Horrible dealership if you call it one. Nice during the purchase and then basically told to kick rocks. First day we had it an issue occurred. Then my wife had a major breakdown when I was not in town and when she called for help with our three month warranty they said call someone else and didn’t give her a number. Family owned you would think they would step up and do what’s right. Nope. Left her on the side of the road instead. Used a bank that doesn’t have a branch with 50 miles of here and when you call them they require you to “stop into the local branch”. I have had nothing but issues with the vehicle. Even if they drop their prices to reasonable levels I won’t buy a car there again. In fact I won’t let anyone I know buy a car there.Update: car is in the shop right now for engine issues. Car broke down on 422 less that 5 miles from the house. Only way to fix this would be buy the car back at this point. Even just the payoff would be good enough to get rid of this headache.

Im a first time buyer at Wallaces & stopped there on a whim. My salesman, Bob, was out there as soon as I was pulled in their lot (in the rain I may add) asking me questions to what I was looking for. I will never buy from them again.Bought a care from them that had a brand new inspection sticker on it. When I went to get it inspected the following year my garage said he would not inspect it because the frame had holes in it. They sold a car that I believe they knew was dangerous and put an inspection sticker on it anyways. Good thing I was never in an accident.

Bought my wife a 2007 Suzuki today. Price was well within KBB range for the condition of vehicle. Our sales person, Mercedes, was excellent. She was low pressure but competent. Based on today’s experience I would buy here again.

I just resent got my license but didnt have a car so I stopped down and they showed me some cars we narrow it down and selected a car, to which they did a oil change and got new tires for my car, also they help me walk through the paperwork and even suggest some insurance companies that are worth checking out as well as help in changing the oil in the future. I highly recommend you come to visit them.

Found a nice used old ford work truck for my dad online. Went and looked at it and the owner was very helpful and honest with us about what the truck needed and even gave us the shop report listing everything they found wrong with it. Was able to even help us fix a couple of the things we were concerned about fixing ourselves as we hadnt owned this engine before. Put a good bit of miles on the truck so far and no surprises. Theres a reason the place has such a great rating online.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!! Dont buy car from this dealer! I bought a 2009 Dodge Caliber from them and found that the roof leaked within the first week after purchase. The salesman, Chris Z, chastised me when I returned for the issue to be resolved and was extremely rude to me.... Absolutely HORRIBLE... The issue was never resolved... Ive been stuck with it ever since. ALSO, if the vehicle that you are buying from them has a current inspection sticker... DONT BET YOUR LIFE ON IT !!! Mine went off the lot with a new sticker and NO functional horn... Good luck on your breaks...

Awful salesman. Went in tonight to see what we could work out. Theres a nice truck on the lot but theres a nail in the tire. We asked if they could lower the price and he immediately said no, its already marked down so good luck finding one cheaper anywhere else. Im astonished at the rudeness and him not willing to work with us. I had 10 thousand dollars in cash with me and every intention of buying it as long as it checked out. Ill never give my business to someone who doesnt appreciate it. And you shouldnt either. It could have been an easy sale. So even if I dont find a cheaper one...Ill pay more for better customer service. The guy had glasses, short brown hair, and thin, maybe in his 30s in case someone who cares actually reads this and wants to know what stellar employees they have.

We bought a 2007 GMC Canyon truck from Wallace Motors in November 2017. The truck had been under coated, and looked to be in good condition with 70,000 miles, so we thought it was a good buy. 2 months after purchase paint peeled off and large rust spots started to appear. When at the mechanics for an oil change last week, we learned the frame was rusting through. We took it to a frame specialist and learned the undercoating was probably put on thick to hide the rusted frame. Yes, its been almost 2 years since purchase, but the whole frame is rusted through and cant be repaired. We are so lucky we found out before the frame totally gave out and an accident occurred on the highway. Beware if a used vehicle is sold with new undercoating. We would not recommend this dealership.

I did not have a great experience with Wallace. I went in with a few questions about the vehicle which werent answered completely, and later found out after I bought the vehicle. We were treated as if we didnt matter and I felt like they didnt want to be bothered. The vehicle was a good price for the milage so that is why I am giving it a 3. There were a few issues that need addressed on the car (water pump). I was told I can purchase it and bring it back to have fixed as they werent problems needed to be fixed immediately. However when I brought it back they decided it was no longer an issue because it was self corrected and if I wanted them to fix it I would be charged. However the car had to be fixed and I ended up going to my mechanic and $ 1000 later was fixed.

Excellent people to work with and my son is loving his Chevy Duramax! I highly recommend Wallace family motors.

Horrible experience. I bought a car off this lot thinking it was the dealership selling it, however it was a kid (actually the owners daughters bf, who sold the car independently from their lot. 4 hours after having the car the timing belt broke. Being that I thought I bought from a dealership I thought there was a warranty so we sent the car back only for them to tell me it wont run and needs a new motor. They will not refund me and have been rude about it. Now granite, yes it was a used care but I feel that being I had the car less than a day before this happened I should be refunded or the car should be fixed for free. Im going to take any legal action I can but wanted to make sure others knew this happened from this dealership as well

They were very helpful and friendly. I also feel they were the best deal in town on my particular vehicle. They even went out of their way to replace a missing car jack. I will be giving them a secon look next time I buy. By the way its been about 7 mouths and not a thing is wrong with the truck I bought. Thanks guys!

FOR ALL WHO ARE BUYING CARS DO NOT GO HERE! If I could put a rating up with 0 stars I would. Very shady. Especially if you’re traveling to the dealer from any kind of distance. Chris lies about the condition of these vehicles and is less than helpful after the sale. If you’re traveling from ANY amount of time DO NOT GO HERE!!!! It’s not worth wasting your time or travel expenses. Chris admitted to me that these vehicles aren’t even checked for safety before being put on their lot if the vehicle is current on inspection and the inspection wasn’t performed by them. So in other words, aside from visually looking at it and walking around it NOTHING was done to ensure you’re even going to be safe driving home. If you bring up the inspection with any problems you have Chris will hide behind the “we didn’t do the inspection” thinking that means you can sell cars that have issuses and call it “AS-IS”. Well Chris, since I’m sure you’ll read this at some point that it’s illegal even for an “AS-IS” warranty. Let me tell ya how. “AS-IS” means you are to be made aware of all issues with the vehicle prior to purchase.... KEY part being MUST BE MADE AWARE OF ANY AND ALL ISSUES. How can you be made aware when they haven’t even looked at the car themselves? Even better how can a vehicle have an “AS-IS” warranty when you don’t even know what condition it’s in “AS” it sits? Plan and simple you can’t. Terrible business and terrible business practices. As a whole I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to this dealership. They shouldn’t even be allowed to be in business with these practices and they are the 100% textbook definition of sleazy car salesman and car dealership... I hope this review stops you from making a terrible mistake by purchasing a vehicle from this place.

Worst experience ever looking for a used vehicle. Donny got all rude and acted like a kid that didn’t get what he wanted for Christmas when I questioned him on a bad bedside repaint. You should ask if they have done body and paint work to the vehicle, (if you can’t clearly see the work that is), your looking at before you buy. They don’t replace rusted out metal, they just bondo over and repaint. I will never go back

UPDATED REVIEW:Purchased a Jeep about two months ago. When I bought it all seemed well, they convinced me into a proguard warranty which was supposed to protect me for 9 months. I have since replaced 4 different things on the car, 2 being major fixes including having to get it towed. Out of pocket. It is still making noises. Very displeased, Lesson learned!

Horrible experience! They painted over two rust spots with the same gold color of the van to hide the rust, and they welded the tortion bracket to the frame, instead of fixing it correctly, and the radiator had a hole in it. We will never buy another vehicle from wallace. We are just praying this minivan lasts until we have our loan paid off. They cover things and make the vehicle look great, and are not honest about the issues. We have a friend that said they also know a few people with bad experiences with wallace. Basically they sell pretty junk, and they dont negotiate.

Bought a 2007 Nissan Xterra. Price was non-negotiable, but fair. Shortly after purchasing it, the hydraulic line for the clutch broke do to excessive corrosion. The back hatch wont open now, and all of the gauges just died. No speedometer, gas gauge, oil pressure or RPMs. The bottom of the Xterra had been painted black to hide much of the corrosion. This vehicle is in bad shape and I have spent more than $1,000 fixing it since buying it 2 months ago. Update - after 3 months, the vehicle can not be put into gear and will not run. The Nissan dealer has told me that the vehicle is so corroded that it is unsafe to drive - $8,500 down the drain.
