While visiting my daughter for a week, Diana encouraged my daughter to bring me to Miracle Ear to trial hearing aides. I had tried one hearing aide years before but was not happy with my results. I found myself not wearing the hearing aide, but just frustrated with hearing loss. Upon arrival, Diana was kind and Kim did a great job telling me all about the hearing aides and explaining what they could do for me. Kim was not pushy at all but said I could trial them to see how they would work for me. I was so excited to try them that I decided to just skip the trial and purchase them. I have worn them faithfully since purchase and I truly enjoy hearing the things I missed out on before. I live in Duluth, so I have gone to the Miracle Ear here in town since my purchase. Gena is the employee who has helped me by working out a time that works with my schedule to meet up with her. She adjusted my hearing aides and taught me even more about getting the best possible results wearing them. I am truly grateful to Diana, Kim and Gena. These three Miracle Ear employees are an asset to this company!! Thank you :)

VERY friendly and knowledgeable staff!!! I knew that I had some hearing loss but did not realize how much it was affecting my life. My mother has had noticeable hearing loss for years and we decided to give miracle ear a try. As we entered the store Diana kindly greeted us and explained how the process works. Kim called my mother back and performed a hearing test. She went into depth about the all the available hearing aids and showcased which ones would work for my mothers needs.When my mother put on her hearing aids I could see the joy on her face. For the first time in over ten years she could clearly hear me again. Kim explained that Miracle ear has high customer satisfaction rate due to the lifetime service Miracle ear provides its patients. The staff are excellent, caring and always work to take care of every concern!Every time I have a need they do their best to squeeze me in for an appointment and take care of my concerns. They have even replaced my hearing aids totally if there is an issue, especially when the issue I have had has been recently addressed in the current technology version of the aids!I know there are less expensive hearing aids online etc. But you would NEVER have this excellent service and care with those. Thats why Im a Miracle Ear client for life!

While traveling from Michigan to visit my daughter she set up an appointment for me to have my hearing checked. Of course I was in denial and didn’t think anything was wrong with my hearing. I got proved wrong and was glad I did. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. I was returning home shortly and they made sure I had my hearing aids on time and that they were working properly.Now that I have had them in for a week what a difference. Apart from the excellent technology and free life service, the entire staff has been always acessible, helpful, and able to meet my needs, even in emergencies. The customer service team at the Burnsville location rates a 5. They are always friendly and accommodating. The hearing aids I have rate 1 star. I am constantly having problems with them randomly shutting off. The app will go out of sync with the aids.Update 3/19/21: my hearing aids are working much better after some tweaking. Still same great service!
