Fantastic service!! Bryce my sales person for my swim spa is fantastic. He will answer all your questions and really help you to learn how to take care of your swim spa. What a wonderful company.

Very patient and informative. Jeff was wonderful with helping us pick out our hot tub. We were set to buy another brand and Jeff still took the time to answer all questions and give us a lot of information that we did not think about. This was our first hot tub purchase and decided to go this route due to the service and knowledge Jeff had provided. It has now been about 6 months and the tub has worked great and every time I have a question (which is often) Jeff is all over helping out even six months after the sale. Highly recommend! Thanks Jeff.

We bought a jacuzzi from st. louis park 5 years ago. this year we had to have them out three times to fix something. ashley told us each time problem was solved and each time it was not. 7 days ago i ordered supplies from ashley. she charged my card the same day and i was told i’d have the supplies in two days. during the call ashley was rude, unfriendly and i felt i was an interruption to her day. zero customer service. since we still haven’t received our product i called the store to find out where the $160 worth of supplies was. amber (who was very helpful) told me that yes your card was charged but supplies were never sent. and one of the things we’d ordered was no longer available. she put me on hold to find out wat happened and i was told she did have one of the two bottles we ordered but i’d have to call back tomorrow to get a credit on my card. and we’d have the rest of the supplies by friday. i will never do business with this store again. ashley is rude and incompetent.

Fast and friendly! Very nice workers and I’m happy with the tub. I could have bought the tub anywhere but that’s not impressive. What’s impressive was the service I got from those guys! Thanks again!

Here at the store at 6:30pm and all the open lights are on with all the other lights but the doors are locked and nobody is answering the phone. They don’t close until 7. What’s the deal?

Looking for jacuzzi bath parts and she was rude, treated me like I was stupid and sent me to a place that she was wrong about location and that didnt carry jacuzzi parts.
