I cannot express how GRATEFUL I am for Robert. My boyfriend and I attempted (very poorly) to fix our garage and managed to make it worse. We were so frustrated in knowing we had to find help last minute AND it was already 9pm. Luckily, Google came through and Robert’s company came up with a close time of 11pm. I called, thinking I’d have to schedule out for an appointment... he, very calmly, said he’d be at our house within 30min. to assess and help. Like WHAT? I’ve NEVER experienced that kind of high quality customer service. Not only that, but after assessing, he was ready to begin fixing. Again, I thought we’d have to wait until the next day. Nope! He was quick, showed us what he did, and there were no hidden fees. He was personable, transparent, and (essentially) our garage door HERO. Definitely recommend and will be calling anytime we need help again!

I was impressed with the knowledge of Robert and how fast he fixed the door. He was honest and I am going to recommend him to all my military friends and neighbors. He did the job and didnt try to sell me a new door like all the other companies did. My garage door operates better then it did when it was new. His price was fair and he made the call in the dead of winter at night and it was an emergency I couldnt get the door shut. Called Rob at 8:45 pm on Wednesday, he asked When I would like to have him come next day. We agreed between 2:00 and 4:00 pm, he was there at 215pm on a very snowy day. Explained what was wrong and installed a beautiful brand new lift master garage door opener. Rob was reasonable, on time and did entire job in a hour and 20 minutes. Very impressed. Will refer Rob and will use him for all garage door needs.

After having two different companies charge me for repairs that didnt solve my problem, I was lucky enough to find RL Garage Service. My garage door would not close with the remotes so I had to use the button inside the garage and go out the front door every time. A HUGE pain. I spoke with Rob over the phone and he was at my house in an hour and a half. He immediately identifed the sensors were the issue and had them replaced in 20 minutes. I would have saved a lot of money if I found Rob first. Extremely knowledgeable, excellent service and great pricing.
