Fantastic visit, hearing tests were more extensive, then I have ever had before. They really listened and understood, what I have been going through. Explanations for my symptoms, where very good and easy to understand.

I visited Beltone in Burnsville for the first time this morning. I met Mark the audio engineer. He was very personable and it turned out that I have a very difficult hearing problem to solve. My wife came with and at the end of the session her voice was matched to my hearing solution.I have had ringing in my ears for 20 years; cant hear much with background noise, cant hear high frequencies, and I was brought to tears to think that Beltone could improve my hearing!Mark was especially attentive to my needs, and noted that he would do more special programming to get me to the best possible solution!I look forward in two weeks to try my first hearing device ever, and my wife is so excited to the possibility that she wont have to repeat herself continuously!Thank you Mark and Beltone!Dave Edmonson

My first visit to Beltone. Mathew provide excellent service. Within 20 minutes, my broken hearing aid was repaired (they had the part), both aid were cleaned, I I received some knowledgeable advice on care and use. A great experience.

Our experience with them has been terrible! Hearing aids are so expensive so when they quit working right after the warranty exsires it’s sickening! My father is retired and has Medicare for insurance and only social security for income so when he brought his hearing aids back in for repair he was charged an amount almost as expensive as a new set would have been for basically a cleaning because excessive ear wax had plugged them up! My dad should’ve just bought a new pairtather than doing a repair! Well they cleaned them up real nicely for him but, shortly after getting them back they stopped working again! So he decides to bring them back in again and this time I paid for the repair but, it was no where near the cost of a new pair! Now, they have stopped working again and we are going to take him somewhere else for sure and they can keep their §850 gift card they gave him after spending nearly ten thousand dollars in that place he for that much money he should at least 1workin pair of hearing aids!
