Lisa philips was amazing, I came in as she was coming in to start her day, she never missed a beat, went searching for the car I wanted, found it and got the ball going. While I test drove she reached out to financial, the person I was dealing with was off that day, Lisa and the whole team jumped in and got everything done so me and my husband could come back and get our new car. She never stopped she was extremely polite and didn’t make me feel like just a number. I was a person making a big decision. In the past it was always “ this is the car you’ll be getting” nope I got to make the decision. I will be going back to Mike kelly for further purchases.
