efficient without feeling like a rush job. Definitely recommend, and love the coupons they send in the mail!

Great place to take your vehicle, tremendous staff, above and beyond great service, these guys busted their butts to replace wheel bearing and 2 tie rods with alignment from inspection to completion in 3 hours and didnt leave me stranded without a vehicle. Our family likes Mr Tire because they send you oil change coupons all the time. They also check your car out when they change your oil and can do repairs for you. I had a few done for less than others had quoted. They even got my remote start working again for $20, it was the best purchase Ive made this winter

I had a flat tire on my truck in the Belden Village area drove up to mr. Tire off Fulton Road it got me in within an hour patch my tire and back on the road. The nicest staff you could ever meet and they really went out of their way to get me back driving on the road. I recommend this place highly and know that when Im going to be looking for tires in the future I will be coming here first. Thank you!

Top notch service! I requested an inspection be done to Mr. Keaton Furey, and you better believe they looked over every part of my car. Keaton let me know everything that was going on with my vehicle and was very transparent on what was going on. I had to replace a ball joint, struts, and my brakes. This included an alignment. When I picked up my car, I felt like I drove off the lot with a brand new vehicle, steering wheel felt tight, car wasnt bouncing up and down like it did. Keaton and his team at Mr. Tire took care of my needs and I am so grateful. I no longer feel like im driving around in a death trap. My car is running smooth with no issues. They lied about rotating my tires and didn’t even bother to put air in them. I have tried to reach Theresa in customer service for a month and cannot talk to her. She has called twice at inconvenient times and when I call back, it goes straight to voicemail. After the first call, I asked her to let me know when a good time to call would be and I would call her then. Didn’t get that call back until 3 weeks later. Again, I couldn’t take the call and when I called back, there was still no answer.

I took my car in for an oil change. The staff is friendly and very nice. The prices are reasonable.

I will never come here again, I normally go to mister tire off of tusc I went here because it was closer to my job. They changed all my fluids and broke one of my caps & did NOT FIX NOR replace it. My car was running just fine until I went to them it started leaking and over heating. Never again

I blew a back driver side tire on a Sunday afternoon was fortunate enough to be very near this location. I slowly drove it into their lot about ten minutes before they closed. Andrew saw I was in trouble, and brought a jack out to the parking lot and pulled my blown tire and rim off and put my spare on. Free of charge. I came back the next day to have a new tire (I already had it) put on the rim, and back on my car. Keaton and Scott were happy to help, and I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes, good as new. And all for less than $20. Well done guys.

Everytime Ive come here for any issue, Ive always been treated with excellent professionalism by the entire staff. The guys at the front desk have always been very kind and just a pleasure to talk to. Told me rear brake job was needed to prevent shaking of front end. I originally went in with an idea that it was the front rotors that were warped as is common on my car. He told me no the front rotors and pads are fine but the back brakes needed a total overhaul. I said okay and did the brake job. 667 bucks later nothing different on the vehicle. Take it back to have them look at it and they say the front rotors are in fact warped. (As I originally predicted) they would charge me another $106 to replace fronts. Unbelievable!Update: They replaced front pads and rotors for free after realizing the misdiagnosis on their part. Great outfit!

Got oil change price wasnt bad they were really nice until I was firm on not shelling out a bunch of money for other repairs then I became a shop joke.
