Went in on a Saturday to get car valuation, (yes it was busy) was told I was 3rd in line, was fine with that. Tried to give John the service manager some info on vehicle he said “I don’t care wholesale is wholesale” he seemed annoyed that he was busy. I thought a retail store would want to be busy during covid times but not this guy. Went to #1 Cochran and Baglier Mazda and I was treated like a customer. There are plenty other Honda dealerships in the area, I would suggest going to them. They are also gouging with the market price with $10,000 up charge! Never going back!Reply to Honda North.Thank you Jon for finally finding time for me, and don’t make it sound like we didn’t come to an agreement on a price and that I am upset due to that, you never gave me a price, you didn’t have time for it apparently, if “wholesale is wholesale” type in a Vin and get wholesale price. Three other dealerships had time for me and I sold the Jeep yesterday to a dealership that was friendly to their customers.
This place is fantastic! From the lovely ladies at the front desk, on the phones, to sales and down to signing papers. Everyone is friendly and greets you with a smile. They’re willing to do whatever they feasibly can with the chip shortage right now to get you what you want/need. Can’t speak highly enough of this place, and will recommend them to everyone!
Got a call from Honda North saying they wanted me to trade my car in back at the end of April. My husband and I decided to wait a bit so we went there today and what they were offering was ridiculous! They wanted my payment of pretty much 400.00 to go to a payment of more or less 500.00 unless I put 2000.00 down and took an 84 month payoff! So we went to leave and someone else came over and said can we get you in something cheaper? I said no! The car I wanted to purchase was 30000.00 and a payment of 500.00 when I bought my last Honda there it was 32000.00 and my payments were a little over 400.00 let’s think about this? Ummmmm heck no and I told them I wanted to stay around 400.00 and this is what I got! Makes absolutely no sense and they were only giving me 12000.00 trade in when it was worth 16000.00 according to the other car dealership I went to! Never had this many problems before!
Bought 3 cars there and satisfied every time. No games and no high pressure to buy. Having just helped my son buy at another dealer I know the value of this dealership even more now.
We went there to have our 2020 Honda Odyssey service done there this morning. If anyone could be any less nicer I would say it was not a good place to work at. Not one person made eye contact or smiled. The service guy who told me to pull the van in (Chris) which I did not know his name until my husband called about the van. This Honda shop is only 35 minutes from our house and if they would have explained that the reason why we were going was not covered with the bumper to bumper warranty we would missed this wonderful experience of Honda North LOL. Im sorry but Washington Honda is about an hour away and I think Ill drive it to have the friendly smiles and personality.
Sales girls were very nice. That’s the only nice thing to say. Go somewhere with a sales manager that has a grasp of the value of vehicles.I went there looking at a Jeep Wrangler. The Honda North webpage stated that this vehicle was equipped with items that it wasn’t, such as soft top. Price was $1800 over Kelley Blue Book ‘High’ Retail. No soft top, rust bubbles covered with paint, aftermarket junk stereo, and best of all about 130,000 miles. Again $1,800 over ‘High’ book and the clown wouldn’t budge. Hmmm…been listed for a while. Now know why.

Frank Swick was very helpful and did an excellent job of educating me on the highlight features of the vehicle I was looking at, as well as the dealership itself and what they offer to their customers on an ongoing basis. Before I arrived to test drive, he had the car pulled up and ready, he had done research on the specific vehicle I was interested in, and he was able to share its history with me. When I expressed interest in other options, he was helpful and did research with me on the spot. I appreciated that he was prepared for my scheduled visit and was quick to provide me with further information to help me in my car quest. Although I did not end up purchasing from Honda North, I was compelled to leave a review because of the great experience I had. Frank had me SOLD on the dealership and the benefits of a my potential vehicle being Honda Certified.

Not at all happy, they tell you when your car is ready that they will be sending a survey and would appreciate a good remove. When you pick your car up find out they didnt fix the one thing you had asked them to fix I was told I didnt know about. I had showed the molding that needed to be fixed to a service person when dropped off. they say let us see if we have time and come back with a cost. I could not stay at the time and leave. Never got a survey because they know it would not be good.How can you trust a survey when they only give it to people who they know will give good reviews.
Was in on Saturday to buy a used car from Garrett.We got there late, but Garrett was still pleasant to deal with, and had even warmed up the car for us so we could test drive it. He was honest with us about what he knew about the car (Mazda from Honda dealership, they dont know the cars. Was nice to have him be honest).Garrett, and by extension the dealership, took care of us, got us the car we wanted and made me want to go back to buy my next car.Will absolutely recommend to anyone, at least for sales.....
I went here and bought a car with 51,000 miles on it. when they started it so I could test drive it, it wouldnt start it needed a new battery then aftering having the car I noticed they did not put any coolant in it was completely empty I filled it up in within a week it was low I had to fill it a couple times so I took it to service they said they didnt find no leaks and they said take it to Subaru well Subaru wont take the warranty I bought from honda I would have to pay out of pocket, my coolant is going somewhere Ive only had this car not only 2 months and only put 900 miles on it very disappointed and will never recommend them to anyone

This dealerships service department doesnt know the first thing about service, be it completing a vehicle service correctly or customer service. We scheduled to have 4 new tires mounted and balanced as well as an alignment done on our vehicle on January 13th and were told that the alignment couldnt be completed due to a cracked coil spring which the technician was afraid would break if adjusted. We were still charged the full price for a partially completed alignment. They adjusted the front toe only on a 4wd alignment. They didnt touch the castor/camber or rear. We were told to go ahead and replace the strut assembly and bring the vehicle back in and they would complete the rest of the alignment at no additional cost. We purchased and installed two new front strut assemblies and attempted to make an appointment to get the alignment completed today (exactly two weeks later) and were told we would have to be charged for the entire alignment again. Both my boyfriend and I tried to rectify this situation through the dealerships service department first. We both spoke with Brad, who said because they have to pay someone to setup the mirrors and basically do the entire alignment from the beginning again, we would have to pay for it a second time. I work in the automotive industry and know how to set up an alignment and have done them before... Its not that hard. The most time consuming aspect is setting up the mirrors, its a bit tedious, but it still doesnt take that long. I would also expect for a dealership to back up their services especially when it has only been two weeks and we were promised it would be completed correctly. Again, as someone who works in customer service, I contacted them directly and tried to get this resolved before leaving a negative review. Im very disappointed in their unwillingness to correct the problem and choosing to make a profit over taking care of their customer. This is the predominant reason why I dont recommend going to a dealership for services. Stick with a local shop or a chain who will at least stand behind their products and services!Added in reply to business response:Thank you so much for your reply to my review since no one has attempted to contact me directly to resolve anything. Just wanted to clarify that the cracked coil spring was on the front right side and had nothing to do with failure to complete the rear alignment. We were told by the technician, Rick, that we could repair the vehicle ourselves and bring it in to complete the alignment free of charge. Yes, my boyfriend used to work there and spoke very highly of your location, which is the only reason we even took our vehicle there in the first place. I personally dislike going to dealerships like yours because this is a perfect example of how they scam customers out of their hard earned money. Its a shame that not only is this how you treat your customers, but also how you treat former employees who spoke well of you! Ill be sure to spread the word that this is how you stand behind your products and services! Hope you have a great day!
We leased a Honda Pilot in June 2020. I cannot tell you how pleased we are with this vehicle and dealership. Everyone that we came in contact with were courteous and friendly. Jon Palmiero, Dustin Hollenberger, and Tom McDonald could not have treated us any better. They all contributed to making this Honda Pilot selection easy and stress free. Jon started the process of looking and selection, Tom was very courteous and patient going through the financial part, Dustin was very PATIENT with us in making sure we were very comfortable with the vehicle and it’s many features. We are senior citizens and technologically challenged. Dustin made sure we had vehicle features setup: pairing phones, adaptive cruise control, lane keeping assist, etc. What we experienced at Honda North made getting a new car a PLEASURE and STRESS FREE. What we experienced here with Honda North made us realize just how other dealerships could improve the car buying chore a comfortable experience rather than a dreaded one. The dealership was very clean and comfortable. Every staff member we came in contact with was friendly and courteous. We will certainly recommend Honda North to anybody that we know. I am looking forward to our next purchase here. I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Honda North is top notch all the way.

I went in to my experience with Honda North with the wrong mindset. After feeling like I had been taken advantage of in previous experiences with other dealers I felt as if they owed me something. Customers in this state of mind rarely have good experiences, but I was beyond surprised. From the moment my wife and I walked in someone was there to help. We ended up being helped by Ashley who would be our salesperson. She was very kind and willing to get any piece of information we needed while we were there. When we left without a car, but had lots to think about we were given our space and when time came to negotiate she was very attentive and promptly responded. When we came upon a final price after Honda North price matching another dealer the good service didnt stop there. It came time to sign and Clint, our finance specialist, was personable and willing to answer every question we had. He also was the first finance specialist I have dealt with who explained everything we were signing with great detail to be sure we felt comfortable. A few days after we purchased our Insight I received some follow-up communication from our salesperson Ashley making sure that we are still happy with the car and if we had any questions we could feel free to reach out to her. She also reminded me about some accessories and my emissions sticker which I had completely forgotten. Hands down this was my best dealership experience I have ever had and I will buy my next car from Honda North as well.
Exceeded my expectations. I have purchased two cars from Honda North over 10 years and have always felt like I was an important customer. They treated like I was their biggest customer. I recently used their service for an add on auto start for a Christmas present and even though I waited until the last minute, they not only made it happen, they kept in contact me with me and the price was better than other places. Chris in service made it his mission to meet my challenging timeline and I really appreciate it.
My parents have used Honda North since 2004. First was an Accord, then 2 Honda Pilots and as of late, a HRV. Every time they come back with a new vehicle and rave about everyone they interact with. Starting with Ashley as their sales rep to Tom who does all the final paperwork.Recently they went through a house fire which required them to look for new cars to replace both a HRV and Pilot. I tagged along as I was looking for a new truck.It was a pleasure to experience the family first attitude of how they treat their customers. I walked away with a new truck and respect for who they are as advocates for Honda North.

Frank Swick is a great salesman. I worked with Frank at Kenny Ross a few years ago, so I knew working with him would be a breeze. My husband & I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon when he greeted us. He understood that we I were on a budget & he was respectful with the fact I wanted another Honda after my 2003 Accord died. Even though he couldn’t find us a Honda in our price range, he did get us set up with a 2015 Ford Escape that we could afford & he made the whole process stress free.

I recommend asking for your old parts back. Don’t trust this dealership. I took my Honda in a year ago to have the AC fixed. We put a lot of miles on our vehicle driving to Pittsburgh to Evans City every day for work. We used the AC a few times last year before winter and this year the AC wasn’t working. I called and asked about their warranty. They said their work is warranted for a year or so many miles. We were well over that mileage. I had my husband who is also a auto technician look at what was wrong. He confirmed the person who put our AC in is probably a flat rate paid employee who took a ‘gravy’ job and didn’t do the job right. He most likely took the parts kit off the shelf and only installed SOME of the parts until it started working and shipped it out the door. So a job that takes 3 hours only took the technician 20 minutes. I don’t plan on using this place ever again, and if I ABSOLUTELY MUST I will be asking for my parts back.
I bought a 2015 Certified Pre Owned Honda Fit at Honda North. The passenger door handle did not work properly at the time of purchase - meaning the CPO review was not properly completed. The dealership owner still maintains this was not their fault. Since then, the vehicle has stranded me by refusing to start on 4 separate occasions, leading to my having to regularly have it towed back to Honda North at my expense for them to tell me they cannot replicate the issue and will complete no work. It was stated to me that the warranty covered tows, and it will - to the closest possible service location, not to the dealership for warranty work.The car I bought was originally sold at Honda North. Youd think they could stand by it. It has 22,000 miles on it and is the least reliable vehicle Ive ever owned. Buyer beware - their follow up and warranty service are severely lacking.
My husband and I were very pleased with our experience at Honda North. We were encouraged to look around on our own, sitting in and measuring the cargo spaces of cars in the show room. At just the right time, Bob Napoletan, asked if we had any questions. We told him about our search and I was impressed at his listening skills. He suggested a test drive and the route we took included back roads and highway driving. When he ran the numbers we knew our search for our car was over. We picked up our car today and Bob was patient and knowledgeable as he detailed all the bells and whistles. Everyone at Honda North was wonderful, but a special thanks to Bob Napoletan for his help and assistance.

The staff in sales was so helpful and knowledgeable of all the cars available to purchase, pleasant...great! I bought the extended warranty...well worth my purchase! It has been since 2017 after my purchase of the Honda CRV, I have not needed and carr service except 2 all season tires and and oil change. In the service department is professional service with a smile. I will NEVER purchase another car elsewhere!!!!!! Absolutely the best.v car I have ever owned! Bought a 2020 Civic on 10/22/20. Everything went well until I went into the finance manager Clints office. He went through all of the different extended warrantys with me. I declined all of them. Then he said they would throw in Zurich Shield. Said they would eat the cost of it. Which he made it sound like there would be no charge. He never mentioned a price for this. When I got home I looked at the paperwork and saw that I was charged $545 for Zurich Shield. This is something I wouldnt have every agreed to purchase. When I called and Clint the next day to complain he said he had to show it somewhere. Which means they have to show it so that you unknowingly get stuck paying for it. What a shady practice by the finance department. I will never buy another car from Honda North.
Anybody can sell you a car; the test of a great dealership is their Service Department - and Honda Norths Service Department is second to none! We live 1 hour away and theres no one else we trust our Honda vehicles with. If youre thinking about a Honda, give them a try!

Bought a car from them on Friday. Got home and it wouldn’t start! Called first thing Monday morning and they want to charge me to fix it!
“Free inspection” for vehicles purchased at this location is certainly not free. I worked hard to ensure all of the major items were taken care of prior to inspection including purchasing new tires. They got me on subjective things like wiper blades. also got me on plate bulbs then charged me parts and exorbitant labor charge to recoup their investment in the process. No service specials posted is also a red flag. I was willing to come back for a re-inspection of license plate bulbs and wipers but was told they couldn’t fit me in for that the next day. The process of reinspecting that would take less than a minute. When I got my paperwork they tried to charge an extra 30 dollars in labor beyond the first paperwork I was shown and had to call the gentleman back in to correct it prior to checking out. When I got back in my truck I noticed that there was no way they checked the wipers because I had come in with no wiper fluid and the water spots on my windshield were still there. Not calling this exceptional service. Not even adequate for the price.

Contacted this dealership on behalf of my brother for pricing on a Ridgeline via email and I still have not received the information I requested. This isnt the first time I have purchased a vehicle. I know a deal can be worked up in a matter of minutes. For whatever reason i was transferred to a Dustin that obviously isnt trained in customer service. He emailed me asking why i was contacting this dealership when I had a closer dealership to me. Excuse me???? What kind of business turns down customers??? Especially in covid times!! Im not sure if this is how this dealership conducts business or if they have a bad employee. I am extremely upset! However, I responded Dustin and he never responded back with the information i requested.

This place sucks. First, I call and the woman says that a sales rep would call me back. No one ever did. I send a text message the next day and they get my name and gender wrong and say a sales rep will call me back. No one ever called. So, I fill out the online credit application and send it. I send them a text message if they had received my application. No one ever responded. FINALLY, I decide to go all the way out there and see what the problem is. They wouldnt loan me a car because of my credit history even after I offered to put cash down. They said I would have to pay 50% of the total cost of the car if I wanted one or find someone who will cosign who has good credit. I dont know anybody with good credit, so it looks like Im screwed and car-less. Thanks for nothing Honda North!
As of right now, I am on a road trip from New Hampshire to Wisconsin. In the couple of weeks right before my voyage, my air conditioner compressor went to complete crap. For those of you who are car illiterate like me, this basically meant that my air conditioner wasnt going to work and if I tried to use it, it would shred my belt (which it did). Now, I had just purchased the car towards the end of March, and only had about 3,000 miles on it and had purchased an extended warranty. So, I brought it to the dealership in which I purchased it and they fixed it right before I left.Well, in New York, I noticed the air conditioner stopped working once again, and when I stopped for gas and started my car back up, it was making the grinding/shredding noise that it had done before when the a/c compressor had been busted. Of course, I was livid. We had just put a new one in and paid $150 to charge it up, so why was it dying on me again?And OF COURSE, my car is a hybrid so a lot of smaller dealerships cant do it. So, I called Honda North. Even though they were busy, they fit me in and got my car fixed the next afternoon. They were absolutely wonderful, and if I ever experienced this problem again while in the area, I will definitely be returning!
Honda North in Butler, PA should be everyone’s first choice when buying a vehicle. The staff are so friendly and supportive. The environment is impeccable looking and everything is so clean. The service is unparalleled and not to mention Honda’s last forever!

Honda North knows Hondas and your Honda will be serviced to factory specs. Labor costs Jack up the bill, which is something you cant avoid, but thats the price youve gotta pay if you want your car fixed right. If you like your Honda, and who doesnt, your car will be fixed.The down side, part from routine maintenance, your Honda vehicle will ONLY LAST YOU a million miles before the wheels fall off.Enjoy!

Visited many car dealers and came back here to purchase a Honda Certified Pre-owned vehicle from Greg M. He was great, very knowledgeable, helpful. Good selection and best warranty around. Added remote start when purchased, so it was in for service a week later. Service department was good, but routine maintenance looks a little pricey. For example, a $40 synthetic oil change is $60 here. That would be my only complaint.

My experience was based solely off of the excellent customer service and professionalism from Dustin Hollenberger. He is very personable and made the whole process much more enjoyable. The technicians cant even remember to reset service lights.. now I have no idea when my oil needs changed. Thanks guys!

Even though it wasn’t busy they were expecting it to get busy and since I was looking about a “year” away from a vehicle. They didn’t want to pass up an opportunity of a sale. Since they only work on commission. They offered for me to come back in and test drive, but I have other arrangements that I can’t move around. They are getting three stars instead of one now because of the call back I received!!!Original post: I bought my first car from here. My sales person was amazing very smart and new exactly what I wanted. I was in a new car in less than 24 hours!!! Best service ever when I came here too, to get my car serviced. Still great service too!However they are getting a 1 star review because of the sales person I spoke to today! I came in to get my car serviced that went great, but when I went to test drive a car “coupon for the test drive” he would not let us test drive. He said to come back another day and he would let us do it because there Saturday’s are their busiest. Whelp at this time I am sitting in the dealership there are 4 sales people on their phones playing and hardly anybody here!I used to tell people to go to Honda north their sales people are awesome they will do anything to get you in a new car. Now it’s completely different when I finally start looking for a new car/suv in the next year I will be looking elsewhere.
I came in for a recall on an airbag replacement. The service tech. was very informative and it didnt take very long. And the car wash after the service made it easier on me. Thank you all again and keep up the great work!
So I live in Cranberry and was looking to lease 2017 Civic Sedan EX and was getting pricing from all the nearby Honda dealerships. When I contacted Honda North I was asked whether I had figures from other dealerships to which I said YES and provided the figures to them. They matched the price, which was expected. However, the residual price that they quoted was $11627 whereas rest of the dealerships had it $12108. My nearest dealership, Baierl, told me that its not possible for Honda North to have the residual price this much low and suspected something is wrong and warned me about it. I asked the Honda North salesperson, Katie Williams, to go back and double check the figures to which she confirmed it to be 11627. So I decided to buy from Honda North. On Saturday I reached dealership to complete the deal they asked my certain documents which I didnt had at that time because I was never asked to bring in and so eventually I couldnt get the car even after going for a 45 minutes far dealership. I provided the documents and they called me on Monday to pick up the car. While signing the documents I was shown the monthly payments of $230 and asked me to sign all the documents. After signing all the documents I asked where is the residual price mentioned in the documents and to my surprise they showed me as $12108. I felt cheated and so called the salesperson and she smiled sheepishly and said the freight charges were not included in her quote. I asked her why didnt she told me earlier to which she didnt had any answer. I asked her if your figures were same as that of my nearby dealership why would you provided me wrong figures to make me buy from you? She said - because we love when you buy from us. On top of this, the finance guys said that we offer free state inspection which other dealerships doesnt offer. He probably doesnt know that all the nearby dealerships provide free lifetime state inspection. They didnt seem to be wary of that fact that they just cheated me. They even warmed me about using the term cheating and luring for them because they dont think they cheated and lured me. The reasoning they have is that they were not aware of it. I told them about providing this feedback to everyone but they didnt care.Based on the above, I have following conclusions about this dealership:1) The dealership doesnt have knowledgeable salesperson who has good knowledge of documents required to finalize the deal.2) The dealership provide false information to lure customers to buy from them.3) The dealership doesnt have information about the nearby dealership offerings to compete with. They think whatever they are offering is unique and nobody else have it.I am writing everything in detail to warn everyone else before they fell in the trap of this dealership. First time buying a car and this is the standard I will forever go by when buying in the future! Awesome staff and they really know what they’re doing. Didn’t waste my time and gave me a great price on my car. Frank Swick is a great guy, very knowledgeable about anything and everything we dealt with. Also Clint Werth was amazing in everything he helped me out with and even got my monthly payments lowered from the original quote that I already agreed to! Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who’s looking to buy a car!
Do not waste your time buying a vehicle from this dealership. I entered my vehicle specs on their auto trader and they quoted me low but said theyll take care of me and come in. I wasted hours of my time, when I got there, they actually made up things wrong with my vehicle--seriously?!! They claimed the wheel vibrated at high speeds. I guess they didnt realize I drove the turnpike the whole way there and no vibration. No vibration as I drove the turnpike back home either. They offered thousands less for my trade that sold from the other dealer for at least 7000 more. If they didnt plan to at least honor the auto trader quote, they should have not wasted my time. The quote they gave me was lower than if I had brought it in on a flat bed because it didnt function yet my trade was fully functional, not one mechanical issue, had all scheduled maintenance and new tires. Some scratches on outside here and there, thats it. Then they hounded me for details on the other dealers price for me that was out the door a better price and better vehicle. Really? Maybe you should worry about being fair and honest! So, if they offer you a good price on your new vehicle, they will not offer you a fair price for your trade. Just dont waste your time with this dealership. Another review was correct, it almost puts a bad name to Honda. What a shame.

Bought a brand new 2017 Ridgeline from this dealer as well as having my 2005 Accord serviced there for couple years now. Service staff have always been wonderful. Not the lowest price around, but I want Honda quality for my Honda vehicle. Excellent experience with purchasing truck. They were fair with negotiations, and I am very happy with the whole experience.

Bought a new Accord EX-L at Honda North back in March and had a great buying experience with Sales Manager John Siegfried. The entire sales staff is knowledgeable, friendly and customer focused. Theres no pressure...they are all about helping you get in the right car for you...new or used. Since then, my father in law has also bought an Accord there. He had a great buying experience too and hes loving his new car.So far, Ive only had an oil change and tire rotation in the Service department, but it was quick and came with a free car wash.I would recommend Honda North to anyone shopping for a new or pre owned Honda. They have a good selection of vehicles and they are easy to get to from Cranberry Township. Tip: If you take Franklin into Evans City, you can be there in under 20 minutes.
All in all, work requested was well done for a fair price and they clean the car when you get it back. Parts Dept were a good group who seem to know what they were talking about.Not sure of the service dept. I would be concerned for people who trust their recommendations. On another visit I was quoted 100 to replace a cracked mirror plus the part. It took 5 min to watch the video and replace the part myself. Hmm.
From my discussions through email with an online sales rep, to the final paperwork with the business manager, we had a great experience and got a reliable car and a reasonable price.I was very impressed that all of my conversations online were documented in the internal system so when I finally was able to meet with Jaime, our sales rep., she knew exactly what we were looking for and we didnt have to waste time discussing things again.We will be back!
I purchased a 2012 Honda Accord from Mark Damiani at Honda North and the experience was great. I came to the dealership about 2 hours before they closed on a Saturday and even though I am sure they wanted to go home, you couldnt tell. They treated me with respect and made me feel comfortable with the purchase I was making. This purchase was made back in October of 2011, however, I felt compelled to write a review now simply because the times I have been back for service were amazing as well. Had to wait HOURS for a simple inspection and they were rude to me the entire time, got even MORE RUDE after I decided not to spend extra money with them. Ridiculous.

I like the no nonsense pricing they have, much easier and a more pleasant buying experience. Look around, their prices are hard to beat. I think other places expect a negotiation, thats why they start high. Straight up pricing makes me feel like I didnt get taken by some salesman.Three stars because of the service center. Dont get me wrong, they do good work. My problem is the run around I get sometimes, I have to talk to three people to get a straight answer sometimes. Ive wasted trips to the shop getting things cleared up! The wait times can be ridiculous sometimes, took them 2 hours to program my TPMS once.
I went in looking for a used car and ended up walking out with a lease on a brand new one! Leasing wasnt an option I had really thought about. Once my salesperson, Dustin H., went over the pros and cons I knew it was the right fit for me. Not only do I love my Civic but my payments are affordable as well.
