Owner was great and friendly. But mechanics put the wrong motor mounts on my vehicle took it back twice was dissatisfied so I took it to another place and got a second opinion found out mounts were not bounded right took it back to Ford Auto Clinic they tried to fix it again but car is still not fixed so I am totally dissatisfied I have a warranty but I do not trust these guys again

These guys are fair but dont expect them to tell you the problems with your car. If you know 100% what the problem is with your car, then these guys are ok.

Fantastic. Took a vehicle to be inspected they brought me into show me the problems with the car, gave me 2 estimates 1 for OEM parts and 1 for after market parts. I scheduled the work, they had it in and out and under estimated cost. Recommend them to everyone

I recommend Ford Road Auto Clinic to anyone who is looking for a good honest mechanic to keep their vehicle in tip-top condition... or in my case to keep an old beater running. Either way you wont be disappointed!

I had a positive customer experience with Ford Road Auto Clinic. The muffler was cracked and tail pipe had broken off on my Mazda Tribute. I called several auto repair shops for estimates and spoke with David (Manager) from Ford Road Auto Clinic. I brought my vehicle in the morning, received a call for estimate and the repairs were completed by the afternoon. David showed me the parts that were replaced. From my perspective, Ford Road Auto Clinic provided me a reasonable price and courteous customer service. The repair cost seemed fair as compared to the estimates received from other nearby auto repair shops. I would go back to Ford Road Auto Clinic.

David and his team are AWESOME! My boyfriend and his family have used the Ford Rd Auto Clinic for years so when I brought my car in they gave me a great welcome. I really appreciated the way/time David took to explain the problems with the car to me. Most of my experiences at repair shops have been guys trying to talk down to me or just skip over stuff, assuming I know nothing of cars.Not here, these guys are true gentlemen and have a great deal of knowledge about their business.

I paid for a pre-inspection before buying a vehicle. The staff at Ford RD are phenomenal! Friendly, fast service, affordable prices. They truely care about their customers. Will recommend and will go there again if I ever needed anything. The mechanic who I spoke with (?Dave?) even offered to talk to guy down from $1250 to $1000, due to a couple small issues with the car, and the guy took it! So he basically paid for the inspection with that, and gave me an extra $200! Excellent service, they really do go above and beyond.

Fast, friendly service. Mechanics are well knowledged and always have great alternative advice. They also take care of their Veterans! This will forever now be my go-to- auto shop.

I usually do my own car work, but I but I got stuck with some badly seized front control arm bolts on my 06 Mustang. They freed up the bolts and installed my new control arms very quickly for a good price. I will be back.

I have been here a few times. The first couple of times prices where in line with what google said they should be, and they got the work done fast and reliably. I have taken two separate cars here.However, after the third time I went they did a repair and the quoted price seemed a little high. Whatever they had done good work before, so I Oked it. I went in and they had added on a couple hundred dollars of work that I had not OKed, this was strike one. I dont know why they didnt call me I probably would have been fine with it. I got the car back and it was still having the same problem I took it in for. Now I should have taken it back right then, but I was very upset, working a lot, and really didnt want to deal with it. About six months latter the part they replaced broke. I took it to another mechanic, and asked them to look at it. Without even telling them anything, the new mechanic knew what work had been done and told me it looked like they did a really shoddy job, and offered to redo it in full for about half the price. I took the car to another mechanic for a second opinion, and same thing. They could pin point the part that Ford rd. auto clinic had worked on, said it looked really bad and offered to redo it in full for about half the price. Without me even saying anything about any previous work.Now I dont know if the main guy was out that day or what, again I have been here 4 times. 3 times I got 5 star service, and on the fourth I got gouged for bad work. I wont be going there again, and wouldnt recommend the place.

David is a very honest man. I took my car in for service for a air bag check light. They fixed the problem and I paid for their service. The next day I received a call from David and he stated that I had over paid him by $100 for the repair service. I was very greatful for his honesty and I will continue to take my vehicles to him for service.
