Tony is a super guy who goes out of his way to help you.

Bastards wont let you use the bathroom. They claim THEY have to go to Dunkin Donuts to use the bathroom. Out and out lie, as theyd have to close BLUE Hills Express gas to do that. So theyll take your money for gas or drinks & snacks, but your not good enough to pee there? What about us people who have medical issues? It should be against the law in my opinion.

Abrasive, rude, unhelpful customer service. The lug nuts were coming loose on a wheel of my friends car on the way to the airport to catch a flight. Was sent here from the gas station across the street, and just wanted to jack it up and tighten the wheel down. Service guy shouted at us that itd be an hour before he could take a look, and that if we were going to try to do it ourselves we needed to get off his property. He walked away and another service guy happened to walk past, taking an interest in our situation. As he offered to help, the first guy, obviously the manager, returned yelling at him not to help us. We ended up doing it ourselves, which took five minutes, in a parking lot across the street.

I appreciate that its full service because I moved here from NJ. Attendant is always really friendly too.
