Here’s a list of reasons why I had the WORST experiences! (Yes I’ve been here twice)1. This establishment does not promote wearing masks2. Customer service is unprofessional, the clerk is rude and disrespectful. Did I mention that he mistreated an elderly lady? Disgusting. He needs to be removed.3. This relates to reason #2 but as I’m waiting to pump gas, the employees are too diverted doing other things. Unreal.Unless these complaints are met I will NOT go back to this particular gas station.Oh, and this is the rude clerk.

The guy working there was being disrespectful with an elderly lady, he threw money at her and was very rude. Im a manager at Quiktrip which is one of the best gas station in USA right now, if we do this kind of stuff in any of our locations, we get fired immediately. This is so low and so disrespectful, please give his position to a person who deserves it.

This guy was rude to an elderly lady all because she wanted to cash her scratch tickets. I heard him say if you come in the store buy something don’t just come to cash your scratch tickets, then the lady proceeded to ask for 2 $10 instead of a full $20 and he went to the register angrily and literally threw the 2 $10 bills at her. The lady asked what did I do for you to treat me like this and he said “ahhh leave” . The lady was shooking up. He’s bad for business and has no customer service skills at all!

By far the rudest, ignorant, disrespectful cashier I ever came across. He lacks customer service skills. This is definitely NOT the job for him.

Around Monday in the afternoon I went to buy some hot Cheetos with my sister and when we walked into the store none of the costumers or workers were wearing face mask 😷. But me and my sister were we were really scared how they don’t care about covid 19. Then when we went to the cashier to buy our chips he gave me and my sister dirty looks & had a aggressive, rude, and mean attitude twords the both of us he was so disrespectful.

The clerk was so rude to an older lady that went in. She was cashing her scratch tickets and he was mad because she wouldnt buy anything and threw the money at her. Such a disrespectful person.

I never go to this gas station in Cambridge St again The clerk treated me very badly this is the second time, but today I decided to go back and ask for his boss who said he was not there. I asked for the number and he told me that they did not have one.

9/15 The guy has bad customer service. I saw him throw money at a customer (lady) can’t believe he works there. Not sure why he hasn’t been fired yet. He looks like bad news.

Very rude disrespectful cashier. Not only he didn’t wear a mask, but he’s been disrespectful to customers. Avoid at all costs.

Clerk did not wear a mask the entire time, and in turn did not tell customers coming in to wear masks. This is a mask free zone. Avoid.

Clerk texting while I’m trying to pay cash for gas? Unreal

1st: ten cent surcharge for non cash entries.2nd: no paper towels near pumps.3rd: Dog only knows when window washers last cleaned. All containers bone dry and the wipers filthy.I get it; this is the city and stuff costs more. But in Winter being able to keep the glass clean is important and this station just doesnt seem to care. This is a low-cost, high value thing to do and if you have to be told, youre probably in the wrong business.

Nice overnight staff. Very courteous and he was bubbly for the graveyard shift:)

Good and clean gas station in the middle of the city. Rates are good as well with the option of pro gass.

One of the few places that is open 24hr for gas and anything else.

Easy in and out. Good amount of parking .
