My Family takes all their vehicles to this repair shop. I trust everyone who works there to treat all our vehicles like they are their own. I used to always emphasize to the staff to make sure all my Family’s vehicles are safe for my teenagers to drive especially the brakes and airbags. Now I don’t have to say anything because I know with even something as minor as an oil change S and S staff are making sure our cars and trucks are the safe for all our kids.

Dont take your car here. INEXPERIENCED employee tried to help my daughter when her car died (because it needed a new crankshaft sensor) and caused it to backfire, throwing it out of time. Now its gonna cost me more to fix (somewhere else) than its worth.In response to the owners lame response...I DONT WANT ANYTHING FROM YOU EXCEPT THAT YOU GET RID OF YOUR INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEE BEFORE HE RUINS SOMEONE ELSES CAR. My daughter said there was a LOUD bang and then it started smoking. People who know this someone to watch the shop on Saturday employee told my daughter that hes a CONSTRUCTION worker. Nuff said.

Dropped off car on Thursday to have back on Friday or possibly Monday...on Tuesday night when they said car was done (this was 630 pm after waiting since 445 pm) the car was to be test driven by me (not the mechanic) the car still wasnt running right.When returning to shop guy(Tony) that was working on it was GONE! Some other guy was there and couldnt do anything ?? Called family for ride home because vehicle was not running right...other guy leaves but comes back when i am leaving with family ride home... said guy offers to call owner, the mechanic Tony answers owners phone(owner Chad) and says....we will see whats going on tomorrow AND HANGS UP..wait, what? Really? Tomorrow is WEDNESDAY!!!!! AND STILL NO VEHICLE...REALLY? NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!

Chad is very caring reasonable man my girlfriend and I came in today and he made time for us. We was told we needed breaks, he checked it out actually the breaks are good. Tony did what work that needed done. Im very thankful for his honesty he didnt try to get us to do extra work and the price was great.

I took my truck in for a partial stock exhaust Replacement an O2 oxygen sensor which was $45 a thermostat repair which was $12 I was never told what their labor rate was nor was it posted in their office nor was I given a quote for the overall estimated bill if they would have I would’ve never use them their prices are outrageous $1044.00 for No more than what they did Way overpriced I would strongly suggest looking at other automotive shops

Very professional had my car at another shop cost all kinds of money at shop in peoria il dowell&daughters towing could not fix had car towed to s&s kept me informed before repairs done reasonably priced will use them in future thanks guys
