They did not want my money. Called last Friday and left a very detailed message with a Steve; it is now the following Thursday, and no one has called back. Dunno if they do good work involving garage doors, but phones seem to be a challenge.

I really hate to post this but need to warn others... Not to all from seeing other peoples reviews but we had a bad experience. A tech came to install a door & tracks, he discovered he was given wrong size track. Instead of informing me, he went to try to rig it going to cut into the metal track to try and make it fit instead of going to get the right size track & not even telling his Mgr. Also, bolts were drilled-- in between- the 2 by fours instead of going right into the actual wood part . Butchered up our drywall with cut outs all over & not replacing the open drywall when done.. Luckily I came to check on him & got him in the middle of this rigging without my permission. The white trim was smeared with black grease, not cleaned & dont know if it can be cleaned. Will try. Stopped him, another tech had to come out next day. It was done better.

These guys are great, theyve been in business for a long time and are pretty straightforward shooters. I personally havent experienced any overselling and when Ive needed parts Ive been able to go there and pick them up for a very fair price and receptionist / sales person had a great attitude. They have a great showroom really appreciate that its nice to see some of the more unusual styles of doors in operation.

I was missing a part for a garage door opener I bought from Costco. I called TWGD at 3:53pm, which was 7 minutes before closing.I live in Savage. They said they would stay open until I could get there. They delivered.Background: I disassembled and removed our old garage door last Thursday, March 19 during the afternoon and planned to finish Friday. My buddy called and told me he was kidnapping me and my 8 year old son to fish at Lake of the Woods. We went. The garage was not accessible until today, Tuesday, March 24th.Hardship for the wife.Further hardship was not a single hardware store stocks this item.TWGD had one in stock. They stayed after hours for me to get there and purchase the curved arm that was missing from my package.Thank you!R. Murley

We had a spring break on our garage door. They managed to get us scheduled within a day of calling. They did the work quickly and I was very happy with the results. The low price was an added bonus!

Great service, speed, and price. Dan replaced 2 broken springs and had me on the road to work. I was only 45 min late! Amazing!

To say TCGD did a great job would be an understatement. Rob, our service tech was prompt, polite and professional. He called before coming over, he arrived when he said he would. He fixed the problem quickly. He even gave us some tips on how to make sure the garage doors stay in good shape. I appreciated his attention to detail and his overall professionalism. And the price was a pleasant surprise - much less than I expected. Kudos to the team at TCGD and to Rob.

Thursday morning I had a spring break in half on our garage door. After calling TCGD the service manager advised me he was not able to get a tech here until the following Monday. Much to my delight he called me back 30 minutes later and said he had a tech 30-45 minutes away that was finishing up a project and could get here today. Well fast forward to 3:45 PM and the springs are replaced also identified a worn cable and replaced it. The tech was professional and courteous. For a same day service call the cost for parts and labor was very reasonably priced. Highly recommend TCGD!!

Came to repair broken garage door spring and tune up all 3 doors. Came within 8 hours, professional, and made my doors glide like new. Very happy - thank you!
