My breakes had been making the grinding noise (Yes standard Michigan break grinding). I didnt realize how close I was to having my breaks stop working on me. I had been calling around shops for a couple of days trying to have somebody do an inspection on them and they couldnt get me in until the week after. Low and behold I call this place and they say If you can get it in before 8 (it was 7:50 maybe? 7:45?) we can take a look at it.Surprised at how quick they were, I dropped it off, got a call about 2 hours later saying that my rear breaks needed replacing today. And the front ones were recommended as well because they wouldve needed replacing before winter 100%. They explained to me why they needed them (Michigan salt, build up, etc.) and that he was surprised I even managed to get it to the shop. They didnt have a firm price set for me but they did tell me it was going to be a maximum of $800, and they even mentioned something about fixing another thing free of charge because they were already going to be down there working on the breaks. Lovely people. I dropped my car off at 8 A.M., and got it back at 5 P.M. on no prior appointment.They mentioned that they were fortunate to keep all their staff throughout the COVID and thus, were able to assist very unfortunate people like me in emergencies (I had a shift at the hospital the next day so it was definitely an emergency) 17/10 star rating.P.S. They are also service workers, please remember to leave a tip! Just as you would pizza delivery, hair salon, dog groomers, etc.

Very nice staff! When I called to make an appointment, I was pretty stressed out about squeezing in an oil change with my insane schedule. The person on the phone was so courteous and accommodating. Also, as a woman, I’m used to places like this trying to scam me and talking down to me. This place was not like that at all! No one tried to sell me any weird additional services and the price quoted was the price charged. I will definitely be back.

Made a appointment, was there a little early. everything went smooth :) Being a female I’m always afraid to take the car in to a new place. The staff was all very friendly! They were very explanatory with the inspection of the vehicle and all we came for was a oil change so that was a BONUS! I recommend trying them out yourself if you are in the area. This is my third time there. I normally buy a Groupon voucher for $25 for my truck. I never had to pay for shop supplies before. Today I had to pay an additional $7.50 for shop supplies and disposal fee. New salesman today, so I suppose they are charging more. I have never gone to a place that advertises an Oil Change Service and had to pay these additional fees. I would only pay for additional oil. In addition, the radio, phone, and app. settings were all erased from the truck. So now I have to pair my phone and program my favorite radio stations again. That was not needed to reset the oil life percentage.

Hi everyone, I would like to share the details of this amazing business with you. I hit a piece asphalt on the road maybe about a half mile away from where this shop was located. My tires on one whole side of the vehicle were demolished. I also cracked a rim. The gentleman at the counter was so helpful as I pulled in. Just impeccable service. They took me in and searched on line for a new rim which is no picnic for a Cadillac. He found one and drove to pick it up himself. Its almost after hours and he is still driving back to get me on the road. I mean a real disaster turned positive by great service. I fully recommend this place to any and everyone.

They gave me poor grade oil when I purchased full synthetic. They lied and said I needed new tires and a new oil pan when I just received full service from Ford. Nothing was wrong with my car. gave me a quote for the oil pan and said it would be around $500. Smh lol they are really bad dont go there do not trust what they tell you because theyre lying

Courteous staff and advising on solution tor best value added repair. I really appreciate the timeliness and completeness of the job performed. I have utilized their services on many occasions to great advantage. I have an older vehicle and they were sensitive to the problems that are predictable when given high miles and a well used vehicle. Many of the suggestions were crucial to retaining a safer vehicle.

This place is awesome! Seriously some of the best service Ive ever had at an auto shop. Not at one point did I feel like the guys in the shop were trying to fleece me for non-needed repairs. The WORST auto repair shop in the community. Ever since Joe Alli suffered health issues and sold to this company the service is very mediocre. I will never recommend or go back to this shop ever. All of my family members have stop patronizing this awful shop. Mechanics are lazy and not thorough. Its no wonder they keep firing and hiring staff.Save yourself the headache and DO NOT GO.Try Monroe Auto Shop (Canton) instead. Ask for Manny.Auto Center wanted to charge me over $1800 while Manny and his crew found and solved the issue correctly for under $600. Although the Terrain may be plagued with chronic issues, Im looking for a shop that can competently fix the issues ... Like Monroe Auto.

Dont listen to the bad reviews. I only now take my car there. They have worked with me and given me great deals every time I take my car there. All the staff is very nice and respectful. Sometimes they are short staffed which is the reasons the few others have had bad experiences. If you want to know ahead if they can get to your car the same day just call them. Thats what Ive done. They do excellent work and are honest about what all needs to be done. Ive been to other auto places in the area and this one is by far the best one.

We have been here many times and they always give us top notch service and respect. The other reviewers are just mad because it probably costed more than they can afford (too bad!!! Lol). Some customers service issues no soap in bathroom technician not covering floor mats so they wouldnt dirty with greasie shoes among other things .

Under new management! Place is completely different than last time I was there. I went in for a brake job and wheel bearing . my vehicle was done in less than 3 hours and there price was 200$ cheaper than the dealer. now my vehicle drives smooth and all my problems are resolved. I highly recommend going to the auto center of canton.

I went to 2 other shops and they could not give me a proper diagnosis. Took my car over to AC of Canton and gave me source of the problem, fixed the issue and fixed my car same day.

We purchased tires for 2 vehicles back in the Fall of 2019. Great service and great tires for snowy Michigan. Then today went for a little thing like wiper blades. Same friendly service done quickly and efficiently. We would highly recommend this business to friends and family.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE IF YOUR A FEMALE! My daughter took her car for a oil change and came home in tears with an estimate of additional work needed equaling $1193.04. We took the car to our family mechanic and was surprised to find out none of the work was needed!!! We all are struggling with this pandemic! But stealing from your customers is not the answer!

I highly recommend Auto Center of Canton. I went in for a brake job, very impressed with clean waiting room, professional staff and pricing was very reasonable! My brakes were done in 1 hour!

Unorganized, they didn’t write up my car till after it was done and then ask me what type of oil I order! I hope they give me the right oil when they did my oil change!! They give you no sticker either. Luckily my car keep track of it for me.

Clean well kept shop with a nice waiting area. I cant say enough about the staff; my car died on the way to the shop and they were willing to help me right away. They are friendly, honest, reasonable, and do great work.

Dont take your car here You might not see it again for a month!!!. They make promises without any intention of keeping them (but they will definitely keep your money!) They are pretty shady...when asked for the owners name they said his first name was Marty but wouldnt tell me his last name. Car was driven there but had to be towed out of that place after 5 weeks!

Horrible experience here. I had an appt for an oil change, i had already paid for on Groupon, and when I went in, the guy behing the counter was extremely rude, and said they wouldnt do my truck even with my appt, as he was bringing back another womans car. I honestly believe it was because she was super pretty. He was very much the douchy type with his ponytail. I tried calling for almost a week after that with no luck. Will not waste my time here again. Extremely dissapointed with all the good reviews they had. Now I know why their prices were so cheap.

Ive been going here for years but this repair shop recently changed hands. Went in for an oil change at 10 am and asked if I could be in and out in one hour. Sure you can! I had another appointment at 11:30 in A2. I didnt get my car back until 11:20 making me late, no apology. Didnt put air in the tire that was visibly low, didnt rotate my tires because he said I need new ones so why bother. When I got to my car there was a greasy handprint on the door, I had to go and ask for a towel and the steering wheel was filthy too. Do Not waste your time or money, their coupon is No Deal.

I came here with a Groupon for an oil change. I love that they take appointments. There’s free wifi in the lobby, so I was able to work while I waited. I had a few other issues with my car (old filters and coolant), and they recommended what needed to be done without being pushy. I set up another appointment for next week and I’ll definitely be back. I am a young woman and loathe going to mechanics, especially as I know I was ripped off recently with another mechanic. These folks are professional and thorough.
