My husband and I went in a week ago. Had a fantastic experience with a manager who he helped us figure out exactly what we needed for our project. Today we went back to see if they had cabinet paint and the girl working her name was Maia was extremely rude to multiple customers. From the moment I stood there for like 10 min without a word from her. She just kept looking at me and didn’t say “I’ll be with you in a second” or even say a thing to let me know she saw me. The customer she was helping before me asked if there were any coupons he could use. She immediately said no. I knew from the previous time visiting this store that there was a coupon on the SW website. So I told him. He asked for her help with the coupon to find it online and she forcefully responded with “I JUST NEED A BARCODE” and tried to tell him he couldn’t use it, etc. she was so rude so I called her out and asked her nicely to calm down. Overall a bad experience today. Not sure if I’ll come back to this store due to this. We left without paint today.
The manager was possibly the most helpful person to help with my newbie questions about a paint job. Amazing staff. I wish I had the manager’s name but she had a nose ring and is so knowledgeable.
Very patient, kind, and accommodating folks. I wouldn’t go to anyone else when I have a project. In a time when good “service” is rare... the employees at the Burnsville Sherwin Williams far exceed expectations!
I love this place because they never say Im not sure. Also you rarely have to wait - for anything. They KNOW what theyre talking about, The premium you pay for S/W paint is worth it. Quality is consistent and definitely the best youll find. If you dont want to be repainting every few years, try getting better (S/W) paint.
Nice store, clean and well-lighted, good service personnel. Great location.
Absolutely wonderful service by Emma who helped me with sharkgrip additive for my porch paint.
Only place our company buys paint. Best there is.
Went in on a Saturday afternoon knowing what colors I wanted but no idea on paint finishes to buy. Joe was working and did an excellent job recommending finishes for our needs. Super knowledgeable and very friendly and courteous. 100/100 would recommend.
Quick and fast. With what ever I need.
Helpful, explained products, and willing to give advice and opinion.
Elisa was so helpful. She had great suggestions and very knowledgeable. Great service, products and very clean store. Highly recommend! Thanks!
The guys at the Burnsville store were really helpful with choosing the correct outdoor paint for my project and I couldnt be happier with the results! I appreciated how they went out of their way to help me get everything I needed as well.I used Sherwin Williams LOXON Concrete & Masonry Primer/Sealer to prime the foundation and Resilience Exterior paint in Iron Ore to paint the foundation, vinyl shutters, iron railing and mailbox. The Resilience paint is superior to any paint Ive ever used.
Very helpful staff and they had the supplies I needed.
Friendly staff, definitely move quickly to complete your order. Much appreciated!!Need a chime on the door to alert staff when customers enter the store. Staff was unaware I entered the store when they were in the back working.
Great service and knowledgeable staff. When you consider the investment in time and effort that good painting requires, skimping on the materials and the paint itself doesnt make any sense. Have bought most of the paint for our home here for years and always satisfied.
The district manager is fantastic. The store level service has improved this year. Well done.
These guys are always nice. I think the time needed to answer all your questions and get you the product that you really need. They have never tried to oversell me on anything.
The staff are knowledgeable, helpful & friendly. Their paints are THE BEST!!
Staff very helpful!
Social distancing and very helpful.
I have been a homeowner for 36 years and this SW location has always given me excellent customer service. I did try Hershfields once and Home Depot twice but SW Burnsville has been knowledgeable and friendly on every visit!
Sherwin Williams has THE best paint.
I like buying my paint at Sherwin-Williams. It has been my go to paint store for many years.
Will never go there again. There Prices are just to high for paint. I wold have to go elsewhere.
Very helpful and they know what theyre talking about.
A place of convenience: the harbour freight of paint, but has some other trusted brands.
Its a paint store... But the staff is friendly and helpful and I got in and out quickly.
