We received our new Hot Spring Spa from the Burnsville store and have been completely satisfied with the product and service. We worked with Aaron from start to finish who walked us through the various models, options, and advantages of each. We purchased one with the salt option and are very happy we did. Much easier to maintain than chlorine so far and no salty taste (I was expecting at least a little). The Hot Spring team helped us through startup (balancing the water and operation) during delivery and initiated follow-up calls to ensure everything was going well. Great product and team to back it up!

My wife and I purchased the Aria from the Highlife collection with the Freshwater Salt option. Aaron Zeches and the Burnsville Hot Springs team helped me select the right spa for our needs and was especially helpful at the startup to get the water balanced. I found the staff to be knowledgeable and not your typical pushy salespeople. They were polite, engaging, and they helped me & my family pick the right hot tub that fit our needs for our new home.

Waste of time. The sales guy in the store totally wasted our time by deception with misinformation and trying to commit us to buy a sauna that we did not agree to. He quoted us a price for a sauna model on the phone. But, when we got there to place the order, he told us that what he had in stock was $500 more. He said that he could sell us the showfloor model for the original quoted price instead. I told him, sorry I need to buy a brand new one for that price. But, he was adamant to convince me that the floor model.was good enough for my family. I told him, were done here.Utter deception and play to promise something and pressure to sell something. Stay away from this store if you want to save time. Spend elsewhere where there is honesty and customer focused. These are not it.

Do not buy from Hot Spring Spas in Minnesota. The product is good, but service is horrible. Our spa was delivered with 6 issues. We repeatedly called to check on status giving them plenty of time to work around COVID issues. Two months after install, we were told that the replacement part were never ordered. Now our new salt water system has failed (possibly because of bad instructions from the store), and theyre avoiding our call after a month of following every one of their directions.

I went to Hot Springs in Burnsville to look at tubs and get an estimate of what it would cost. I had a great experience. The employees there were extremely friendly and knowledgeable and the tubs they sell have some really cool features. Would highly recommend checking them out if you’re interested in purchasing a hot tub.
