The sales rep and all K-designer personnel were friendly and responsive from sale to finish. While it took some time for our garage door to be ready for installation, we were in no specific hurry. I am very pleased with the the result. The windows make a huge difference inside and out and the faux wood finish is beautiful!

Had new windows installed in my home. The installer was very professional and thorough in his work. At each step of the install he asked for any input from us on his work. The windows improved the appearance of our home and surprisingly reduced the outside noise. We are more than pleased with this product and the work of the installer.

I recently had K-Designers remodel the bath area of two bathrooms which included removing a tub and changing it into a shower, new hardware fixtures, and also new floor to ceiling fitted walls (no tile), and new glass doors for both bathrooms. This wasnt a full bathroom gut-job, just the wet area or shower/tub areas. The work took roughly a week for both bathrooms and the results were impressive!The contractor that remodeled both bathrooms was Dave, who did an awesome job installing everything! I was a bit adamant about having a reno or half-reno in two bathrooms going on at the same time, but with one person working on both rooms, it wasnt like an entire army descended on my house. Everything was kept really clean with floor coverings and also spotless clean-up after the day was over.Having an experienced contractor was really important to me since this was my first renovation and it was a big one for me. I am really satisfied with K-Designers and the work that was done to my specifications from the first consulation to the measurements and the final installation. I will definitely be using this company for future projects. Thank you!

#1: Called 45 minutes after scheduled appointment time to cancel.#2: On rescheduled appointment, again arrived 45 min late.#3: Sales rep did not wear a mask when entering my home, had to be asked.#4: MAJOR ISSUE: Company was told when rescheduling appt that husband would not be able to attend due to work. K Designers said no problem, we understand and will work with you. However when sales rep came to house, refused to continue / give quote due to husband not available, states both homeowners have to be present. The rep claimed that I would not be able to tell all the information to my husband. I felt extremely offended, as it seemed that I (a woman) could not make a decision myself without my husbands help or be trusted to convey the information to him. (Please note, If I missed any information or needed any clarification, we could easily go to the company website or call for clarification). The sales rep ultimately left my house without giving a quote or any explanation on the companys window products.Addendum: Company regional manager called two days later to try to clarify and reconcile the situation. He stated this does not happen often at my company and I dont get these complaints very often. He offered me a quote over the phone and a different sales rep who better represents the company. Also asked me to delete this review or change it to reflect better on the company. I appreciated the follow up but ultimately decided to not delete this comment as this was an accurate reflection of the experience I had.

Their windows ate a breeze to open and close. If youve ever had a window thats a pain in the rear youll love these. They do quality work with quality windows and are very professional. You wont be disappointed.

The initial service was good and very efficient. After I had the windows my ac ran more than usual and this winter my house has never been so cold and ice built up inside windows. I tried to call and could never get ahold of anyone and no one returned my phone calls. Very poor service.

K-Designers replaced our old windows with energy efficient triple pane windows. From consultation to completion was 6 weeks, other companies time estimates were over 6 months. The windows made a big difference in noise from nearby train and street sound, as well as eliminating drafts which we expect with save a lot on energy bills. Everyone involved was great to work with.

The sliding patio door is great and is a lot better than the patio door that was put in the home when the home was built. Love the door. I just did not expect it to take over 6 1/2 hours for one patio door to get installed. that is the only issue I have, the installer did a terrific job!

We had new windows installed by K-designers throughout our entire house and we couldnt be happier. Service was exceptional, they were quick and the work was impeccable! They did such a great job that we had them come back when it was time to replace our siding and they re-sided our entire home. The product is high quality and I would hire them again for future projects.

Salesman was on time but didnt have all the facts. Had 2 quotes but this was higher.... They called and said they would take another couple grand off well.....I said home depot already gave me a better deal for triple pane not double. She said home depots windows were not as good......wrong they sell simonton 6500 not 5500. I dont like being lied to. Not professionals on the phone.

An hour late, she was extremely RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL to us. Cut off us off every time we spoke. Told us we could do the work on our own but she guarantees we’ll be calling them to come fix it and redo everything.We told her $8000 for a tiny corner shower was extreme for a bathroom that’s not a $20,000 bath and she said well do what you want.Horrible experience, horrible salesperson

I had them replace my windows. The sales man promised a bunch of stuff and none of it happened. Steps in the process and items I would receive never happened. They hand wrote the order so you couldnt read it and it took over 4 hours and I didnt even get a quote on all my windows which was what I wanted. The install techs were great. Punctual and knowledgeable but that was about the best thing from using them.

I had all of the windows on the upper floor of my house replaced including a sliding door. These are by far some of the best windows I have seen and the look of them in the new setting is amazing. Switching from the old crank out to sliding windows has made a huge difference and now they are far easier to maintain. The installer was above and beyond what I expected and was very helpful with questions and concerns. The sales person made sure I was satisfied and even with the new trim got me a sample to use to take to the hardware store for matching stain. I highly recommend them and will use them again when I can replace the lower windows and siding.

The sales guy was friendly, but the companys tactics are sleezy. Basic sales people are called marketing directors to mislead you, and they act like theyre about to give you a great bargain cause youd be helping them market to your neighbors. Same-day price is a lower than if you take some time to make your decision, which is just bad form. Lots of little red flags throughout the sales pitch, and then they finally hit you with a price that is outrageously high. Its possible that they do good work (I obviously didnt hire them), but its sold in a manipulative way at an unreasonable price.

They use a lot of high pressure sales tactics. They give you this local marketing gimiv and one day price. The salesman wouldnt take no for an answer and couldnt comprehend the idea that Id want to think out a 10k+ purchase and get other quotes.

I had a wonderful experience with k-designers, everything that they did they explained what they did.After the job had been completed they really cleaned up tha yard of all debris. The 2 men who worked the project were wonderful.I got a lot of compliments about the wonderful work done.I then had a new garage door installed and the color matched perfectly with the house. K-Designers has excellent windows! The quality is outstanding! We had windows installed in May 2017. Last winter we had some 50 mph winds and we couldnt feel even the slightest breeze through the new windows. It wouldnt have even moved a feather inside. The installers were fast, efficient, and did a perfect job! Very friendly people, including the salesperson! We would recommend K-Designers to anyone looking for new windows! Great experience all around!

We had our windows and patio door done. They did a GREAT job!! We are very pleased!! We had 7 regular windows, a large living room window, and, our patio Dorr replaced. They guys were great, and did a wonderful job. And made sure they showed me how to work them all. I would recommend this company to everyone!!

Great place of business and do top quality work

First of all we wanted several estimates. As everyone should do! They (salesperson) were the first to come. Wow, it was like a time share sell. Only on steriods!! I believe they may have a great product. But need to use a different sales tactic. The different pricing if you sign Right Now!! or tomorrow. No time to think it over or get several estimates! Outrageous!!! All I could think of was of the people that have gotten pressured into this and couldnt afford it. At the end of 3hours + she told me I had to sign this paper (which was a sales agreement) She said her boss said I had to. Again I said No and I mean No! Is this even legal. She did not say what the paper even was! Please dont sign anything until you have someone you trust look it over.

We have purchased both windows and siding. The windows saved us $ on our heating bills last winter and have had many compliments on them. Very easy to clean from the inside also. The quality and work was exceptional! I have recommended them to both family and friends and will use them again.

Theyve called 4 times today. The other day my roommate called me asking why 2 guys from this company were at our door insisting that they had an appointment that I had never made. Ive blocked the number, but they leave long messages of nothing but background noise of a call center. I would never do business with them just based on this. If theyre a good company they wouldnt need to resort to such scams.

Our experience with K-Designers was excellent! Sales person was very helpful with window design recommendations. We were very pleased with Jeff the installer and feel his workmanship was A+. There was an issue with one window and a few screens but I am confident those issues will be resolved quickly. Very satisfied so far!!!!

I had agreed to get a quote from this company multiple times. Each time they called less then 12 hours before the scheduled time and asked to reschedule, the first 2 times I agreed the 3rd time it upset me. I have the money and was wanting their business but will take my business some place else.

We are very happy with our new windows from K-designers. They made it an easy process an did a great job. Our installer found rot when taking out patio door and removed the rotton sill and replaced with new wood. Was a very good experience and now have great windows.

Cold call. Was notified by call rep it was no obligation of ESTIMATE on replacement windows. Market rep showed up for appointment prepared for full product overview. Inspector put together estimate with initial value for service over $29k with a $600/month payment. Rep continually attempted to pressure a purchase by dropping the service cost. After endless answers of no we need to think about it, we arent ready to make a buying decision, dropping the cost to $15k and $165/month payments, they got the hint and left. Appointment started at 6pm, didnt leave until 945pm...I was told I lost out on a real gift. Probably going with someone else even tho the product seems pretty nice.

Dont do it. This company is a total scam. Im going to be in debt forever because they ripped me off so bad on the siding I had done, charging me $30,000 for what other contractors have told me was a $10,000 job. I only hired them because they were the only ones who showed up on time and gave me an estimate right away. My insurance company was threatening to drop me, so I went with the ones who said they could do it the soonest. But the work was NOT completed by the promised date, the crew was only one guy. One piece of siding was cracked and it took me TWO YEARS, I kid you not, to get them to fix it. I kept calling and they kept finding the work orders had been marked completed. Now another piece is cracked and they want $100 just to come out and LOOK at it.But guess what. I dont learn from my mistakes, and they conned me again with my windows. The salesman said they had new management and everything would be better, and they convinced me I was getting a steep discount. (Yes, this is at least half my fault for not shopping around more. Id only had one other estimate, and they had not done a good job previously.) This time they at least did the job quickly, with a real crew, but they broke two pieces off my wood frames, and subsequent contractors told me the windows were just cheap replacement windows that should have cost $500 each instead of the $1000 I paid.The killer is that they KEEP CALLING ME, no matter how often Ive told them they suck and Im never hiring them again. One time they tried to convince me I could have up to $50,000 of work done free and refused to tell me how unless a salesperson came out. I finally let them send someone, and she was like, They told you what? No, thats not true at all. Even their salespeople cant keep their lies straight.

Has called my elderly mother a number of times. Started with a cold call from California (Eric) and has continued with high pressure sales tactics (Lou). They even argued with her about coming out to look at our property. After telling them No a number of times, their response was that you already invited us out! Even if we did need work done, we sure as hell wouldnt choose you to do said work. You have be made aware that our property is posted, I truly hope you heed that warning!!!

My experience with K-Designers as been fantastic with the great salesman and off ice staff that I have dealt with in getting my garage and patio resided. The men that put on the siding were friendly and very professional. The clean up of materials was better than I expected. They did a GREAT job.

The service that they did for me with my new windows gave my house a beautiful new look and they were very friendly crew and they cleaned up after themselves nicely and also they were very careful with any of my things and my cat to make sure he didnt get out while taking out the old windows and putting in new windows. They did it in the timely manner in which they said that it would take. I would recommend them for any home improvements that you would have and the quaility and workmanship is worth the value of the product. A very satisfied customer.

Our bath remodel is really a work of art. K-Designers quality of work and cleanliness was greater than expected. All we have to do is enjoy the new features they installed.

Windows arrived within the time frame promised. The installer was great and did a wonderful job. He even took the time to repair the front side of the house that was showing rot from moisture damage from the contractor that built the house not properly insulating and sealing the Marvin windows.The only issue I have is the fact that we bought the wood veneer finish and there are white spots on some of the windows. Hope this doesnt mean that the coating will peel off. This is warrantied so hope you honor it if this become a major issue.
