Coming straight from the mouth of a (cant believe Im admitting this) high-maintenance customer, the crew at All American Granite did not let me down. They came back more times than Im sure they ever originally had planned on coming, dealt with a half finished kitchen that wasnt even close to being ready to measure for, and worked until the job was complete. They came through with the most beautiful countertops I could have imagined - even if they are the length of a football field. If you decide to do work with them, they will not let you down on price, quality and service.

We had a great experience with Cassandra, Michael and the team at All American Granite. With Cassandras help I picked out a gorgeous slab of granite for our kitchen countertops. Michael then came out and very meticulously measured our counters for the granite placement and realized they were not level due to the floor sinking a bit over time. Anyway, through his amazing expertise and guidance, a carpenter was able to shim the cabinet tops to perfection. I am flabbergasted at how that granite changes the look of our previously outdated Corian countertops. The beautiful granite makes the open-concept kitchen/living area come together much better and the colors now all really pop. Thanks All American Granite!I have attached a photo of the new granite, plus a photo of the old Corian. Bear in mind the bronze glass subway tile will be installed soon to complete the look of our kitchen.

Overall a very kind crew who did tech measure and install. The main gripe is we have a seam that in the middle is a 1/32” high. It’s flush in the front and and the back. It seemed that the piece around the sink was crowned down relative to the piece it was meeting up with. For those of you in construction, you know this is a lot for a finished countertop. I made a call to the business to see if they could either adjust with a filler or grind down the high spot. They quickly got us on their schedule for the following week. That day came and when the crew came out they told us there is nothing they can do. Apparently quartz can warp from the elements where it’s stored is what they said. So now I’m stuck with a spot next to the sink that chips dishes when you slide them on this spot. I’m pretty disappointed that at no point during the sale was this discussed as a potential risk the customer takes on. If quartz does warp why would you process this slab? The customer shouldn’t be held responsible for your material issues. Or why wouldn’t you measure the slab and put this on a section that meets a wall? I was pretty disappointed when I simply got a shrugged shoulder response of sorry that sometimes how it turns out. And if I was really bothered by it, call around and see if other stone companies would rework something like that. Bottom line, apparently customer service doesn’t matter when business is booming. Go to a more reputable counter top business and save yourself the potential headache.

I was referred to All American Granite by a friend that highly recommended them. I wanted to update my kitchen but was new to the process of what goes into remodeling. From the first time I spoke with Cassandra, to Michael taking the measurements and working with the installation team, all my questions were answered and I was treated with respect and kindness. I especially want to thank Michael for answering all my questions and making sure I was happy with my project. All American Granite has a great team. My countertops are beautiful!

Decided we needed to update our kitchen two weeks ago on a whim, and out new counter tops are already installed! Super fast and very helpful. I went in and had no idea what I even wanted, but Cassandra helped me pick out a beautiful piece of stone that really pulls our kitchen together. Mike, Dylan and Shepard were very professional and removal and installation went very smoothly, they even gave their opinions on some of the backsplash we were trying to decide on which was so nice as they have seen way more kitchens than I have. They definitely went above and beyond and we are so appreciative. Overall best experience we could have asked for. They made sure to clean everything up and didnt mind our dogs constantly bugging them while they were trying to work.

My experience dealing with the entire staff at All American Granite was top notch. Cassandra the owner was incredibly helpful and responsive to all of my questions and concerns regarding the installation of my quartz countertops. Mike did a great job measuring out the template of my kitchen area prior to the installation. Dylan and Tyrone installed the quartz and did a fantastic job placing the quartz in tight places, lining up the seams and shining it all up when they were done. I highly recommend the company as I had a tremendous experience with them.

Like countless during the pandemic, we took on updating our kitchen countertops in late 2020. By early 2021, we have in place the best priced, and nicely installed new tops, by All American Granite of Burnsville! Owner Cassandra & her team gave us a small shop experience with big outcome in that we enjoyed working with everyone involved, including the subs Cassandra helped recommended for plumbing & gas disconnect & reconnect!

The personnel from the shop did a tremendous job in placing our refrigerator where we wanted it. They wee professional and efficient, even with a tough job ahead of them.

This was a two year search for us to find the granite we wanted and who we trusted to do the install. The owners Mike and Cassandra were a pleasure to work with and made sure all of our questions were answered. We felt very comfortable that the install would go well and to our high standards and it did. The same guy who did the measurements also did the install. The installer Jake explained granite care to us in quite a bit of detail and we feel comfortable taking care of our investment. The installers were respectful of our home while they did the install. Phenomenal experience with the All American Granite team! We initially approached AAG when Mike & Cassandra were gone, and Jake walked us through all possibilities for our dual bathroom renovation. Jake has so much knowledge and gave us a ton of insight we didnt receive when browsing competitors. The level of service he gave, sold us on AAG. We ended up using Misterio from Vicostone on both our bathroom countertops. Ive used them twice, first in Mankato and again in Edina. Even with a trip charge, their prices were half of what others wanted in Mankato. Good customer service, good craftsmanship, and attention to detail.

Quality and pricing were okay, but installation was extremely poor and installation team and management was very unprofessional.

Just had a quartz countertop installed by All American Granite. Mike and Cassandra were very easy to work with. This was our first ever kitchen remodel and they explained everything we needed to know about what we wanted in the end. They even let us take sample pieces home to see how they would look in our kitchen! The entire process was very simple and didnt feel rushed. The prices are very competitive and most importantly the quality of work is top notch. The day of install went so well, and the install crew removed our old counter tops with no damage to the walls or existing cabinets. The entire process of removal to install only took two hours! The Seams were perfect and are barely noticeable. The countertop looks great and we couldnt be happier. Would definitely recommend All American Granite and will be using them again in 2019 for our bathroom, Thank you to Mike, Cassandra and Jake!

Poor communication. Multiple delays in installation of our granite. I still have not heard when our granite will be installed, when they were not able to install on a rescheduled date. Look else where if you want your home, landscaping to be done in a timely manner. Will update review if things do improve.

Absolutely loved working with All American Granite. They were so friendly and they me feel like family! I was impressed how they remembered who I was each time I stopped in, even with a few months in-between. I compared their prices and found them to also be the lowest! We are so thrilled with every aspect of this project working with Mike and Cassandra and Jake and Jason (their recommended plumber). The granite install is perfect for our kitchen and two bathrooms. Mike knows his stuff! They were fast (two weeks from decision to install), efficient and perfectionists. So cost effective I should have done this years ago! The granite pattern flows like a piece of art in my kitchen with many seams that are perfectly laid out. Just wow.Jake as their installer is a master at his craft too. Perfect seams. He obviously really really cares about his work as much as Mike cares as the owner. Jake gave us great info on how to care for the granite, which will make it easy. He even helped us figure out how to finish the mirrors with mosaic borders that we will love. I would trust anyone that Mike hires.Their recommended plumber Jason gave us a flexible timing for the disconnect and the faucets install and even brought us the kitchen faucet from his supplier when I couldnt find one. Perfectionist too. Also, what a great guy! And everyone was on time. Wow. Loved it all. Love my new kitchen and bathroom.They do go above and beyond like their website says. They are the real deal. So glad I followed my instincts and stopped by their shop across from the Burnsville High School along Highway 13 at Portland.
