I just got out of high school and I have no credit and my amazing sales associate named Randy was able to put me into a car the same day. Randy was truly helpful and was holding my hand through the whole process and made sure I understood the process and agreements. If you go here I strongly recommend Randy!

Will throw a car on you based on what youre approved for and youll have nothing but car problems from there on out. Ridiculous payments. Its difficult getting these people to fix the vehicle problems too, let alone even getting them to pick up the phone. Im convinced all of these phony 5 star reviews have been paid for. This company is known for being shady and dishonest.

I would never recommend buying from here. My friend bought a car recently and has had nothing but issues with it. They’ve had it less than 3 months and have maybe been able to drive it for all of 1 month of having it so far. Complete junk. Everything is covered which is nice BUT why pay for a car that you can’t even drive? I feel bad for my friend. They really needed a reliable car and this was not the right choice. Not to mention they’re already overpaying as it is. A 2014 for $14,000 just for it to break down once a month. Trash. I got my 2017 for $11,000 at a different dealership and have had NO ISSUES the 2 YEARS that I’ve had it. My credit isn’t great either. If you have bad credit but need something reliable I would look at other lots. Just not here!!

I would like to thank Cathy so much! She really worked with me after my surgery in November. I was getting my money on time from being on temporary disability. She worked with me in the beginning to get caught up and also in the end before I went back to work,cause once again I didnt get paid for 2 whole months. I dont recommend this place to anyone. My mother and I had to talk to someone about missed payments so my mother was on time with payments, and my mom was very sick (this happened before covid) and the disrespectful man that took care of us (we didnt ask for this man, we asked for someone else but the mans ego was so bad that HE wanted to be the one to take care of us.) My mother was barely able to look up at the guy, and was looking at her phone for information this man asked. This man kept being like will you please look up at me? And can you put the phone away Miss. This is important. Yeah I know its rude to look at a phone while talking to someone but when you are trying to provide information plus trying to keep your eyes open because your sick, its pretty disrespectful of the guy to put so much pressure on my mother. My mom just wanted to walk out and I wanted to say how bad of an employee he was with how he treated my mom. Later on in the day we found out my mom had an infection and it could of killed her. Personally for me, I would never go here. Just for this fact and the threats my mom was given when she tried everything to talk to the people and they were nothing but rude and disrespectful to her. If you are struggling to make payments whether its because of covid or in general, you might as well take the car back and deal with consequences because the amount of times myom has been threatened by this place and it made her physically sick, its toxic and bad for business.
