Went to look at a vehicle today and was helped by Steve. Very polite and knowledgeable. He was friendly and did not pressure us, let us look over a potential vehicle without hovering. I look forward to purchasing the vehicle of choice in the upcoming days.

All of his cars are in beautiful clean condition. Deal with owner himself but I like that. He is a very nice gentleman. I found out he use to take his vehicles to my mechanic when he was in my area. I was sold, this is who I wanted to deal with. You will not be disappointed with his service and his vehicles are really nice. Thank you

Fantastic an friendly service

I bought a 2008 Toyota Prius from Steve, who owns this place. He was very fair and helpful, and paid for repairs that needed to be made after the purchase. (The issue did not reveal itself during the time he had the car. When I bought it, it was turning cold, and the Prius speedometer began to intermittently fail to turn on. So it wasnt his fault that he didnt notice.)

I ran out of space on my last review Steve tried to give me 2 cars of lesser value then the 7,000 I gave him ! I have filed a complaint threw the BBB I held off on filing threw the state attorney general but I have the paper work and after my experience yesterday when I went up there to see what car this man would give me for my 7,000 he didn’t want to work with me on the car I found which was the same exact car a Chevy Malibu marked on his lot for less then 7,000 he told me I could not get that car because he paid to much for it well I’m sorry sir but I put 7,000 in your pocket i expect a little more then a 1,000 to 3,000 dollar car so instead of wasting anymore time with this man I got my attorney and we are taking him to small claims court I will fight until I can’t fight no more to get my money back ! I gave Steve chance after chance to make it right and he has not made it right he says business is slow well my friend business will continue to be slow because you are a dishonest human being that takes advantage of women buyers who sells nothing but junk cars. This experience has been going on for 5 months the stress he has caused me and my family has been unbearable and I lost my job behind this man because I didn’t have reliable transportation. After my car broke down the first time and I couldn’t make it they understood but the second time a week later they let me go. Anyone who recently purchased a 2007 dodge nitro I wish you the best because he never got the transmission fixed on it he kept it on his lot after I returned it . My attorney said to give him a chance to make it right and by make it right he advised me to make sure it was a car of value that I spent. Since Steve does not see it like this I hope he’s ready for BBB court and the state attorney generals office to respond to. Please save your money your time and your tears this man is no good his cars are no good ! I have been threw so much and it’s still not over. Learn from me and do not purchase a car from him ! Oh by the way he don’t care about these reviews but honestly customer satisfaction is the best thing you can have when you own your own business!

I am only giving one star because it makes me!!After an accident, I was in a pickle to find a car fast. I came to see the car and was assured it was recently inspected with no known issues. So I happily paid the $4,500 for the car I thought Id have for a very long time (low mileage and everything looked ok).Ever since I sunk my whole savings into this car, it has been nothing but trouble. Head gaskets blew 2 weeks after my warranty expired. Had to replace those for around $1,200. Then found my my rocker panels are basically rusted through to the point where carbon monoxide can get into my vehicle and my back bumper was so rusted, it couldnt withstand even a 5mph impact.I have now learned that I will take every used vehicle to a mechanic first no matter how much of a hurry Im in, but Im disappointed it costed this much to learn that lesson. As a young adult female clueless about cars, Steve and his wife made me feel at ease, but I now realize this was all part of their ruse. When I originally called in upset about the $1,200 head gasket repair, Steve offered to possibly switch me into a different vehicle, but I would much rather struggle with mine until I can figure something out before I ever take another vehicle from that man.

My son liked a Ford F-150 with 100000 plus miles. Cost $5995. (2500 more then KBB) He gave them 50.00 to hold it. I called to see what Steve could do to get my son in the truck. He did lower the price 500.00. However I asked about him fixing the issue whatever it is with the check engine light. He said he couldnt his mechanic tried but it will just remain on. Prior to that we asked about what my husband thought was an exhaust leak. He stated no thats a whistler they put on to make it sound like that. My son loved the truck otherwise I would have walked away the second I saw the check engine light but thought a dealer would make it right .Steves answer to everything was you get what you pay for. Well Steve we found a truck for $5300 with 77000 miles and no check engine light on. Your professionalism quite frankly was the worst I experienced in a long time. How you answer your phone, your voicemail and your attitude.
