Service was great fast and handled well. My door has never ran better. I can barely even tell that it’s going up or down after the tech fixed it. It makes no noise. I can not tell you how impressed I was that the owner of the company reached out to me within one hour to address my concerns. As I am writing this, one of their technicians is in my garage addressing the issues that I had noted. The level of service that has been conveyed to us is nothing less than outstanding. Would not recommend. Their day was overbooked and they didnt feel like telling me until after my appointment time slot, so I took time off of work for nothing. They also refuse to even give ballpark pricing on something as simple as a coil replacement over the phone. I called three other places that were happy to quote BEFORE stopping out. These guys would rather sell the appointment than be upfront with their pricing...usually a sign of shady tactics to charge more since they are conveniently already there. Buyer beware.

They were super prompt about getting things ordered and coming out to install the garage door. The reason why i gave them 1 star is because I talked to their representative on the phone - I belive her name was Jodi - she quoted me a price which we had agreed upon with the coupon on their website ($45 off service) so i wrote a check for that amount and then when the tech came, he wouldnt accept the coupon. He said that the coupon did not belong to their company - which clearly was theirs because it is ON THEIR WEBSITE and demanded my husband pay an addtional $87 dollars. They were suppose to leave us a reciept and ended up not leaving one at all. We had called back and was put on hold, and no one would return our calls to explain the price difference. This company feels like a SCAM. They are only after your money and will do whatever it takes to get more than what they had originally asked for and then not return your phone call to explain why. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

I cant imagine that any of the other technicians are as bad as the one who was sent to me but, unfortunately I wont be able to use this service again. This guy showed up late, was extremely pushy, charged double the phone quote, then treated me with complete disrespect. After all of that he left all of the scrap parts on the floor and left.
