This company is not very responsive disorganized and has excuses every time as to why they cannot do things in a timely manner. I have had multiple issues now with them…. The pool maintenance guys came out never did much, threw test strips in my yard instead of the garbage. I will never use this service again.

Service is good! Scheduling needs work. Hey itd be great if you told people a window, like any time between 9 & 12, rather than a time, like 9:30, and then they show up at 1. Yeah, that happened, hence 3 stars instead of 5. Otherwise satisfied.

We have our first pool and not only do they carry everything one needs to maintain it, they offer water testing as well! We brought in a sample, they tested it and talked us through the results. After that, the guy grabbed the chemicals, explained how to add them and how long after adding each one before it was safe to swim. He even told us about testing schedule and how to make maintaining easier, including things we could do to help extend the life of our pool! We walked away feeling confident, it was amazing!!

If you are looking to build a pool Valley Pools & Spas is the best company to go to! They recently built me a very custom pool and I couldnt be happier with the results! I really wanted a pool that wasnt like the normal square pool, I wanted a custom shape that swirled and had a waterfall from the jacuzzi to the pool. That wasnt a problem for them they are very well experienced, and have so much talent that they made it happen. The interior of my pool had pebble plaster adding that touch of design I was looking for. They not only built my pool in the timing they mentioned but also gave me great pricing! Highly recommend for any pool needs!

I’ve purchase my pool chemicals here for years and have always received great customer service. Today I needed to purchase a sand filter and pump. The whole process went smoothly. All my questions were answered completely. Best of all, it was in stock, so no wait. I can possibly have a clean pool by next week’s 90° temps. The teenager thanks you. The items were not easily loaded into my car and I am very thankful for the two men’s patience and out of the box thinking to figure out how to load it.Only negative thing is I wish they did pool repairs on above ground pools. I’m not letting this affect my rating, because I haven’t been able to find one pool store that will do above ground pool repair work. Therefore, there’s probably a very good reason.

Needed a thermometer for my pool. Got that and was able to browse through their inventory. Lots of neat pool floats and toys.

Theyre knowledgeable, but most of the time that I call they dont answer. The store is great. People are nice, but theyre a little pricey. I like getting the water tested for free and the advice so its worth a little more.

I had Valley Pool and Spa build an in ground pool last year in my backyard. They were excellent. We have had it for over a year now and their service is top notch. Jeff in the service department is wonderful to work with and they do a great overall job with customer service. Also, they stuck behind all their products, highly recommend!

Great prices and selection for Hot Tub chemicals!

These people are amazing! We moved and previously owned a spa. During delivery they did a nice job! They went up 7 stairs to install the gazebo! Orientation was also very helpful, it was a great refresher and informative with a new unit.

LOVE their location to my home. I have not used them for any pool repairs, but I have not needed any. The store is clean, and the staff very friendly and helpful. They carry the BioGuard brand which is my preference in chemicals, so major bonus

Salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable. Hot tub install was smooth and retail people assisted in keeping water stable. Even have free water testing.

They totally screwed our pool up and overcharged us. Then when the lining and coping was defective they wouldnt warrant their work or the product.They lied and lied and lied.. thats the thing that really got us. We are now having to pay another company to have their shoddy work replaced after a few years.. again WITHOUT them honoring the warranty that they boasted up and down about.I dont write many reviews but I have to say buyer beware here. I hope nobody gets screwed by them like we did.Shame on you Valley Pools!!

You can .get the water tested here for free and the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The one k rock I would say is the products we need for a salt water pool are way over priced there and you can .get the same ones at menards for a fraction of the cost.

Pool opening was very disappointing. We were charged to change out 4 jet caps for the opening and they didnt even start the pump. And this was after they didnt even take off they jet caps the first time they were out last week to open the pool. In that visit they just took off the pool cover. Of course, we were charged for each visit. Weve used them for 14 years... this will be our last. Its the first time we were disappointed in the service, and when we called, we were told it was our fault... Service person didnt even knock on the door, and we were home the entire day.

They test water for free as many times as I want and their parts department stocks all the pieces that I need for my pool and Marquis hot tub. Staff is happy and knowledgeable!

I purchased an above ground pool in August 2016 from Valley Pools in Burnsville. The salesperson was excellent, but the installation team they used was horrible, they drove a bob cat all over my newly installed paver driveway, which caused it to sink on the outer edge. During installation they removed a ton of dirt and just left it there for me to remove. In addition, the bottom of the pool has large foot prints not flat like it was suppose to be. The dirt should of been removed and my driveway fixed!

They were absolutely professional and answered all our questions, explained the features. We are very much so satisfied with them

Terrible service, ready to sell you a pool, however dont call them to service it...I thought they would help with it like pool openings which they do, however they dont test the water and wont vacuum it either.They farm it out They ask you to drive all the way to their store and they will test it. Crazy...All they do is turn it on. I bought 2 large purchases there, and thought they would take care of me..I would think if you sell something, you service it..All they are is a showroom then. I had to call another pool store to get this done. Not happy...Call your pool man and have them do it all.

Have had a dissapointing experience with this company. Purchased a Holland Grill 6/8/17. It started on FIRE on my deck because of faulty part. Was told they informed their Holland rep and sent pictures of damage and where it occured. Was told cant get new grill (we dont accept returns for a grill that has been used) they would request parts. Fine ...but several messages to them and in person meeting and still no parts as o 7/12. Staff said backorder and earliest is next week to get fixed. Offered absolutely nothing for inconvience of not having grill. If you cant stand behind your products I advise not selling them.
